Absolutely terrible. Worst management I have seen at a hotel. I had an amount of money taken from my room by one of the housekeeping staff. The manager, after having to admit its the hotels fault, would not take responsibility for the incidence. The service, the way the problem was dealt with, and the way customers are treated by the management is absolutely unacceptable.

Nice hotel in Beni Suef governante.Always busy with photo shoots for couple and banquets for marriage etc. swimming pool not for hotel stays as it is for learning and teaching sessions only. All in all hotel is only for name sake mainly interested in banquets, photo shoots etc only.Rooms are very clean and organised. Service and food is very average.

Rooms are ok but they see the pool and pool worls till 10 pm and that prevents you from sleeping well. Also the cafe on the pool plays music loudly late at night.
