Spirit place.

This place is a scam. It is OK to see but 6 BGN for a ticket us a bit too much for a 10 meters long tunnel with empty chamber at the end. It is OK to pay this price for all historical sites and tombs in the area.

Very disappointed in this place, 6 leva per person it takes you longer to read the description than it does to walk down the single corridor and back out again, probably less than 2 minutes in total. It might be of historical interest but as a tourist I want a bit more for my money. If youre following Google maps it does say youve arrived but its just a field so travel on for 600-700 metres and youll find the tomb.

Not worth the money. You will see a room and 2 doors thats it.

Must to visit archeological site.

One of the most popular and interesting tombs in Thracian kings valey, in the Rose valey, near Kazanlak, Bulgaria. It was discovered only 2 decades ago.Belongs to the famous thracian king Sevt Iii. There have been excavated a golden crown, ritual belongings and golden mask. Recommend to see.

Such a wonderful place to visit. Very well made and managed. Full of history, even there is not a lot information about all this valley of the Kings, just Bulgarian version, as there are another 12 places like this around. It is great to visit this incredible historical place. The guy at the box office was very helpful and gave us a lot information about the tomb and everything around. We will visit again when they open all other tombs. There is free car par on site.

The Tomb of Seuthes III is located near Kazanlak, Bulgaria. Seuthes III was the King of the Odrysian Kingdom of Thrace from c. 331 to c. 300 BC and founder of the nearby Thracian city of Seuthopolis.

Unique place

Well worth the visit as historic. However, for the disabled only access into 1st chamber where information about it exists. Other Chambers only possible for the non-disabled to visit.

The tombs of the Thracians are a cultural heritage to be experienced. One feels small while standing baffled infront of the monolithic pieces, neatly arranged as if they were lumps of butter. Apotheosis of Thracian architecture built to stay in time.

This tomb dates back to V century B.C. There were found very interesting and valuable artefacts like the bronze head of Seuthes III, a gold wreath, other gold objects, armors of a warrior and many more. You can see all of them in the History Museum of Kazanlak. Super impressive, the head at the entrance.

Not much to see, but you can feel the stones soaked with ancient tracean history. There is a replica of the Seft III bronze head found there. Also, the acoustics inside are great for singers.

We arrived at 0510 pm and we were not allowed to enter because we were late but on the website shows open until 0530 pm. The woman at the cash register was rude and told us why we are late if we were at 0500 pm she would give us access wow for 9 min late ?!?!?. And of course here cash register was closed what 30 min early very unprofessional. She suggested to come tomorrow and even we explained that we drove for 2 hrs from the capital city to visit the tomb she refused to let us in.Well one star such a bad experience on the way back for another 2 hrs drive.Never again

The tomb is well preserved and information can be found in multiple languages, at the entrance. The guide is helpful and will answer any questions. The tomb goes into a green hill and visitors can see replicas of the ancient artifacts found here

500 BC. We read about ancient Greece. Never about Thrace and the valley of the kings. Hunger for history history reignited.

Its interesting place- there are a lot of gold and silver dishes and other things.

Unique temple located close to Kazanlak. It was recently found and many artefacts in it reports of advanced ancient society. The building itself is a mystery and huge stone blocks were moved to that high energy place by the means of unknown technology.

Excelent and historicaly very interesting part of very old bulgarian history.

It is very interesting with the sarcophagus inside which is done by one big piece of stone. A small mainly photo exhibition outside the tomb after the entrance helps you to get acquainted with a part of the early European history and the Thracen.It is very near to the road and the Shipka pass and I always combine the visit to the temple monument Shipka with a drop to the tomb.My personal opinion is that the working hours in the summer have to be extended at least by two hours after 5 p.m.

Very interesting visit, but only a small passageway and the burial goods to look at.

For 6lv. entrance fee there is not really much to see inside.At least they can fill the big entrance room with more photos ,info and artefacts.

Perhaps it was a bad day - repairs at the entrance, the dude didnt share much info about the tomb... I dont recommend as a must see place .

A wonderful old tomb, unique for Bulgaria and the whole world.

6 levas fee and opens from 9 to 17. It is the best i have seen. Worth to read the panel info before entering

Dont bother. Its 3eu each and out side of an ac unit is completely empty. If you must go. Watch your head. 21 feet long with another small opening at the end. In glass. You do get a nice look at the air condition unit.
