En pleno centro de Akureyri y con aparcamiento público relativamente cercano, es una opción viable para hospedarse por la zona.Muchos restaurantes cercanos, la mítica iglesia a cinco minutos andando y el jardín botánico a unos 20 minutos y el centro comercial a unos 15 en dirección opuesta.Habitaciones estrechas y sin cocina pero con hervidor de agua, cafetera Nespresso y excelente ducha.Cama cómoda y smart tv para terminar el día con un capítulo o película.

Fatal organización. No hay personal de recepción. No nos confirmaron nuestra reserva y nos dejaron en la calle sin ninguna explicación ni alternativa.

Great location, at city center. The problem was that the room is tiny, there was a weird smell at the bathroom, the sink was leaking and the shower door fell when we moved it to get into the shower. The Wifi did not work, we complained to the manager with no solution. Not recommended

This guesthouse is conveniently located in the city of Akureyri. Self check-in/check-out was easy enough. There is nearby parking, restaurants, giftshop and convenience store.However, the bathroom was cramped and the showerhead was dirty. I wasnt able to get the heater going inside the room either so it was pretty cold during the night and the next morning. They should do a better job maintaining the grounds. The area near the back entrance had litter all over the floor, also when I looked on the patio on the second floor there was an ashtray with over a hundred cigarette butts inside. I probably wouldnt come back here.

No extra blanket available (especially with heater not working).6. Paper thin walls.This was the third property for me during this 10 day stay (one more to goand is the worst (so far).The only noteworthy item to list - The Location)

El cuarto de baño miniatura muy antiguo con la ducha y el lavabo para renovar. La cama estaba bien pero no habia mesitas de noche tampoco.

Somebody broke in to our room and stole a lot of items (drone, camera, speakerfrom our room.. And the staff didnt even care about it. They were not interested in solving the situation or maybe have a look at the damage to the door of our room, they didnt even show up to talk to us.They even told us, that they know that the main doors are open and everyone can enter the guesthouse. So they know that someone can easily enter the house, but they are ignoring the fact. Dont think that this is a good behavior for hosts. So I can just say this guesthouse is not safe and people should avoid this guesthouse, as the owners dont care about the safety of their guests and dont provide a good service or problem solving.

Das Apartment war super ausgestattet, sauber und nett eingerichtet. Handtücher, Kaffee und Tee werden gestellt. Self Check in.

The location, ease of checking in, great accommodation, cleanliness. I had the 1 bedroom Apt for eight nights. Fantastic.

Great place in a super central location. Should absolutely be your location of choice during the week or if you want to go out on a weekend.If its the weekend and youd like to get some sleep, this is the worst location you could choose. The nightclub on the opposite side makes that pretty much impossible, and its open until 4am. It is so extreme that a little warning in the guesthouse info would be appropriate, which is why this only gets a 3/5.

Absolutely the best place to stay in Akureyri. The guest house is modern, chic, has a ton of amenities and the price is reasonable. Best of all, you sleep well and the location is right in front of their main plaza.

If youre spending the night there is no other place than torg. you walk into your small apartment and it already feels like home. Great place to do day trips from. There is a new tunnel being open in 2019 that will make it the Ring road a lot easier and feasible for tourists

Comfortable and central

Im Torg Guesthouse checkt man alleine ein über einen Briefumschlag, der auf einen wartet. Alle benötigten Infos stehen auf einem laminierten Blatt. Die Lage mitten in der Stadt ist perfekt, nur Parken kann man nicht am Haus. Man kann dort ausladen und nach 16:00 auf dem großen Parkplatz am Kulturzentrum parken. Da kann man dann bis zum nächsten Tag 10:00 stehen bleiben. Das Haus ist stilvoll eingerichtet und sauber. Im Vergleich zur gesamten Rundreise ein tolles Preis-/Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Nice and modern rooms. Check-in is easy, with a detailed email you receive after booking. Located right in the center of town with easy access to shops and restaurants. Parking is available 1-2 blocks away.

Would gladly stay here again. Very nice rooms. Fully equipped kitchen. Very clean. Really happy with my stay here.

Staff is really helpfull.Also I had no trouble sleeping unlike written in the other rating.

Above a night club. Impossible to sleep.
