Food is good, but the service is very bad

Delicious bone soup and pork soup, sundae was great too, price is good and they open early, wish we had this in Melbourne. We will return.

I love the pork and kim-chi soft tofu hot pot for one person here.You can also ask for more of side dishes for free if you are a fan of kimchi.

Use to be my favourite go to for dinner after getting weekday groceries. Food use to be delicious, but quality has gone down and price has gone up. Theres plenty of other alternatives close by.

Definitely a hidden gem, with lovely staff and decent food.If you are looking for a quick and easy meal served with soup, rice, and kimchi, this is the one (of course, you can add more as long as you pay). :)

Soup menu is good. Massive amount of side dishes in the fridge. None with your meal though

The army stew soup was too salty and only had sausages and spam, cant believe it is $15.

Totally not cool, as you and I can see in the picture, the noodle was $5, the lady charged me $6.5, as you can see on my bank statement, and I asked my $ back, thank you! You not gonna see me again. Just be careful guys.

Delicious soups. My favourite is the blood sausage soup. Great after a night of drinking. The sides here are fresh and you can tell its all made by the mothers who work here in the kitchen. Tried the kimbap and its a tasty snack for road trips. I have bought some of their sides before but havent tried them all yet. Interested in buying their frozen soups to compare the quality.Would recommend you try this place, it looks quite basic but its one of my go to for a nice warm soupy meal.

Was too salt seems boil the soup over and over. its still feeling sick of my stomach even it past 3days... waste of money;; never go; Also friend complained who came with me.

I have to make a complaint about bad customer service. They only provide this Koran menu to me even i am not Koran. And the $15 soup only have 3 pieces beef ribs in it. Very disappointed, never come back.

One of the best Korean food in town. My favourite is the seafood soft tofu hot pot. The service is fast and friendly. We kept on coming back for more.

This place also has a section across the hot food store that sells a large variety of korean side dishes (coldthat you could buy home if you love side dishes. The price is pretty reasonable too!

Had the hot stone bimbimbap and fried chicken wings. The chicken wings were cold and not really crispy, the way it should be. The bimbimbap was good, quite tasty and stone hot! There’s a nice sitting area opposite the shop front where you can sit and eat the food. Air conditioning in this shopping centre is not great, be prepared to feel warm after having soup or hot dishes.

Lovely Korean crusine and many choices for the snacks / sides. We always order the streamed kimchi dumplings as a side. They are home made, good sizes and tasty, too. They also offer some street foods like fried seaweed rolls and Korean style sushi.

Got SCOLDED by the staff 😠 for forgetting to take the number card. Food was freaking fantastic 😋 thats what I call an authentic Korean experience! Great job Top Up Takeaway! 🤣

Poor service with bad quality food. Ordered spicy beef soup, yet no beef in sight, the soup taste more like kimchi soup then the beef stock. We did end up finding some beef, overcooked in thin slices in mix with all the veges in pieces

No a bad experience using good quality ingredients to cook but it take a bit longer time than I expected. I will go again for a convenient reason because woowlot just next door and accepted price.

My favourite korean place in brisbane!Hightlight the blood sausage soup and seafood tofu soup. You gotta have a try.One only thing is their price increased quite a lot over last two years.

Korean soup special....but nothing special anymore ....We visited couple of times ...It was ok ... now I taste only MSG ...totally changed food taste and quality and price ...also waiting time is one of pain...I could see some of table waited almost 30 min ....

Pretty good Korean food. Have a good selection of hot pots. If you like offals, must try the blood sausage hot pot. Reasonable price and portion size is big. They also sell different type of kimchi and pickled vegetables.

We come to Top Up every time we come to Brisbane (every couple of months or so), its hard to find good Korean food that actually tastes authentic and my partner and I just love coming here! I highly recommend the dolsot bibimbap and my partner always gets the sundae soup (he thinks its even better than Korea). The staff are all super friendly and very accommodating to my request of no mushrooms in my bibimbap =I also recommend the spicy beef soup!

I had many friends and family recommend this place and we finally got the chance to try it. We ordered takeaway and got 2x Bibimpap and when we got home to eat it. We found it really small! For $13 each, it was definitely not worth the quantity. It didn’t taste great either. No sides were given either (must be because we took away).Sorry but I’ve had better quality and QUANTITY for the price.
