They have got amazing Restaurants. You can eat every time delicious Food... And they have got a real one SPA...

Nice hotel very close to the subway. Also liked the spa. Perfect place to spend the day after you check-out and dont have to leave Berlin yet.

Very big hotel with nice spacy rooms.I really enjoyed the fitness.

Reviewed 1 star before… now was a better start initially but the checkout process is ridiculous, there’s a massive queue to check out even after being charged an additional £50 deposit. They need to sort this out as soon as possible. I had to change rooms due to my sink not draining and shower hose broken; then my second room also had the same problem. Staff were friendly on this occasion unlike the first where they nearly attacked us.

Good location for a citytrip. Breakfast is incredible and the beds are very good. Room is clean. Recommend this!

The room was average for the price payed.We just got one bath robe for two people and no slides. The second robe only arrived after repeated asking.Even hotel guests have to pay extra to use the pool and spa facilities.Furthermore most of the staff was incredibly unfriendly.We were two teenage girls staying in the hotel and were always looked at as lesser than (We were never loud or miss behaved to justify this behaviorAt check-out, the lady at the desk even rolled her eyes at us.

Spa/gym reception people are arrogant and not friendly at all. Need to be fired asap, he is not fit to deal with human customers. (or maybe he just doesnt like people who are not Turkish)

Utterly disappointed with the premisses, service and atmosphere in general. Rude staff, absence of simple items such as iron or hotel slippers. What is more, we were cooperating with them for a business meeting that ended up disgustful, all my colleagues and our partners were shocked - there was no preparation done before our event, so we were late with the programme. Will never work with them again and wouldnt recommend to anyone either.

I am very disappointed with the service.We had an issue with the agreement for the event organisation. And I tried to explain the problem to the person responsible for it but she started to interrupt me and when I asked to speak professionally she yelled at me. I told her again that this tone is not acceptable and she blamed me for not correct tone, at the same time she was talking to her colleague in a german language that I dont understand. When I asked that person in Ukrainian she said that I am not allowed to speak my language in front of her. Then she screamed that it was a hard day and she was stressed out and I answered that I am stressed out for a few months for a well-known reason. After that, she become even more aggressive because how could I use the war as a reason (just to remind you, I was speaking politely all that time and she mentioned personal reasons first). Then she said that she also that problems because of war (and she told it to a person who saw rockets, heard explosions, lost friends, and have close people at the front). If this is the professionalism of every employee in this hotel then better not to have a deal with them at all.Moreover, I have been waiting for an iron for a few hours, and I cannot get it, so I cannot be ready for my event for tomorrow morning.

Nice and modern hotel with AC. Soft beds. Very good breakfast with a great selection. The hotel is just next to a U-bahn underground station. Walking distance to tourists attractions is about 20 minutes. €14 pp extra charge to use the spa area and swimming pool. The water in the pool is quite cold. Maybe saving on electricity? For me it was not worth it due to the cold water.

The breakfast was very good. They had cooks taking your request for different variations of eggs. The selection was very large and quality was very good.

We wanted a couple of days of relax and disconnection and we had the opposite. From the moment we arrived, the worst was predicted: the two men working at reception were very unfriendly and very arrogant. We had contracted a pack of room, spa and welcome drinks. We were not even welcomed and they didn’t offer us any drinks. They also didn’t explain anything about the spa to us, although I tried to obtain information, they made us feel that we were bothering them. After leaving our stuff in the room we went to the spa where we realized that they should have left the bathrobes and slippers in the room to be able to enter there. Of course they didnt and we had to go back to the room to have it brought to us. So far so relaxing, right?The best comes now: when checking in they made me pay in advance in cash (the dataphone didn’t workand when checking out this payment didn’t appear on the system. We had to wait until they checked the cameras. All very unfortunate.It’s not about the money you pay or the stars that a hotel has, but about the kindness of its workers and education.All this is conspicuous by its absence in Titanic Chausse Hotel.

Small rooms as compared to the other hotel rooms in Berlin. The bathrooms are unusually big. Clean rooms as expected. The train station is right in front of the hotel. The breakfast was standard. The section serving fresh eggs and pancake was the highlight.

Pleasant Hotel, right next to a subway atation, Edeka and a DM! Great.

We have spent a few days in Berlin and the last night we had dinner at the hotel restaurant. We were served by a waiter named Mizo who gave us excellent service and made us have a great evening. We will return to Berlin, without a doubt.

Very clean. Very comfy beds with many pillows and big blankets. Great spa, pool, sauna and Turkish Bath. Helpful service. Stayed here over Xmas visiting friends. Had a great time relaxing and recharging. Good memories to the stay. Thank you 😊

Very poor experience overall. Tried to charge me 3 times for staying. Charging 14eu extra to use the pool, 25eu for breakfast is just pathetic. No streaming platforms to watch anything on the tv. Power plug doesn’t work next to the bed. Annoying room cleaners in the morning and generally unfriendly personnel.

I am a member of the Befine gym, inside the Titanic hotel, and it is amazing. The team working there is the best, super friendly. The infrastructure is excellent, with modern equipment and very clean. I love that it includes towels and the Spa area is just fantastic. In the mornings they even offer some breakfast!!! And if youre looking for the best personal trainer, look for Hakan. With him I learned how to workout properly and consistently, and also how to enjoy it. It has changed my life.

Buyer beware - upon arrival, my reservation was wrong and no room was available. I provided the confirmation email and number proving my reservation was set for over a month. The manager refused to help. I had to find another hotel in the middle of the night. When I did check in, the manager dodged me for days and refused to apologize instead blaming it on the reservations department. Horrible!!!

Excellent service, beautiful places with special attention to details, great people

The rooms are nice and neat. But they leave the mini bar empty with the message you can order via roomservice. No one answers the phone also not from the front desk. A very nice girl from housekeeping told me that happens more often. I was called back by someone that said I could pick up my Coca Cola myself downstairs and he just hang up.

Great! We only didnt receive the king size bed as asked but except this, what a hotel!

Great localization, very clean rooms and mostly friendly service. Food was also a pleasure. Pool access is extra paid which may be understandable but stuff on the entrance to it is very unpleasant. Over all it’s very solid place to stay in Berlin

This hotel i definitely not for families. Hotel with SPA were you have to pay for using the pool. Moreover you can use it with children only between 10-12 and 15-17. We were also wrongly informed by one employee about those due to his languages problem (till missed with from). Tidy, good breakfast and great Italian restaurant on ground Floor.

I was looking forward to this stay due to the good reviews.Overall the experience has been poor. The room was unclean, cup stains were on the counter tops, there was no tea or coffee stocked in the room. When we first asked reception for tea and coffee they told us to go down to collect it ourselves. The next day tea and coffee was again not stocked again by housekeeping. Minibar was also not stocked.When we went to book the pool we were told to go back to the room and dress in to the robes provided by the hotel. No robes were stocked in the room at all, we didnt even know they were available. Who knows what else we have missed out on. When we attempted to complain to the reception we were just dismissed.Constantly having to ask for basic amenities, reception staff very unhelpful.Im very disappointed by this hotel and I have not even left yet, I look forward to not staying here tomorrow.

The hotel, design, cleanliness, breakfast at the highest level spa and massage therapist - a pleasure! The rooms I had were clean, the restaurant food is incomparable!BUTBe prepared for the fact that you were deceived in money at the reception ... they left a deposit of 300 € and you counted what you took at the bar, etc.BUTWhen I checked in, they gave me a check for 1 day we rented a room for 245€ and the next 2 days for 125€When it came to eviction, I was told that I was talking about such cases.As a result, the young guy didn’t answer me to smile in any way, thinking that I was some kind of young inexperienced girl and for the first time in such hotels .. that you can hang nonsense in my ear and I will believe .. but it wasn’t there and what’s in the room for such there wasn’t even water for the price 😳 to which I was told covid 19 and it’s unknown anywhere in all of Berlin, although I’ve been to many hotels in particular, everything is always there even with covid, solid savingsLeaving, I said that I would write a review, I was told that you didn’t book through booking and the reservation was live!And they thought that I would calm down on this 🤷🏼‍♀️The front desk staff are very disloyal people who are not customer oriented.

Good hotel in Mitte. Rooms were specious and amenities were good. Bit too hot in the entire hotel (rooms and public areas). Airconditioning didnt quite cool down (although Ive set it to its lowest temperature settingso I had to open my window to cool down the room a bit. Luckily for me it was still early spring and I had a room at the back of the hotel so there was no traffic/street noise. Only 10 minutes walk from Berlin Hbf and all other attractions can be reached easily by public transport or rental scooters

Fanatics customer service from the hotel. Our flights were cancelled by easyJet after our free cancellation date. They agreed to waive the cancellation fee which is greatly appreciated and we cant wait to rebook and visit.

Great gym facilities, we had spa included - sauna, stream room, pool which was lovely to use

ACHTUNG! I was visiting Berlin for the weekend and decided to stay at this hotel as they have a swimming pool (I’m training for my triathlon this summer). I brought my swimming cap and goggles and planned to train every day, mornings and evenings. To my dismay, THEY CHARGE FOR THE USE OF THE POOL FACILITIES EACH DAY SEPARATELY (14EUR!!!). So for an overnight stay you have to pay separately for the evening and morning swim (a whopping 28EUR extra per hotel night). WHAT A RIP-OFF!

The gym here is better equipped than any gym I have been to in my hometown of London England, the flexibility machines are amazing and I have never seen them before in any of the countries I have visited. The spa and pool are both excellent as is the breakfast. I have to give a special mention to Daniel at reception during our visit I asked him to find a sports bar where I could watch the Amir Khan vs Kell Brook boxing match and he went out of his way to phone numerous sports bars in the city just so that I could watch the fight, an excellent host. I recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again if I was to return to Berlin

Hotel is Nice, rooms are great too but they should clean the toilets at the underground floor and should not host the covid testing center where mostly Ill people will only come for covid test. Please dont make your guests sick!

The staff is really overstaffed for the service level…This is a fake 4 stars hotel with no room service… they just forgot to tell you. When you hate tourists and are too lazy to speak English, just close the hotel or add a « deutsche only » sign, at least we will know what to expect !Edit: please dont lie, this is ridiculous, are you really germans?You dont offer any room service, even on Saturday night at 7pm, when we called the 657, after 3 unanswered calls, we got the answer "this is too complicated because of the Covid, we cant do room service, please come downstairs to the (emptyrestaurant"

The hotel itself is 5 stars, the organization is 1 and borderline comical. Comfy bed, great room size, quiet, decent breakfast. Maid services every 2 days, but sometimes they dont come for 4, you have to pick up towels and toilet paper at the reception. If you order some mail or have packages delivered, some might go missing. If theres any issues with the room (water pressure, clogging, electric noisesthey say they will send someone to fix it, but no one arrives. If you want to become a regular and have longer stays, you send an email but theres no response. As said, the hotel is great, but the staff lives by the motto of "not my problem" - perhaps its a berlin thing.

No tea or coffee bags available but kettle exists, perhaps you need to bring your own. Sink not draining, so water will over spill if you use the sink, issue not fixed even after informing housekeeper.Excellent breakfast.

Bright Modern hotel. Close to city centre with plenty of car parking if required. Lovely helpful and professional staff. Friendly relaxing Charlotte bar. Bedrooms well equipped and very clean. Great choice of hot and cold foods for breakfast. Have stayed here twice in the past Month. Very happy both times. Highly reccomend

The good ratings are beyond my understanding.Staff is completely overwhelmed (or incompetent). Reception was never reachable via phone and took for ages in the lobby.Spa area closed by 50% due to the pandemic (Aug. 2021), price of 14,60€ per day & person however stays the same. 0 concessions. 5 single room with kingsize/double bed booked, each room had 2 twin beds.

Really rude service! We came one hour later than the check in time and our room still wasn’t ready for us. When we finally got our room, it was not the one we booked. We book a specific room because on the pictures it had a really nice bath room, but the one they gave us have a really basic and old bath room. I asked the receptionist to please give me the room that was shown on the website and he said that they don’t have a room with such a bathroom as shown on the pictures?????????? Then why would you put the pictures on the website???????? Total scam! Anyway, I’ve had enough and just wanted to go in my room to relax, then I’ve realized that the mini bar was STILL empty, but even though they’ve told us to fill it immediately. When I called room service they told me that there are no minibars allowed because of the new COVID policy????????? So I had to discuss it with him until I had to go down to the reception AGAIN and I had to bring the bottles up myself… The breakfast was ok, really average. I’m quite disappointed by the really poor service.

Very good Hotel. Rooms can be a little small but nice. They have their own resturant and Spa area to enjoy. Also a large breakfast area that included a small Vegan stall. Enjoyed the stay !!

My stay at the Titanic hotel was lovely, the staff were very nice and the spa facilities were great. The bed and room were amazing and I had a wonderful nights sleep. The only issue was that I felt they were understaffed, I tried calling down to room service for over an hour and nobody answered. Other than that I would come back here, would recommend!

Good location, a few stops on the tram from Berlin’s central station. Room was comfortable, quiet and cleverly designed. Everything spotlessly clean. Breakfast was very good, even with plenty of vegan options. Employees are welcoming, we ate at the hotel restaurant in the evening and the waiters’ friendliness was great, nice pizza! Overall a better hotel than some 5-star hotels in Berlin.

The hotel itself is beautiful and luxurious, the rooms are spacey and spotlessly clean. There is a huge wellness area with a pool, sauna, steam room, relaxation area and hamam. Plenty of massage options for an additional charge. Breakfast buffet has plenty of options to choose from. There are two restaurants. I visited the Italian one and the food and service there was perfect.The staff however could use a training in good manners. Upon check in the counter staff were arrogant and it felt like they didnt even want us there. Nobody ever smiles.
