Friendly, helpful staff
We visited Gold Coast without much planning. On our second day we visited RosinaToowoomba on a friends recommendation to see flower festival flowers though it was to start 2 days later.Weather was not very good with drizzle and had no ideas where to visit, so this was our first stop. The lady who helped us provided a lot of information plus a summary of locations that we should attempt if were in a sort of hurry, with a map.She was well conversant with the area and what she was doing, except with less friendly and welcoming tone, helped us very well. The premises was very clean and attractive. Highly recommended to visit first.
Great information centre. Lovely gifts. Extremely friendly staff.
Simply magnificent service. 11/10. And map to all the gardens.
Lovely people, and very helpful

Good place to go , even for a local resident ! Went there to buy some things to take on holiday , as gifts.
Lovely coffee and treat. Despite being busy and short staffed, the service was fabulous. Really nice space to stop for a while.
Very efficent and cheerful staff.
I personally havent been here when the centre is open but the grounds are kept very tidy. And they have a rain water tank. Which is very helpful.
So knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.
Very helpful staff with lots of local knowledge.
We just love how helpful and knowledgeable the staff in all the information centers are.We generally share trip information with the staff as very they are often planning their own trips or have been to places that we have visited and compaired notes
Thanks for the excellent customer service. Appreciated the time and effort into helping us plan a route to our destination on the north side of Brisbane that avoided road closures due to flooding. Checking we were alright with toll roads was a nice bonus.
On our way to Gatton we had to visit the dunny. Wow. For free open to the public toilets these were so clean it was like we were in a 5 star hotel. Thoroughly recommend getting caught short near here.
If you need a place to stop when you are towing your caravan through Toowoomba this is it. A good spot for the kids to get out and stretch their legs before you jump back on the road. Well maintained information centre.
Super helpful, gave us all the info we needed to do our touring
Nice staff. Particularly the ladies behind the counter.Gave us some great tips to enjoy the area.Very helpful.
We were at the information centre today and did not like the comments made by one volunteer staff member after I told her we were from NSW and we have been in Qld for 7 months. Her comment was sarcastically said "Oh they did let you in". We are one country trying hard to get through this pandemic and these comments are not warranted. The service we received while in the information centre was poorly rated as my husband stood at the counter to make a purchase and after 5 minutes without receiving any attention or acknowledgement we left the centre.RegardsCoral and Ian Firman
Good place to stop and pick up your tourist information for the city or the region. Plenty of parking, set in parkland with seating and has playground.

Volunteers very helpful in assisting me & my friend with all our enquiries. Very nice shop full of lovely gilts.
Very helpful and very patient with everyone. Extremely busy both staff and volunteers were incredible.
Great information centre, staff were very helpful, there were lots of locally made goodies for sale, we spent a fair bit of time and money here. Bought some locally made creamed honey which is delicious. Well worth a visit.
Good info & plenty of brochures given. Plenty of parking in grounds including for caravans, toilets too. Easy to find in James St as its the road you enter when driving up the range.
We were driving around looking for a supermarket. We called into the information centre and the man i spoke to was very helpful . Gave me a map and showed me where the supermarket was. They are covid aware and I wore a mask while in the centre.
Excellent service, very informative staff who helped us to find brochures of towns we were heading to.
Excellent centre, helpfull and friendly people to give help and suggestions, big variety information with printed brochures, maps and area booklets, easy to locate with good parking . Overall the council, or whatever body runs it, is to be congratulated on a very successfull Visitor Centre

With such a huge space it would be great to see all what the region has to offer better show cased here.
Very welcoming and well set up. Heaps of great resources and friendly staff. Lovely, locally made gifts and souvenirs to purchase. Good parking and neat gardens to relax in and clean toilets. Highly recommend.
A must visit if youre new to the area. Well presented outside and inside toilets were perfect. The staff were so helpful with suggestions of places to visit, things to see and accommodation in our price range. There is a great car park with easy entry and exit suitable for long loads. A good place to stretch your legs, we had a picnic while the kids enjoyed the playground.
