Pretty close to authentic. Any good Mexican food is hard to come by in Europe, this is about as good as it gets.

Ordered a burrito bowl, on 19/08/22 for collection. Although when I arrived they were waiting on tomato rice due to it being a special half price day, the staff couldnt have been more apologetic and kind. No worries, I was in no rush. Similarly, they had ran out of Coke Zero and so offered me an alternative which I was more than happy with. And THEN, they offered me free Churros! What more can you ask for?! Food tasted bloody amazing too, flavourful, spiced perfectly and the salsa and Jalapenos actually added a good kick to the food! Great work all round, lovely place to dine!(Came here after an awful experience in a nearby burrito chain a few weeks ago, with miserable staff and awful food. Worlds apart for customer service and friendly staff!)

Just visited Liverpool venue and the food was incredible, hot and tasty with lots of choice. We had nachos and burritos and the staff were so helpful with our choices and checked that we had no allergies which was really appreciated. Always enjoyable visiting the Liverpool branch and we will be back! Thank you!

Burrito was really nice. Packed out with lots of filling. I chose the medium and this was still a great size. Perfect grab and go food if youre in a rush but want something tasty!

As always Tortilla did not disappoint, by far the best burrito place of them all, portions are fantastic and the quality of each ingredient is superb!! Incredible meat!!! Staff are so patient and accommodating, as well as responsible by asking about allergens right off the bat. Couldn’t recommend more!!!

Not my sort of place Id go for a quick bite to eat. Very much like a school canteen. Staff very friendly, clean dining area. Nacho and melted cheese was ok. Salsa was delicious fresh and tasty. Probably wouldnt visit again. But Ideal for anyone that enjoys this type of dining.

Vegans beware!!! The place poses as somewhere vegan-friendly to eat, however normal cheese was automatically added to mine without being asked, sides and topping dont state whether they are vegan or not. The staff didnt point anything out despite the fact that Id ordered a vegan filling and felt rushed through the ordering process so didnt really get a chance to order toppings or ask questions about ingredients.

It was an amazing experience. During our visit to Liverpool, my wife and I went to Tortila Liverpool on Church street for a quick lunch. We ordered our food worth about 15 pounds. I wanted to pay cash. However, the lady at the counter told me that they accept contact-less payment only. Unfortunately, I was not carrying any activated credit/debit card. I even offered her to transfer the money later through my daughters account but this option was not available. Since threre was no way by which we could pay, we told to cancel our order. We were feeling really embarrased. The pleasant lady at the counter smiled and asked us to sit and enjoy our lunch without worrying to pay! This gesture was totally unexpected and made the food extra delicious.We felt blessed to be served by such a noble soul. We would certainly visit this outlet again and of course when able to pay contactless!

Tried the Quesadilla. Whilst waiting I saw the staff toast my quesadilla and saw that they had forgotten about it and it got burnt. Instead of making another one, the staff just scraped the burnt bits at the top to make it look "less burnt". Luckily it tasted fine thats why i didnt give it back but i think it would be more professional to make a new one. Because of this I had give it a 2. Its ashame because the food is quite nice as well as the burrito my partner had.

Been a client for a good few years now... Always our favorite lunch stop... Food is superb fresh and VERY reasonable along with brilliant caring staff who always help talking food to our table due to my disabilitys (its easier then I dont drop everything 😂😂cant reccomend enough if your ever in town and hungry pay em a visit you wont be sorry!

It was our first time in Liverpool Tortilla and Liam was fab! He guided us through making our first burrito and I can’t wait to eat it! It all looks absolutely delicious and was a quick and easy process!

We ordered burritos and a quesadilla. The quesadillas were particularly good. Burritos were fairly good but leaked profusely which made eating them a little stressful! Overall good and decent value just bring a bib.

The staff are so friendly and accommodating. Always have a smile on their face and can’t do enough for you. Eion was an absolute Peach, what a sweetheart :)

Loved this find for lunch, great choices and very smoothly run. Plenty of eating in space, quite a speedy in and out as its fast food, but thoroughly enjoyed our soft tacos and burrito. Yum! Great value.

Myself and my partner attended here today Sunday at around 12:10. We were extremely grateful for each and every member of staff on the counter greeting us with a smile and kindness. Our food was made with care and when we made them aware of us both being deaf they made things easier for us whilst in store. We cannot fault our experience today and we are extremely grateful when we have an experience like this as it makes us feel so much much included. We thanked the manager and staff for their hard work!Keep it up guys! X

Amazing service and brilliant food! A friend and I visited due to being in holiday and it bwing really close to us once we got hungry. Fell in love with it and now wish I lived in Liverpool so I could visit it more often!

You can choose which ingredients you want for your tacos and quesadillas. Pork, beef and chicken tacos were great. The quesadilla was delicious as well. Staff were helpful in choosing which ingredients go with which if it is your first time. Price was affordable. Definitely worth visiting in liverpool.

I like tacos. Though, these arent the best tacos I have had. I would still rate them as pretty awesome. Nice to get things fast and have a choice of what goes in them. Staff were nice and helpful. It was pretty busy when I went in and deliveroo were in and out so it must be a popular little place.

Lovely food and good prices! Nice that you can build your burrito so can choose whatever you want in it and how spicy it is. Good selection of drinks as well and the staff were so friendly!
