Their service is very good. Very kind staff... regular food. Honestly the food doesnt excit me lol.. but the drinks are fine.. I love Mango-Fresa Romaritas. The ribs are good too.. Sometimes its crowded but if you go on a weekday in the afternoon.. you will be fine. Or after office maybe.

For meat Lovers....some salads served too 🙂

Not good for the food

I will give this rate to the staff that was caring and efficient, regarding the ribs were great as I was told by the manager and one of the girls that gave me a flyer with promos, but the fries were cold and greasy, also there was a fly that didnt allow me to enjoy the food, I mentioned that to the guy serving our food but he didnt care or didnt hear about it so had to deal with it on my own.

I ate pancakes, and I loved them!

The bathrooms smelled really bad. The ribs were over cooked and dry. Only reason I give it 3 stars is for the service.

Delicious food, service takes too long on peak hours

The food was alright and service okay, but to dining tables need to be redone or replaced, it already reached the point when it doesnt matter how much they clean it, they will always look old and dirty but they seem to be solid wood so shouldnt take much to sand them, give it another coat of sealer/paint.

Always a great place. Had breakfast there for the first time and they have a decent selection of American and tipicos. We arrived at 10 and although the lunch specials begin at 11 we were able to order off of both breakfast and lunch menúes. Also, coffee was free with a breakfast order.

There was allot of people waiting but I had made a reservation. It was a very good service, clean Ill recommen it.

This is a good place for ribs anyting else that is pork derivative. Good variety for breakfast.

The food was good but the service was poor! The roof was leaking, the tables were wobbly. Well at least the food was good!

Place was nice and the food was good but they waitress took sooooo long to assist us. In the end, the whole area where I was, wanted to pay but she never appeared and like 3 tables wanted to know the amount to pay. She seemed careless.

Excellent place, service and food

Tony Romas is an old time good place to eat good. They have decreased in quality and the taste they give to the food. Still good but certainly not the best. Prices are OK specially if you take advantage of the deals they offer for a discount. For example 2 for $16.

This was probably the worst bbq Ive ever had. The only sauce put on the table was ketchup... at a bbq joint... I shouldve known then and there. I ordered short ribs and bbq chicken. It wasnt bbq chicken, it was oven-baked chicken smothered in (a not very goodbbq sauce. The short ribs were also smothered in this sauce (nothing about this on the menuand were not great.I actually ordered the short rib and baby back rib combo but I was told they had no baby back ribs. The place was empty and it wasnt that late so how they ran out Ive no idea. Unfortunately I cant give this zero stars but thats what it deserves. I know this is probably the worst review Ive written but I just cant stand it when restaurants make bad food.I really wish Id gone to KFC next door instead.

Food was okay, waiters kept us waiting a while for some of my coworkers meals. The pasta not so great.

Really quite place to talk and eat American food, service is really quick and all waiters and waitresses are very friendly. You might want to take advantage of their promotions every week. Parking is very secure and big, at night, lights make this place even better. Try out their tasty food.

High quality Amarican-style ribs, as many know. This time service time was kind of slow. They didnt have bottled water, unbelievable! Probably, its time for the franchise to plan a makeover of the premises; its starting to look old.

The food was nice, but the prices were a bit too high for the same service else we re.

The initial experience was not so good, since the hostess was rude and made us and other people wait a long time to get a table, despite there being at least 4 tables available. When I pointed that out to her, her excuse was that she was waiting for a booth to become available. We would have been fine with a regular table, but she never gave us a choose and he us waste a good 20 minutes. I didnt like her attitude, so I complained to the manager and, oh boy, he did turn our evening around. He sent us who I think was their best waiter and the rest of the evening was saved. Thank you for that. PS: the only reason Im not giving it as 5-star rating is because the location is on desperate need of a makeover (they got wiggling tables), and I hate when waiters have to sing Happy birthday, and there were a lot of birthday celebrations going on that night. Anyway, I still will be returning. Foods still ok.

I liked the place a lot, I went to eat my one of my best friends to her birthday and I liked it, the only thing I did not like is the poor menu they have, theres no variety in food. Its affordable though. Great customer service, it was fantastic and a good tip was given. This is the best place to celebrate something with family or friends

The Tony Romas Crew is always amazing, they are very polite, they are really corteous, they always give the best suggestions From appetizers to desserts, even if something that you are not satisfy they are really open to feedback and they try to fix any issue if needed, from the host to the supervisor on duty they will make sure that all you experience is just the best you can get. Food is always at the right temperatura, right flavor rihgt size

Great place to get a meal with the family or just dinner for two. I didnt mind waiting for the food because the place was very clean including the restrooms. I particularly enjoyed the back to back Michael Jackson music. El Salvador, who knew? The food was very tasty. I had ribs and salad with a diet coke. All of the food that came out of the back looked fantastic. I would have gone here the next night but I had to leave. I would definitely recommend eating here. The service was fast also.

I went to this location cause it was in our way. I order a santa fe salad, they didnt have it in the regular menu, only in a combo ???? I asked for a grilled chicken ceasar salad and they didnt have ceasar dressing. I ordered a burger, fries werent the best. The portion of ribs seem smaller. I was not impressed. And the prices almost the same than in New York.Come on this is El Salvador

Good place and good food. Restaurant known for its ribs and steak. In a good location on the main street in a large mall. Customer service was excellent compared to that of the US and our server spoke English. Short ribs were delicious. Fall off the bone. I had the all you can eat special with ribs and wings, bone in and boneless. It was delicious. I would recommend it if it is available. Mixed drinks, were watered down so I wouldn’t recommend those as much. Stick to soft drinks or beer.
