Toppers Pizza in La Crosse

Even during Oktoberfest, online ordering was simple and fast. Polite and helpful service while I was waiting.

I ordered a pizza and some breadsticks online for delivery at 9:54 pm, got a confirmation number via email. Tracking order said delivery between 10:31 & 11:01 pm. Called at 11:05 and the guy on phone said they have issues with online ordering and he couldnt find order. He said unless I got an email confirming order. I did receive email and he didnt want to hear the number and said sorry but I have to go. I love their pizza and a few of us were looking forward to a snack before bed. Very disappointed with the rude customer service!!

Liked the late night hours! Pizza was good. Would have liked more options like pasta and different flavors of ice cream. Good pizza and good coupons for anytime!

Pass. Bar time food at best and I havent seen bar time in 20+ years so its a no for me dog.

It would be nice if they delivered the food then ring the door bell instead of not ringing the door bell and letting the food sit outside and not letting us know. PLEASE RING THE DOOR BELL NEXT TIME, ALL THE TIME THANK YOU.

Came in late on a Tuesday night, placed a big order and was greeted by employees that were happy to take our order. Super amazing experience and the food was even better!

Good pizza, delivered quickly, and the one company I call the most when Im hungry for pizza.They must have been busy because my pizza wasnt even cut when it was delivered lol it was still delicious as ever tho. 😋

Pretty good overall. I like the options here and food is decent. If youre vegan they have some good options for you specifically.

We ended up stopping here because we were on our way out of town on a 4 hour drive home and needed lunch. The person who took our order was nice but we were not offered any plates,silverware,cups,napkins and we were sitting very near the counter. We needed to eat inside instead of eating in the car. Pizza was ok but the cheese sticks were good.

Place was clean and good service. Pizza wasnt anything out of this world but wasnt horrible. Not much seating inside to dine in.

Topper Stix were amazing and they were free due to some promotion so that was really nice. I ordered Buffalo Boneless Wings. When I arrived and texted that I was there for curb side pick-up two staff members approached my vehicle minutes later to tell me they accidentally shook the wings in BBQ sauce and that they were remaking them. She said that due to the extra few minutes I would be waiting that she would give me the BBQ wings also if I wanted them. I accepted the offer and it was a friendly transaction. I probably wont order the chicken again s it was not that great but will definitely go back forcthe original Topper Stix.

Came here for a door dash. A driver was blatantly eating behind the counter in the kitchen. The manager Dominic didnt do anything about it. So thats cool.

Unfortunately about half the time I order from here I have to call them for a replacement pizza / whatever else I ordered, or credit. The deals they offer are for show, any modification and you are hit with full price plus. Its time they fix their issues and properly train their staff for consistency

Old reliable. Where other delivery places fall flat and cant follow through Toppers is there no matter what within about 45 minutes usually at most. Consistent product for the volume they put out

Yep, anyone who brings me pizza at 2:30 in the morning is automatically going to get 5-stars from me, along with a good tip for the driver. Appreciate the grub everyone, its hard to get good food sometimes when youre up nights, let alone from such a cheerful driver. He was great!

Will not refund you if THEY mess up your pizza.They will offer you a 50% off coupon but that dosnt make up for a $17 pizza? Why am I paying extra for there mistake?

They didn’t give me a BBQ chicken pizza, and what we received was a Buffalo chicken, cheese, and marinara sauce pizza. Was not made aware that they didn’t have regular chicken, they didn’t offer me a refund, yet a 50% coupon that we paid with originally. Very sad. Bike was stolen too.

We have been ordering pizza from toppers for years. This is the first time we have been disappointed. There were very few toppings on a toppers classic. Hoping this was just poor employee performance. If not, and they reduced the amount of toppings we will not be ordering again . Wish I was able to post pic of our underdressed pizza

Our group just ordered and it was a pretty lengthy list; we had a couple special requests (like softer topperstix). They arrived pretty quickly and the food was absolutely delicious! Even the special requests were perfect! Definitely gonna be ordering again some time! 😊

Toppers has great customer service and even better pizza. Justin delivered our pizzas and made sure everything was alright. he helped set up the table so everything could fit. all around great customer service.

I love to come into Toppers to see my favorite students Sam and Lauren. They have been dating for a while and I like to see them in Toppers and hear about their lives. Every time I walk in the door Sam and Lauren are smiling and happy to see me. The pizza is always great and reasonably priced. I love getting pineapple on my pizza. Lauren has this special charm when making my pizza.What makes my relationship so strong with Lauren and Sam is once I was making a morning announcement and the class bully, Cody Lightfoot, somehow snuck up behind me and started to yell into the microphone. Luckily Sam and Lauren were nearby and saved me from the Lightfoot. Recently, this Lightfoot character also got a job at Toppers, but Sam and Lauren are always there to protect me from the soft stomping maniac. I think the only reason he started working there is because I come in so much. He could also want to copy the cool kids Sam and Lauren. It pains me that Sam and Lauren left Greendale and brought their talents to UWL. Greendale could have provided so much for those two, especially with professors like Buzz Hickey. UWL has no way of beating Greendale when it comes to quality professors.I am beyond grateful for the way I have been treated at Toppers and will hopefully bring my friends Annie, Jeff, Abed, and Troy to the establishment in the future.

By FAR the best service of anywhere around. It was delivered quickly and it was all correct. I want to point out Justin F. He was by far the best Pizza delivery driver I have ever had. He was punctual and even stayed to talk to us for a bit. Very professional and kind. Will be ordering from here again very soon.

Had delivery from Toppers not too long ago. Had a great experience with a delivery driver Michael S. He was polite and super friendly, he is the sole reason I order from here. Keep it up Mike!

Toppers is definitely a Friday night go-to pizza for me! Pepperoni and Jalapeño tall boy is amazing! Mike S. was awesome to have as a delivery driver. Ive had many pizzas dropped off by Magnificent Mike S. and each time he brings the boom boom sauce. Hes an enabler of my pizza addiction, but only because Toppers is SO good!

Toppers’ gluten-free dairy-free pizza is the best in the area. I’ve had Autumn as my delivery driver quite a few times, and she is always so friendly and makes sure my order is perfect! Thank you Autumn, and thank you Toppers. :)

Nothing is better than toppers on a night when you dont want to cook. I always have good experiences with toppers. Last time I ordered, I had the nicest experience with a delivery driver named Lilly. She was so respectful with my food and waited until I was able to answer the door to leave. The driver was also super quick and overall so kind. Toppers is the only pizza place I order from in La Crosse.

I went to Toppers the other day and got amazing service from Justin F.! We had a great little chat while he was helping me and the service I received was amazing! Would definitely recommend to anyone and everyone! Absolutely amazing food and even better service!

I stopped into toppers last week and I was immediately greeted by Justin. He was extremely helpful throughout the entire process of ordering and even personally customized my pizza for free! I really enjoyed his service!

Wow! What phenomenal pizza! The delivery was so quick too! It was Justin that brought us our pizza and it made our Friday night! My eldest son liked it so much, he ordered again the next day! Y-U-M!

My experience at this location was amazing. It was my first time ever coming to toppers pizza and was helped by a lovely worker named Anahi Ibarra. I was not sure what I should get on the menu and she recommended the tall boy pineapple and ham pizza. It was truly amazing and I am so glad she helped pick it that way. Aside from helping me out she was very patient with me from the beginning so thank you very much.

Anahi was the only person who was able to truly help me with my order. Being a deaf person it makes it hard enough to try and communicate with people who can’t understand sign language but anahi really took the time to make sure everything was perfect with my order! We need more people like Anahi in the world. I will be back for more delicious pizza

We were really impressed by the quality of pizza that Toppers delivers. Certainly even more impressive was the polite driver that delivered. I even had to stop him and look/ask for his name. Justin was definitely the person you want as a face for your brand!

I had amazing customer service here. I had a nice conversation with Justin while waiting the whole 2 minutes it took for my food to get ready. I like Justin, he was really friendly the whole time. I don’t usually like pizza, but i’ll keep coming back for more topperstix and more Justin :)

Really enjoy the mac n cheese. My delivery driver Lilly was super fast, super nice, and followed instructions perfectly (my building can be kind of weird). She went above and beyond for sure!

I placed a very large order timed for 11am. My pizza warm and ready even though it seemed as if there was one employee, Cody, making them. Even though I was planning on taking multiple trips to the car so I wouldnt be a bother, Cody without even asking, carried a huge stack of pizzas out to my car for me. Despite the speedy service, the quality of the pizza didnt suffer. If you are even considering ordering from any other pizza places in town you are making a grave mistake.

I had a person named Skylar help me out, and boy did they ever. I was struggling with a broken arm and a neck brace and they carried my pizzas out to my car for me. Then when I couldn’t physically eat my pizzas due to the size of the slices Skylar personally drove to my house and cut my pizzas for me. They even made me homemade ranch to dip my pizza in. Skylar is one of a kind and now my friend for life. THANK YOU SKYLAR!!

Ordered a few times and the pizza is good but the staff is amazing as well. I believe I was served by a college kid named Pat. He was super friendly and made the experience just so much better.

After many many horrible experiences at pizza joints all across America, I believed I would never again feel comfortable enough to eat pizza. But finally after two decades I decided I would give the cheesy dish one more try. I can honestly say that after walking into the La Crosse Toppers I felt like I was finally home. I talked to the most incredible, hardworking, and most trustworthy person I have ever met in my entire 60 years. That persons name, I believe, was Skylar. Right off rip, I could tell my life was going to change as soon as I looked in this absolute strangers eyes. Their vibes were so off the charts, I felt like I was looking at the angel that guy saw that one time with all the eyes and the wings and I was NOT afraid anymore. 10/10 experience. I still cant eat pizza though (I just do not tolerate lactose).

Great service from one of the workers named Skylar. I am not often impressed by the quality of work at pizza places but Skylar made my visit to this Toppers exceptional. Will definitely be coming back here.

Pizza was good. Didnt get the chocolate frosting that I paid for. I ordered the raspberry monkey bread I wanted to dip it in the frosting. I would penalize them more, but the pizza really was good, well made.

Food tasted ok but after looking at my receipt I was charged an additional amount and it didnt say what it was for. Was supposed to be deal for $5.99 2 topping pizzas. I did 2 topping on one side and 2 topping on the other. Management stated the additional amount was for extra toppings. I had 2 toppings on each side. This is the ONLY pizza place Ive ever ordered from that counted this as 4 toppings. The coupon did not state an additional charge and neither did the person on the phone taking my order. Management said "well thats just how it is". Umm excuse me but if you charge extra for something like that you should say something. Will not order again because of management attitude and how they handled this situation.

Placed online order for curbside pickup. Arrived and no where to park. Then got a spot, text saying I have arrived and waited, no one came out with my order. 20 mins later I went into store and waited an additional 10 mins before I got my pizza that now has been sitting for 30 mins. Had to reheat when I got home. So much for not having to go into store and for having fresh hot pizza. Will not be returning to this location.

I placed my order at 8pm. The estimated time my order would be ready was 8:12pm. I arrived at 8:20, thinking its Friday night and theyll be busy, and the tracker had just changed from Baking to Ready for pick up as I parked. I texted at 8:21 with my name and lane number that I was there. I waited for 20 minutes and then called. They said uh...my order would be out in a few minutes. I wait for 20 more minutes and call again. They finally brought my order out another few minutes later at 9:05. I get home and open the boxes, and my food is old and cold, like it had just been sitting inside for more than half an hour. I shouldnt have to wait nearly an hour for two single orders of topperstix, that are cold.

EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I have ordered, either my order is 100% wrong or it’s close but the one thing I ask for is extra sauce(not that hardand I always make sure extra sauce is made known. My pizza shows up with the cheese and sauce on the top of the box or the pizza shows up with little to absolutely no sauce. Complaining gets attitude from the employees and the manager seems to “want” to make it right by sending gift certificates but then when you order again to get the free pizza, the pizza is still 100% not what you ordered. Every time the same shift manger answers the phone late at night and seems he doesn’t want to make sure you get what you ordered. Terrible experience after terrible experience after terrible experience. I will never order from Toppers ever again. Great way to do business. They just lost a great customer that would order frequently. 🖕🏼

We ordered online, pizza to go. Lobby was locked when we arrived so we waited outside. We called twice as the time that the food was to be completed had passed. Someone finally came out with our food (WHICH WAS AMAZING)Great pizza.

Honestly, I love this pizza place. They are open late which is great for drunks or just general night owls (like me). The food is tasty and so customizable that it seems like you could order from there every day and, never eat the same thing twice. Staff is super friendly and always seems to be smiling. I have order from here for a while and will continue to do so. TOPPERS FOR LIFE!!

I love Toppers! I work with this location as a business and also order personally. They are always on time for orders, easy to work with, and rarely get an order wrong (if they do make any mistakes, they are quick to fix it!). Great customer service from the owner and managers as well as all of the staff and great pizza too! Our customers love that we use Toppers!

Last time it took 50 minutes to get my pizza and when it finally arrived they had forgotten my wings! The driver said he would be back shortly with my wings and apologized but it then took another 35 minutes before my wings got to me. I was then left with warm wings but cold pizza! No compensation was offered for this mishap either. Not to mention the toppings on the pizza seemed a little skimpy and tampered with. (Drivers or workers picking off our toppings?!Double check your deliveries before you send them out! This is most certainly not the first time this place has taken forever or messed up my order. Actually this marks the 4th. You all lost a customer. Will never be ordering again.

Ordered delivery twice since Ive moved to the neighborhood and the service/delivery time was great! And the food was very delicious!
