Very enjoyable take away meal from here tonight. Well worth a visit

The food is amazing BUT they don’t listen when you ask for NO seafood/prawns in the fried rice! This is ok for people who aren’t allergic to life but people like me to have it happen in 2 occasions in my fried rice which is all I eat from Chinese is very disappointing as I’ve had to make myself something when all I wanted was takeaway 😢

It was absolutely horrible I got the beef and black bean and my kids and I got sick I rang up to complain and she told me that the sauce is only made from chicken stock and garlic yes that’s not right I will never go there again and still won’t give me my money back

Very disappointed. 2nd time burnt fried rice. First time I drove back from Brighton and lady was apologetic and replaced. Visited again tonight and fried rice burnt again. Not going back. Expensive and not good 😭

Ordered 6 dishes tonight. Would have to be the worst Chinese food we have ever eaten. Very disappointing.

Bought a special fried rice tonight it was tasteless had nothing much in it but rice and a couple tiny bits of egg hardly any bacon at all ..had not one ounce of vegies nothing no shallots or anything in it that lady said would be in it when I ordered.absolutely the worst fried rice Ive ever had didnt eat it it went in the bin .I will going back and demanding a refund .$10 for just rice and sauce that was basically .could of done a way better job myself .😡

i just found a chunk of dog hair in my rice and the food was cold

The quality of meat used by Top Wok is as if it has been kept in the freezer for many years, well beyond its expiry. I was served stringy, chewy, terrible Mongolian beef which was clearly being velveted purely to salvage something not fit to be served rather than to enhance its taste and texture, and the sweet & sour pork was slimy--yes slimy!I made the mistake of giving Top Wok a second chance thinking the quality of the food may have improved over the years or that perhaps their vegetable dishes would be better. The problem was, I ordered stir fried vegetables and was instead given stir fried cabbage and nothing else. That would be fine if I wanted just cabbage, but that was not what I was paying for. It really seems as if they served just cabbage as if they had no other vegetables on hand or that that was their cost-cutting strategy to remain viable as a business.Something is terribly wrong at the Top Wok Chinese Kitchen and I cannot recommend anyone give it a visit to test themselves against such culinary disaster. You will get better quality Chinese food by microwaving a mass-produced frozen meal bought from the supermarket.

Absolutely aweful food and service. I had to take back a lemon chicken that tasted like off honey chicken. I gave the lady 2 options. Make a fresh one or give me a refund. She argued that her food was fine. I argued that Im not paying $26 for that terrible food. She threatened to call the cops. I threatened to call the cops as an unhappy customer. She finally gave in and refunded it. Dont go here!That said I have to remind myself not to go here!!!!

I am super disappointed with the food i ordered from this shop. The beef noodle soup has no flavor and majority of the herbs and spices are not on it. I thrown my food and i am definitely not coming back on this shop.

Bad experience for all 3 of us. Sunday night takeaway 19 April 2020, 6 pm.<<Your food tastes like your lockdown mood. My taste buds want to socially distance from your $17-Pork Spare Ribs with Peking Sauce. The meat tasted off. Your $14.50-Sweet and sour pork was way overcooked, dried out, and deep fried twice with two coatings of batter. The third dish was a simple $9.20-Special Fried Rice with stinky shrimps and sticky rice. No brown colour, just sticky. >>

Great chinese takeaway with a good variety on the menu. I recommend the fried wantons, chicken omelette, beef and black bean and garlic king prawns. Tasty tasty!

You get really well cooked meals here! I recommend the hot and sour soup, and the boneless lemon chicken. Convenient parking right in front of the restaurant.

Overpriced, 3 tiny curry puffs for $8 that were super oily and burnt. Best part of wonton soup was the soup. Wontons were average and there were 2 fake tasting chicken pieces floating and 2 tiny brocoli pieces. $15 for a below average meal waste of my money. Wont go back

WARNING NEVER GO TO THIS CHINESE RESTAURANT VERY RUDEGot fodd for my family last night for a family of 6 and we love our Chinese but this plase food was the MOST DISGUSTING FOOD WE HAVE EVER EATEN we all had couple of mouth fulls and then the rest went in the binso the next morning went into the store to let them know and the lady there was VERY RUDE AND VERY ABUSIVE even when there were other customers in the shopwe finally got a little refund

Avoid this place. Owner is extremely rude. Yelled at us for 20 minitues after we returned with soggy inedible honey chicken (and semi-edible sweet and sour pork). Eventually gave us a partital refund and accused us of being dishonest. Dont waste ur time or money, head to boondall or fitzgibbon for better service and edible food.On the plus side the fried rice was actually ok.

Spring rolls were burnt, but worst of all Honey Chicken was soggy, stale and had almost no taste - the added fried noodles not only werent crunchy, one was so chewy I couldnt swallow it. Avoid "Bottom" Wok like the plague.

Used to be great, must be an owner of chef change and is now very bad, food is now terrible. Service has always been super slow.

Got some takeaway a little while back. Nothing bad nor spectacular about the service, but the food was pretty average. Got some honey chicken that tasted like it was old and reheated

WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND! Worst Chinese ever eaten. Forgot to put a dish in the bag and when we phoned to let them know they were very rude and refused to give us the dish or a credit. Surprised they are still in business with their attitude.
