A travelers rest stop before starting their ascent to Baguio City. Lots of cars and trucks bound for Baguio park here to rest and eat. Tinoyans is your traditional carinderia. We tried their pinapaitan (cow innards with bileand Bulalo (beef bones soupand they were delicious, the cow stomach among other ingredients in the pinapaitan were soft and not chewy at all. The bulalo was surprising because we got a huge bone and meat that almost occupied the big bowl where it is contained. Tinoyans satisfies your craving for Filipino dishes.
