Without a doubt the nicest place to eat in town! Especially since the franchise in Menlo park closed ;(. Toni and her husband are creative and excellent cooks as well as excellent managers and entrepreneurs. Chapeau! Weve been regulars for 15 years and its still as good as it was then.

This is good pizza. My biggest gripe of South African pizza is the pizza sauce or passata restaurants put on. Not here. If you love pizza you have to give this place a try. Cant recommend this enough.

Do yourself a favor and visit Tonis or order a take-away. The service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience. I ordered Pizzas to be delivered. ( Im from White River and will surely visit Tonis when I have the opportunity). The food is absolutely amazing according to the recipients. Highly recommend!

We love Tons. She have a great, casual atmosphere. The pizzas have a big variety and is unique!! She has a fabulous deserts... the browny and chocolate mouse deserts are divine!! Toni bake the pizzas herself. The waiters are very friendly, their food is delicious and the best. They see to it that you are comfortable and you enjoy your stay there. You will go back for sure!! There is big enough space for big parties too. Go and see for yourself!! She really is not the usual pizza place.

My wife and I went to Tonys for our date night. Everytime we dine there we have an excellent experience. The food was fresh and very tasty. You would think a pizzeria has boring food, not Tonys. Their menu consists out of both the traditional staples to food with gourmet ingredients. It ranges from truffle to exquisite Italian cheeses and everything in between. They also have a great and innovative selection of alcoholic beverages not to mention craft beer. 5 stars to Tonys for one of the best in Pretoria.

This is a great place to go to for a chilled atmosphere and some really good pizza. The pizza sizes are great and it’s very hard to choose from the very incentive menu because they all sound delicious.The service was also really good and the music wasn’t too loud.Although the dessert menu was very basic, we were impressed with how beautifully presented and well done the brownies were.Would definitely recommend.

Went for pizza at Tonis for the first time in ages. Was quite surprised at how the pizza base has changed, wasnt as good as I remembered it? But the portions are very generous, the toppings are interesting and quality ingredients are used so the pizzas are very tasty. Disappointed that the childrens play area has been removed but still a good lunch venue.

Ordered take away, half my pizza missed half the toppings. Phoned them, they immediately apologised and delived the corrected order, within 20mins! No questions asked. Service like this is VERY rare. Well done Toni and team!Making a mistake is human, correcting it like this is just awesome!

Brilliant. Food is excellent. Staff amazingly friendly and the plus for me is that they allow your pet to come with you. The atmosphere and setting is beautiful. The pizza!!!! The best I had in a very long time.Thank you for your amazing service

Waitress was amazing. Very professional and absolutely clued-up. A few of us were disappointed as we were expecting the place to live up to its old fame. Sadly it was a totally different menu and fibe. Very disappointing as Tonis used to have a very high standard and a certain charm that is all gone.

Interesting, delicious choices. Not your average normal boring pizzas. There is also a goats cheese pizza on the menu for those allergic to cows milk. 😁 Highly recommended to make a turn!!! Great Staff!!

This place in my opinion probably offers some of the best pizza youll find in and around the Villieria/Rietfontein area. My husband and I also dont usually order cocktails because of too regularly experiencing that restaurants bring you something that tastes 90% like pure vodka/bacardi/tequila with like 2 mint leaves on top...but this was actually not the case at Tonis. I ordered a Mojito and my husband a Holiday juice cocktail from their menu as we wanted to give it a shot having never been here before and it was really delicious. No overpowering with the alcohol taste at all and we truly enjoyed it along with the amazing pizza and fantastic service. Keep up the good work Tonis!👍🏻🍕🍸

Pizza and pasta are super delicious. Best pizza in the universe as per my son. Pizza are pretty big and pasta are also big portions. Plenty of beer on tap. Would recommend for all pizza lovers.

The service at Tonis Fully Furnished Pizza is poor. I am so disappointed because yesterday I had ordered something on uber eats by mistake and i was informed to call the restaurant and cancel then they said they would cancel , after a few minutes they call me back telling me my order is ready I was so shocked from order is cancelled to ready.Now I am owing a balance of food I didnt even eat Im really disappointed in the lack of trust because they did something I didnt expect.

I ordered a take away Lamb Calzone. R167 and 30 minutes later the calzone was half cooked and broke open. Honestly very dissapointing, the first piece of meat I found had bone in it which is not something you expect to find in your pizza.

Very friendly staff, with an overall pleasant atmosphere.. most importantly, the food was delicious! We had a few pizza flavours, everyone was delighted.

Excellent service once again at this popular Rietondale restaurant. A small menu of winning combinations for a pizza typically with a very thin, crisp base. We were early on a Wednesday, yet the open air verandah area was almost full.

The food is really delicious. The thin-crust pizza is flaky. The pizza toppings are plenty. The parmesan and prosciutto are world-class. The chorizo pasta is also very special. I havent tried the dessert yet.To top it off, the prices are reasonable and the service is excellent and non-obtrusive. I highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys good, traditional Italian food.

The seating area is nice. The pizza is quite expensive and the toppings are very different and adventurous but it still tastes horrible. I ordered 4 of their most expensive pizzas and they all tasted the same. The staff however were friendly and I liked the call and collect option.

Went for lunch yesterday. The service is friendly and welcoming.Excellent craft beers are available. The pizza menu is diverse and reasonably priced. The pizza was first class.It was a scorching hot midday and the water spray system was a blessing.

These pizzas are the best. Especially with all those interesting flavours combined. The atmosphere is also great. They were even very accommodating when we arrived there with a massive baby pram and helped us sit somewhere out of everyones way and out of the cold.

It was lovely. We got a trainee waiter, Michael, you could tell he was new but bless his heart, he did a great job😋☀️ The drinks were really good and the food was even better! 10/10 Would go back 😌☀️

Tonis isnt just a pizza-joint. Its a Pretoria legend. Their festive selection of pizza toppings really does put every other pizzeria to shame. It is an explosion of flavours, and trying to actually pick what to order can take quite some time. If you get trapped in that little indecision loop... take the Pizza Pesto. It delicious.

TONIS pizza still one of best pizza restaurants in Pretoria. It never disappoints. The pizzas are unique ..fresh and large.. giving you a reason to enjoy even more the next day. Its always a favourite to meet friends with a great night out!! Thanks again

This is probably one of the best franchises Ive ever had the joy of eating at. They have a pretty extensive menu when it comes to the pizza side of things, but the cherry on top must be their dessert pizzas. I would definitely recommend Tonis to anyone who enjoys a good pizza.

The pizza is fabulous 😁🍕This is a special treat with a cozy, rustic ambience and amazing pizza.There is even a chocolate pizza for desert!Inside parking is very safe, and the area is generally safe with lots of parking.It tends to be very quiet during the day, but evenings and special occasions get crowded very quickly.Facilities are child and wheelchair friendly.

If you find a better range of pizzas globally please pm me! From the simple and elegant to the complex and perfectly balanced. This place has stood the test of time! It is excellent value for money and always an experience. Definitely worth a stop and a must see in Pretoria!

Wow! What an amazing experience! Laid back atmosphere- with a convenient kiddies play area so I could enjoy the best pizza and pasta we have had in years!!! My sister and I had focaccia with mozzarella for a starter - was yummy- but the pizza and pasta was so filling - we wished we had not!I had the Chorizo creamy pasta with penne- the creamiest and freshest sauce and thinnest slices of Chorizo.My sister had the 33cm pizza and again so fresh with parsley on top. Again so tasty!Food took a while but menu did warn and it was worth the wait!!!Service was good too and drinks affordable.Kiddies menu is also priced well and great variety.Missed the live music on Sunday though but the restaurant was extra clean and fresh! There were water mist sprayers to keep the whole restaurant cool.Nicely priced with amazing food and atmosphere. Will definitely go again.

I have very mixed feelings about Toni’s.Whilst the food is generally delicious and the atmosphere is warm and inviting, there are several menu items that I have repeatedly ordered (on different daysand have been disappointing - particularly anything with chicken on/in it.Please don’t order anything with chicken, as the number of bones you have to pick out of your pizza is enough to feed a small dog...Whilst the menu is extensive and caters to a lot of needs and tastes, it’s this lack of attention to detail that reduces my rating from 5 stars to 3.

What a brilliant pizzeria serving the best pizzas Ive had in a long time and possibly the best pizzas in Pretoria.Its a true 5 star experience offering great food made quickly backed by excellent service and fantastic prices. Well have to become regulars!

Great Pizza restaurant in the Moot with friendly staff and very good service. In expensive meals with the best atmosphere to just sit and relex while catching up with old friends having a drink. We had a chocolate cake shooter there today. Beat ever.
