The room was disgusting if there was Zero stars that is what I would give this hotel. The so called “manager” (whom I believe wasn’t a managerBahaa was horrible at customer service. The bathroom had poop in it yes actual poop, which I told them to clean 3 times. The saving grace is the beach, which in the north coast you can get anywhere you stay! Please read the reviews they are all 100% accurate. I don’t recommend it at all it’s a complete waste of money!

Sucks the floor isnt clean the toilet has gross smell the blankets and pillows have a blood stain on them the extra bed is a flattened rock

Staff are very helpful & friendly.Hotel pictures are misleading though, it is less less than 3 stars for sure.

As of summer 2018 it was still under construction with only 1 floor functioning. The facility is badly maintained and below acceptable hygiene standards IMO. The pool is dirty and the pool bathroom stinks. The location however is phenomenal and very central in Marina as a whole, and the beach is beyond magical. However I wouldnt recommend it for guests from outside of Egypt who are used to international hospitality standards

Some how I didnt like the place , unless u r residence u cant have shower ir any kind if fresh water unless u buy it , no toilets ir public bathrooms, water is not clear enough and very limited for the sea sports such as jet ski or yachts , sand is very muddy and not clean , sun and air are amazing but u have to be there really early but get ur gear such as umbrella and chares coz otherwise ull have to pay for it and its not cheap , no food or drinks for sell on the beach so get it from the market

Hygiene was zero; dirty towels smelling like used or coming from sewage!!! Room was far from clean and the floors were dirty and sticky...We asked for extra pillows, they came without cover and smelly.Bathroom had a major problem of water coming from the toilet spilling over the floor, we asked for a plumber who came in trying to fix the problem, which he couldnt. Grand finale was a cockroach on the wall. We asked housekeeping to come a kill it .!!!Overall, hotel is tremendously overrated for 4 stars regarding price and quality. Finally we checked out after one night going to Porto Marina which was same price with breakfast included !!!Definitely bad experience !!!

As I’m writing this review I’m laying on my very narrow bed at tickling domeWe started yesterday upon arrival the room wasn’t ready so the sent me to another room ,I opened the balcony sliding door expecting a nice view as I booked and promised I found my self looking at a building so I had to go down for the second time to request a different room and finally I got this room with a decent view the hallways are dirty there is garbage all over the place you feel like the place is under construction still even though it’s been open for at least three years the people are lost They don’t have a straight answer for anything this swimming pools are not ready so there is no swimming pools only the beach it’s a shame for such a beautiful place like this get manage by bunch of people who don’t know what They’re doing for That price I will definitely go to a different place a lot better place next time

Been traveling and living in hotels for past 7 yrs..Place is still under construction....Definitely not 5 stars as rated more of 3....Had family suite. Adequate space for 4..A bit noisy to sleep. . few cafes open till late night right under the rooms balcony....No buffet for breakfast and no cafes open in the morning in a walking distance to get breakfast .Paid 216 dollars for 1 night..Paid same in maldives and got amazing superior service.. Paid same range in mauritius and Seychelles and got way better stay..Better facilities. . better maintained beaches and pools.Wont advise staying there.Just facing it is another hotel. Golden ocean marina.A bit of couple extra dollars..but way better facilities and some rooms come with private pool.And for all inclusive n calm stay. .rixos hotel.The only good side.. Amazing crystal clear sea water... Polite check in receptionist ( mohamedwho did his best to make my family stay enjoyable.
