Fantastic experience! Was so happy a place like this exists! Just disappointed with the songs availability. Would have given it a 5-star personally if it had Joysound Karaoke for Japanese songs. Also, the mics were horribly knackered there. Hand sanitisers and more tissue in the cosy rooms would have been great. The toilets could have used some more love too. Barren. A broken lock, only one tissue roll for one toilet. One of them was shamefully neglected. Water availability was also embarrassing. Either way, not perfect. Satisfied it made family and friends happy. This is also my first Private Karaoke store experience. Might have given it a lower score if I was a connoisseur haha.
