Large cartoon mural on the side of a gift shop building featuring Tintin, Snowy & Captain Haddock.
Nice mural to see. It is one of many comic wall arts around brussels. You can just google "brussels comic Wall art" and you can actually get a map of their locations
Beautiful mural which can be seen while walking towards the Mannekin pis. There are other mural arts which are very near by this location which is visible while walking on the road. Check out my pictures for more details.
Excellent that place. People also like this place due to historical place.
Beautiful mural located very close to Mannekin pis.
Nice!
Don’t miss Tintin when you are on the way to Manneken Pis.
Beautiful 🤩
Loved it but I love everything Tintin 🥰
As a huge fan of tintin, it is pure joy!!
BD of Tintin you can see an anime store next to it
wow
Stunning mural art
East to get to!
Herges,Tintin can be found as a beautiful mural on this wall situated very close to Manneken Pis. Its quite easy to miss as the street is usually crowded.Brussels is covered with beautiful murals and you can start your hunt with this one
Nice spot for taking pictures
Located at an alley in Brussels
Find it!
If you are in love with Tin Tin, You should go to this spot. Finding a good angle to take a picture is too difficult.
There are all these art pieces all around Bruxelles, I just think its a beautiful idea.
Covered Up due to renovation.
It cute. 🙂
Not bad. Not very special.
I really did not get why this place is so famous and mentioned as must see. The tintin painting in the wall is hard to find in a crowd. I love tintin but did not really like the spot (personal choice). A busy street lots of souvenir shops around.
On the way from Grand Place to Mannekin Pis. Easy to find!
Part of the murals of Brussels. This one of the famous reporter with captain Haddock and Snowy.
The mural is Great but is just a painting on the wall! Worth a look if passing near by but not worth a special journey!
Very nice mural
Beautiful mural for remembering tintin trip
Such an overhype and really a big dampner, does no justice to Tintin.
I had a pretty bad experience at the outlet. While we were going for our trip to Europe, we converted Qatari Rial to 100 Euro Bills. Apparently, these are recent issues of 100 Euro bill (With a new design). While I was paying for a few souvenirs at the store, the cashier woman looked at the 100 Euro Note and said, "This is not a real note". Well, in my opinion, that is not the way to communicate with your customer. I challenged her and later on, she said, "we do not have a machine to check the authenticity of the note and Itll be better if you can pay with a different bill". I was pressed for time. So, I paid with a 50 Euro. However, that experience together with one attempt to pick-pocket my backpack at a bus stop, stench of urine and drug addicts at central station left me with a very bad impression of Brussels. If you plan to visit the city, be prepared to experience some rude behavior.
This is awesome, there are lots of similar comic book characters, painted all over brussels, it’s nice walking on the streets of Brussels and finding interesting arts, this one is brilliant and famous.
Its stunning! I would recommend starting your comic book walk from this mural! Its brilliant!! Not too difficult to find.
Crowded place to have a glimpse of the "Pissing Boy" statue. Tintin mural is almost hidden
Very big and nice painting. Brussels has a Comic Strip Trail, a 3-mile series of 30 murals painted on building walls
Lovely for pic
In Belgium, bandes dessinées are a serious business. And Brussels is their undisputed capital.Very famous Tintin or the Smurfs lead the way toward a world of creativity but there are several other characters (and hundreds of authors). Nowadays they all are largely celebrated and pervade many corners of the city: they have escaped the pages of the books and are (alsoon walls and building façades, exhibited in museums (we really loved the Comics Art Museumand sold in boutiques. The Comic Strip Route is a growing project and an alternative great way to see the city while admiring some beautiful murals. It is a kind of a treasure hunt game and the detailed map you can purchase at Visit Brussels tourist office (2,50€is very useful to keep you on track. Good luck ! 😀
Beautiful places. Huge colletion of book, figurines, posters, textiles
Amazing murals all over the city, here’s one that I saw.
Worth going for the photo op
You will definitely pass by this lovely wall painting while on your way to the tourist hot spot Manneken Pis (from the Grand Palace direction). A must visit for Tin Tin fans.
There is a fun activity for visitors to Brussels to enjoy in the Visit Brussels - Comic Strip Walk which takes you around the city centre to see over 40 different comic murals painted on the side of various buildings. Of these murals, the Tin Tin Mural (#23 on the mini-Mapis probably the most popular. You can find the Tin Tin mural along Rue de LEtuve just north of the Manneken Pis landmark. Here you will see the most famous Belgium comic hero, Tin Tin, descending a series of stairs in a scene depicted from The Calculus Affair. It is a neat bit of street art to find while sightseeing around the city of Belgium.Note: If you want to see other murals included in the Comic Strip Walk, you can purchase a mini-map (€1at any of the Brussels TI centres including the one directly on Grand Place.
A must see mural in Brussel. There are lots of murals in town. You should go hunt for all of them !
TINTIN was created in Brussels by Herge, which makes this a must see for any TINTIN fan. This mural is on the road down from the Manneken Pis. Brussels is known to have lots of artwork on its buildings - so look up and around to make sure you don’t miss any,,
Located right at the city centre. Right on the same block as the "Manneken Pis" which you wont miss. Its fun to see it as you pass by.
TinTin mural. Seen it. Snapped it. Ticked of list.
Public art piece showing one of Belgiums most beloved characters. Located in the cit center, I really liked that I didnt really looked for it but had read about it and then when I was walking it just appeared, a pleasant surprise.
Its nostalgia... Its about Tintin & his Creator, Here.
Hello! Tintin, the comic book which is well known all around the world. Tintin original from Belgium :))
A lot of history behind tin tin and his creator. Nice mural.
Very nice mural, drawn by Hergé shortly before he passed away.
