There is no option for zero star so I have to gave one. Ridiculous service. Managers don’t know how to talk to their staff infront of customers. 15 minutes wait for just one coffee. I wasn’t at Tim’s but I was on the Wendy’s side of it and the burgers patty’s were crushed, the fries first round were cold, and my mom and I had to listen to some lady cough like she was hacking up a hair all of phylum. This was my Baconader and it was horrible. So please don’t eat here.
I came on this Tim Hortons on 29 Around 10-11am on the window. I still remember there was a new girl (with turban)on the window taking orders and she was doing great and took our order absolutely great. Well when I got on the window I was going to pay cash and half on visa but there was a miscommunication probably and she probably punched all cash and didn’t know how to fix it. she called her supervisor for the help well she was so mean to the girl and started yelling at her in Punjabi infront of us. Which is highly unprofessional and I really did not liked it at all . Poor girl was so scared.I really want this should be taken care by upper management.
The worst customer service ever i had in my life, they don’t know how to talk with the customer.The lady working 19 September in evening around 8 she even don’t know how to talk , i would say stupid lady to eventhough right now i am unable to find the word for her. I think management have to think about their staff because you guys are lost your business due to your staff , they just serving drive through , at front their is huge line up they are three of them notice , the guys working in turbun just look at customers and try to ignore them . I would suggest everyone don’t go over there at any cost.
Stood waiting for someone to help/ask if we were ready to order and no one ever did. We ended up leaving because the staff didn’t acknowledge us.
The food is reliably good, but not all stores have the best customer service

Worst customer service . We ordered wrap but got Bun . We mentioned to the lady who was working in kitchen Named (ParmjeetShe made our order wrong. instead of feeling sorry she was debating with us in front of everybody. She was so rude . If manager can talk to her and teach her customer service that would be great.
Staff was relatively quick for the order. Service was good. I wish they cut the bagels all the way through or it would be 5 stars.
People need to know what double toasted is....... its not just turn heat up and have it go through it toasting it 2 times PLEASE.Its never consistent, just sad

I come to this location regularly. The girl taking my order at the drive thru was extremely rude. No thankyou no please no greeting. Nothing. When she gave me my food at the window she never said Hi or Bye or Thankyou. Took my money while she looked the other way. I know she was an Indian student. Management please teach your employees common courtesy at least. Customers pay for their food. At least be polite
Another little slice of paradise, located just off the Highway 1... Drop in for a spot of breakfast? A coffee? A splash in the indoor pool? Ok so its not a pool, just a few potato wedges and ketchup floating about the floor as you enter the lavatory! Come on guys, you can do better! Just mop it up, not just float a sign on top!!

Poor service. Went to take coffee from drive thru today at 9:25 pm. Girl standing at drive thru actually don’t know to how to give a good customer service. She said hello and was so rude with my husband. Very bad attitude. Really need to be improved
Probably one of the worse Tim Hortons locations in Abbotsford. For 5 days in a row my drink has been incorrect I asked of a vanilla cold brew with extra syrups and cold expresso foam and every time they give me a regular ice coffee. They love to steal money from there customer it seems. Switch over to Starbucks at least theyll get your orders right. Smh

Third time this week I’ve received the worst bagel. Last time the whole bagel was burnt and had no cream cheese so I asked for extra cream cheese today and this is how they made my bagel. Also ordered an iced capp on the weekend where the lady at the drive thru tried to give me a medium iced capp cup only half filled when I paid the full +$3 and when I asked her to fill the cup properly she was very rude.
I went to pick up my order and a lady named Param was so rude. Please train your staff on how to deal with customers. I go daily and all other staff members are polite except this lady.
Good crew. Reasonably fast. A couple of times I got a BELT instead of a Bagel breakfast sandwich, and because the cashier screen is often not working I couldnt catch the error. Not a big deal though. Friendly staff.
The store is Clean, tidy and well organized. Coffee and fritter are very tasty and can become addictive !
This location is getting worse nd worse. Such a bad employees and customer service. They have literally zero sense to talk to customers. During night time they took your order like they are still in sleep nd when you correct them they argue with you saying that we ordered this. One girl working over there is so rude. Needs to be improved
I usually go drive through midnight on Sunday morning and get coffee. I always say please make sure it is hot but unfortunately it’s not
Worst management to work with, they will keep on posting hiring!Hiring! , but they won’t give u hours. The manager over there is more than worst, she even don’t know what confidentiality is. Please avoid this place
Worst staff ever, i went there to grab my coffee and the lady named Manpreet was soo rude, she literally thrown coffee in my car, when i told her that i will complain about her..she was like ok i dont care.
The chillies was so good there so fresh and the even the staff where very kind helpful and brought a nice welcoming atmosphere
So rude staff … moreover careless also i have order large stepped tea on skip and they sent medium .. its happen twice … when i call them.. they ignore… if you dont know how to deal with customers.. then leave ur job…
Super fast, even when the line seems long, this is likely the quickest location I have been too. They also have never made a mistake on my order. Major bonus!

Ordered 5 coffees but only got 4 and when I asked for the receipt they said their machine is out of paper. Then when I asked them for a tray they refused saying “we are low on trays”.
I am loving the new cinnamon latte with oat milk. This has got to be the busiest Tim Hortons around here. The staff is always trying their best to keep up. Always polite. Food/coffee always fresh. The place is clean. Some of the customers, however, could use a little more patience and a few manners.

Good for brunch time drive-thru with only one exception, the food order wasnt right, and it seemed the steak and cheese w/egg sandwich had outdated sour-like tasting meats in the sandwich x 2 accordingtomy elder.

Horrible service in drive thru. I don’t often go to timmies but I wanted soup. I ended up getting a turkey bacon club but the woman was laughing over the headset about something and she wasn’t making a lot of sense or helpful at all. I wanted a combo with soup. Is that not a thing anymore? I got to the window and was told there was no chicken noodle and they had chicken with wild rice. I’m lactose intolerant. Umm since when does chicken and wild rice come dairy based? I was so frustrated that I forgot to ask for no tomatoes and switch out the mayo for honey mustard. Ugh I’ve worked in customer service for almost 20 years and I’ve never had such a bad experience. Oh yes and I asked for crackers and she said the we gave you a bun. Umm buns are not crackers. Like did I stutter? Ugh seriously never going to this timmies again.
I was soooo excited for a donut, sadly they were out so I settled on a sandwich, we pulled to the window to pay and get our food. We had to sit for a minute, which was fine, but we watched her make the food and SHE KEPT TOUCHING HER HAIR, with the gloves on. Then to make it worse the second employee didn’t even have a mask on :( Then we were just confirming our order, just because of allergies, and she closed the window on us and walked away
Very quick service, good operating hours, and accurate order fulfillment. For some reason, some of the food items don’t taste quite as good as other locations, but they don’t taste bad.
Easily the worst Tom Hortons in Abbotsford. I went here frequently while working in the automall. Every order might as well be a coin toss. 50/50 odds they will manage to mess the simplest of things up.
While this Tim Hortons is doing better with customer service, there are times they will not give give change back. Yesterday I was there. Ordered a large Earl Grey, it came to $210. I gave $2.25 and was given no change back. Its not much but it is the principle that matters.
They certainly could do a lot better; I always ask for a darkroast regular, but almost everytime I get it there it tastes different, usually it isnt stirred, or the amount of sugar is wrong, or there is no sugar at all. Staff could also be a lot more friendly - is it that hard to say hello or thank you? Or have I just become an old fuddy duddy. I feel as if they dont care if I come back or not. I also find it very difficult to understand them, their English is terrible.
asked for a medium double double and 2 old fashion glazed donuts and they gave me a small double double and 2 chocolate donuts. The drive thru employees throw the food at you without a glance. My coffee cup had sticky residue all over it
I ordered a crispy chicken wrap and the chicken was elasticythere were strands inside which could be stretched out. maybe an old chicken strip?happened first time with me and staff was not helpful at all saying i cant change the chicken it comes from the company itself.but the staff did give me a replacement (grilled chicken wrap)- for which i am giving a higher rating than i would have.
This is one of the better Tim Hortons locations. Youll find the drive thru to be quick. I cannot give Tim Hortons food or coffee a 5 star rating, but of the Tim Hortons I have been to (many), this is one of the better ones. Good management, clean, friendly, and fast. This location does get busy, so youre taking a gamble on finding seating, especially during Covid-19. If youve never been to a Tim Hortons, they are known for their donuts, coffee, and soup/sandwich combos. I cannot recommend their coffee, I find it too hot, watery, and old tasting. Youre better off going to the next door Starbucks for coffee. Their sandwiches and wraps are enjoyable, and the soup is about what youd expect from a bowl of Campbells Chunky. There is booth seating at this location, and chairs. 1 table seating 8 in the far end of the restaurant.
Try not to go to this Tim Hortons unless you want to complain to their staff.Me and my friend went to go get some coffee and donuts and we got our coffee but not our Donuts the lady at the counter kept saying: oh you didnt order anyBut we kept showing her the receipt -_-I found this Tim Hortons frustrating and stressful if youre looking to get coffee to wake yourself up in the morning I would not go to this one I would try a different Tim Hortons in your area •-•
There are definitely both some strengths and areas of improvement at this Tim Hortons...Biggest strength is their speed. I fly through an eight car drive-thru lane in 60 seconds flat. I’m not sure why other review are saying their food was made incorrectly, because mine has always been made right.The biggest area of improvement is in the quality of service. Every time I get a black coffee, I’m forced to ask for a sleeve or risk scalding my hands. When I ask, they act super inconvenienced.... this is definitely one area that could make your customers much happier.
Coffee, yum. Lineup sucks, but that is not their problem. Ice caps are a little warm though.Whenever I order an iced black coffee Im always asked if I want cream or sugar in it.Cracks me up.
Havent been here for a few years, I honestly dont like the coffee. Regardless, I went with friends. I ordered a sandwich and a pop. There were no fluent English-speaking staff there. All were ESL students. Very hard to order and very hard to understand what they were saying back to me. They had a hard time to understand that I didnt want a biscuit with my soup, once they did figure that out I still got the butter and the knife. Very wasteful. I guess if youre paying minimum wage this is the kind of service you get. Be many years before I go back again. So many other nice coffee shops around, little independent local places. No need to support this place.
