Tim Hortons in Williams Lake

DONT ORDER HERE GOTO THE HIGHWAY 97 LOCATION. I hope the time hortons head office closes this location because it is horrible. I gave this location 3 different attempts to make me a decent sandwich and they couldnt do it. They put so much darned condiments on my sandwich 2 times that I had to ask for no condiments the 3rd time and when I did that they served me the most stale disgusting old bun that I couldnt even bite into the sandwich. There is no excuse for the disgraceful product this location puts out and I look forward to their closure. Tim hortons head office isnt very good at getting back to people so actually I wouldnt be too sad if both locations disappeared actually. I complained to tims head office about two weeks ago and was told I would get a call within 3 to 5 business days. Im guessing they will give me some covid laced excuse like everywhere else. Lol

Always a good place to drop in for a cup when Im in Canada

Dont go here on weekends. Not being trained properly. I ordered a Buffalo chicken wrap with no tomato. Went home. Took a bite. Opened it to find tomato that I didnt want and guess what?? NO CHICKEN! Not even kidding. Im so done with that location on Oliver Street. I go there all the time to keep having them screw up my order yet again.

If you have been to one, you know what you are getting. The same goes here. The staff is great at this location.

I LOVE my coffee and sometimes Tims is my go to.. though sometimes the line is lo g it goes through fast, good service, friendly staff 👍👍

I typically go to this location opposed to the highway location as that location frequently messed up my order.I just went around 4pm at drive thru. There was a long pause before I was greeted, no one else in line before me (rare, I knowand pull to the front. I see a large amount of young people hanging around talking through the window. This also took a longer than normal time to be greeted. The person who took my payment was toting around a bottle of flavoring or syrup, didnt make me feel like I was a priority.He then comes back and tells me they dont have the treat I had asked for and paid for. Typically, drive thru checks their treat selection as you order to ensure no mishaps. I swapped to something else at the same cost.Then I get my drink. And its no joke, half full. Its medium London Fog Latte, so there is two inches of foam to my maybe 125ml of tea. Super disappointing.Typically experience from here has been great. I do think that whomever was supervising these young people today needs to follow up with them on how to make these drinks and just overall etiquette of a job. I know young people are a challenge and workers are hard to come by, but there is a general expectation of overall service and goods that was not provided today.Ps. Whats with this cookie? Tastes fine, but clearly someone just doesnt care about presentation

They definitely mess up orders more then they get them right. Nothing worse then biting into your breakfast sandwich and pulling out a dime size piece of egg shell 🤢. Let alone watching the manager yell at the wrong staff member before he knows the story then when you inform him he yelled at the wrong staff member in front of a full room of customers he then yells at me 😂 I guess it’s time to learn to love McDonald’s

Staff are always happy and are always welcoming, always wearing masks for your safety and government rules.

I always have to ask for my mobile order here. I stand there and watch ppl come and go and they are completely unaware that they have a mobile order. Worst service. Nor do I want to have to Wait to ask for my completed order behind the counter. Its supposed to go under the arrow.

They took 30 mins to get thru 3 cars

I went through the Drive-thru and ordered 1 Medium DD, Medium 2 Sugar and a Large Coffee 3 Cream and 3 Medium Sugar and when I got home had 1 Medium Coffee DD and the large Coffee but didnt get the Medium Coffee instead got a Medium Earl Grey Tea with fixings will not be going back thru the Drive-Thru at that location again

They got both coffees wrong and then when I came back to get my two coffees neither one was stirred. I dont live far away and go there almost every day and they get it wrong more than them getting it right. Dont know if there short on staff but Ive been in line for over a half

Always takes Good Care of our Little Hockey Players. Little Mr Loves his Hot Chocolate with whipped cream. Apparently it kept him going even at 430 in the morning.(Personally love the hot chocolate with a mint tea bag). Thank you for always being so good to Us.Maybe a touch more Cream Cheese on the Snack Bars. Just a thought.^_^+ Some Old Fashioned Plain Timbits. Please. Nearly ate me out of house and home with everything else, but always just wanted some plain. All good lol

Friendly, fast, and good. The new breakfast egg sandwiches are great and non greasy. The fresh egg is a definite improvement.

I never went to Tim Hortons. I went to the Pharmacy located beside the multi million dollar coffee and donut franchise.

Staff are so friendly and it really feels like a place where you can be comfortable and feel at home. Iced Capp machine is a bit of a hit or miss but they have plenty of other tasty drinks to choose from when its down.

I go to this location fairly regularly, ordering the same thing, and they tend to do a good job and are friendly enough. However, I do NOT like tomatoes and I always ask for no tomatoes in my wrap but 9 out of 10 times I will still end up with tomatoes. I wanted to write this review yesterday as when I got home I found that yet again there were tomatoes but I was encouraged to leave it alone. However, when I got home today and AGAIN found tomatoes in my wrap I had to write this. I understand that these are difficult times, people make mistakes and this may be the least of many peoples concerns but its something as simple as this that throws off my day. And if this happens 9/10 times for me I am sure I am not the only one having this issue.

This is newer location of Tims in Williams Lake. The drive through is convenient but expect line ups in the peak hours. Staff tries the best to meet your expectations. Nice clean store for the most visits except in the winter months... you cant just keep up with the muddy shoes and melting snow on the restaurant floor.

It great for drive thru mostly and been inside once it beautiful on the inside & lil loud, food was delicious but some of the workers need to work on communications skills they got one order wrong & didnt wanted to fix it right away but my sister got that handled. Hey I loved Timmies coffee places like everybody else. But some of the workers that night was rude too

Food is great. Never disappoints and coffee is always fresh although the First Nation lady at drive through window during the evening is extremely rude, loud and disrespectful. Will be going inside from now on...

The service was fast and order correct. But the lady at the drive through was very rude. I paid with the Tims app and then said I wanted to get my rewards on it and she said sorry you cant. I asked why she didnt say anything before. She curtly replied "it takes too long". This is a terrible way to build a loyal customer base.

Great coffee, service and atmosphere is comforting. Far better than the old timmys by the highway. I just wish it was bigger.

Quite possibly the friendliest Timmies Ive ever been too. Great staff, great service, and everything is super fresh. Highly recommended.
