CASH ONLY!!! Because of that I was only able to purchase a side of tip which were excellent! I was worried about them being old because it was close to closing bit they were moist and good!

Food was delicious love the spaghetti Mac I want to buy a pan of it with fried pork chops yummy greens weee delicious but one thing I live 30-45 min. Away I want to make sure what food they have in they buffet before I come there how can I do that nobody picks up there phone there any suggestions?????

My first time in years visiting the Tonys BBQ unlimited the food was great and good the place still nice and clean service was good

Yes they are open. No they not answering phones. Yes prices have changed and no the new prices are not posted. Ask questions is best recommendations. Food is always good. Repeat customer.

😱 To be very honest, I could have baked some rib tips and poured Open Pit BBQ sauce on them myself. I paid $40 for some tough oven baked meat with no signature sauce. I do NOT recommend Tonys BBQ Unlimited 🤬

This place is one of many places that has gone down, they have ridiculously raised the prices the customer service is horrible they are rude, and presentation is a mess they just slap every thing together and its all a mess when you open it.. Use to be one of the best in the city and now turning into one of the worst

Now speed queen is bad ribs. But Tonys is worst the Greens had no seasoning the coleslaw was bad to and omg the ribs were TUFF the ribs I will give them a thumbs down but the sauce was very good fr. Please never eat here just a waist of my money

After more than a few disappointing visits to Famous Daves Bar-B-Que on South 27th Street, I decided to revisit Tonys. I have never been disappointed with their amazing Bar-B-Que, and this time was no different. I read other reviews stating that the customer service was not the greatest but, the two ladies who took my order and handed me my order were super friendly. I live in Greenfield. If Tonys were not so far away, I would visit much more often. I highly recommend.

The customer service here is terrible. I called to ask about their business hours today. The manager was rude and he hung up the phone in my face after I expressed my concerns surrounding his telephone etiquette. They ran a potential customer away before I ever tried the food.

Trash… this place has went down hill. Waste of money. Mac & cheese was over cooked mushy and watery so gross I couldn’t eat it. Rib tips were so tough you can’t even chew how dare they specialize in bbq & I can’t chew the freaking meat. Bbq sauce is good but the meat inedible. Meatballs not the same as they used to be small & flavorless. The meatballs used to be big & delicious used to be my favorite item. Greens taste like they weren’t cleaned & huge stems & leaf pieces not even cut up.I want my $ back that how terrible it is. Whole buffet plate going in the garbage. 2-5-22 todays date.

When I first started to go eat at this establishment it was the best of the best. But this last trip was disappointing. The price keep climbing but over all experience is going down. My plate of rib tips was mainly bones and sauce.

Dont get me wrong review should be about the food and their food is great; however, the atmosphere is small and unorganized. The lobby is so small and people are so ghetto it can be concerning coming here because people get ignorant about whos next to order. Please consider a way of organizing peoples places to order and ALSO HAVE SOMEONE ANSWER THE FREAKING PHONE FOR CALL IN ORDERS PLEASE!!!

Terrible. These people cant barbecue meat.Meat is always tough. Spent 30 dollars. These is the 3rd time. And the guy at counter is Rude. Well never go back to this Low Budget, Poor excuse for a Restaurant.

Excellent Rib Tips. Plenty in the order. Excellent packaging. I like the covering of the main meal and the bread on top. Meat and sauce does not get over the other dishes.

Ribs are good fries to but the dark skin older guy was playing casino games in other room for 3 minutes before he decided to go in to take my order then he yells out how can I help you just very not liking his job or taking it as a joke plus I paid for 2 cornbread only to see them not in my bag I should checked before I left but above all good food but you need a new guy for front counter asap!!!

My dad sends me here to get him the buffet to go meal. He loves it. I guess its the closest thing to a homemade soulfood meal, if your ordering takeout. I just wish they moved a little faster. The wait time is crazy. Even if they arent busy.

Good ribs. Excellent chicken. Just gotta say these reviews are crazy. Entitled people want good food, but right away. Cant stand in lines or understand that good food is popular. Good food takes time. Its worth the wait.

I have eaten here before and the rib tips were not as good as normal. The meat was a little tough. The portion was pretty good. Customer service was pretty decent.

Tonys Barbecue continues to offer "real deal smoked" meats along with well seasoned soul food sides. On this visit we ordered the " half & half " purchased 2 dinners ( bbq rib tips and pork shoulder ). Meat was well smoked and very tender, portions were very generous. We actually were able to enjoy the bbq for two days. If you are in , Milwaukee and looking for some good barbecue , you wont be disappointed with , Tonys BBQ on Villard ave.

I love their food they always 😋 give me a nice service and quality and quantity size of food . Theyre very clean and friendly and fast every time I went their keep up the great work 👏 👍.

Horrible customer service good rib tips but wont be back

Rib Tips were fire....All the meat is in the buffet. Sides not so much, I just wish it was more options. Like rice and mashed potatoes. I personally dont eat greens and yams so I gotta go with the Mac and cheese which is average and the "spaghetti" is laughable. The meat alone make the price worth it tho. Good service as well. No water tho which is weird to me

They have a nice buffet choices. However the food isnt cooked with love. The chicken is chewy and never seasoned. The sides arent made from scratch. They could do better. Customer service is not the best ether. Large portions of items that arent homemade... There are no real soul food joints here

I ordered a pan of rib tips. They were good and meaty. I could have used a little more bbq sauce, but overall they were good. They were not the bones and fat that most people complain about.

No food is worth that wait.. At this point over 45 minutes- 1 hour.. No.. Not hungry. First time there.. Never again.

I have tasted rib tips from a few places. Tonys are the best. I ordered a pan of tips. There was enough for 4 people to eat. The tips were nice and meaty. Not dry like some other rib tips Ive tried.

The service and quality of their food has seriously declined😖 The cashier Laronda was very rude. I asked a question about rib tips and all she gave me was attitude. I am very disappointed with the macaroni and cheese it was very salty. Overall this meal was horrible 🤢 Tonys needd to get back to the way they used to be!!!!!

This is my all time favorite restaurant. Great priced Soulfood. Probably best restaurant in Milwaukee. Barbeque and rib tips are to die for. My other favorite is smothered porkchop. I actually dance when standing in front of the counter. Just make sure you bring cash! Its cash only.

I enjoyed the buffet. Pricing was reasonable and it included two sides and a drink. Service was prompt. This is a CASH ONLY business so bring cash or you can use the ATM in the lobby. Overall I enjoyed the food and recommend it! The rib tips and sauce were great!

The food is usually good and portion sizes are nice so I hope your hungry. The service is a little slow. But they nice.Nice variety of food to eat.

The Food is Delicious. There is the one Older Lady cashier who is sometimes there and she has a horrible attitude. She needs to just retire because she obviously does not want to be there. Despite the bad customer service at times I love the food. When your craving BBQ they are the place to go. The taste of the food is actually Great enough to overpower the bad service when she works. All the other employees are fine.

Got the rib tip dinner, definitely a fan - its smokey and covered in sauce. They also do a buffet option that looks dope. Cash only.
