Night staff is rude to people all the time, We are cab drivers, one of the employees kicked us out because we were group of 4 people and 2 of us didn’t want to order anything, She wanted each of us to order something then you can sit in ( We were quite and respectful to the business We left without any argument

Unfortunately their inability to cut and butter a muffin or have their donuts properly stocked ruins my ability to leave a positive review.TLDR: I have ordered here for maybe two months now have they have never kept their donuts properly stocked, or serve me my order properly. I have been made aware that this is probably the manager telling their kitchen to not cut and butter their muffins.

They unlock the bathroom door for you and then when next customer comes along they don’t knock or listen for a response! I had to yell when a staff worker just opened the door while I was using the facilities! You violated my rights to privacy and then LAUGHED about it!!!
Keep the store clean even with customers in it,make sure you understand the order you are given
Today i ordered 1 regular and 1 large broccoli soup , large soup was not enough quantity it was not filled till the fill up line and also got a hair inside cup lid and every time has issues with the same location .
I love how fast you guys are but it would be great if you could have better hash browns I just end up throwing them out every time

Great place just one problem usually the workers are really focused on the drive through so when you go inside you are looking at around 3-5 min wait to get your food. But there are no other complaints o have about this place

No toilet paper in bathroom and the sink was to dirty to touch, good thing I had tissue and hand sanitizer in pocket. Seeing that we are in a pandemic I was surprised, will not be returning.

Nothing fancy - you get what you expect when you come to Tims - but this location has very good service, is usually clean and fast (provided youre not there during the early morning)
Wow this was one of the worst Tims that Ive stopped at. The customer service was very poor. It was extremely hard to understand through the mask, more than normal, let alone yelling and pointing to give instructions. I was trying to give my rewards cards to scan and the clerk yells to go to the other side. What a headache. I asked for my points after the line up was clear and the manager gave me rewards for my coffee but not my meal. It was just a frazzled experience that I couldve went without on a Sunday!
Cashier politely told a lady they couldnt serve her without a mask after the customer was being snarky about it. 10/10
This place is super fast and efficient. They always get my order right and are friendly. My little dog is so excited to roll up here for her little timbit. Thanks to the staff for making my visits quick and easy.
Had an breakfast ham and egg sandwich. Used a previously, like hours before, egg served cold and blue yolked with a microwave heat. Sad.
Service is quick. I regularly get Tim Bits as a treat for others, however they are regularly short. I get 9 instead of 10. It is not convenient to open the box and count the contents.
Was a little disappointed 😞Waited over 5 minutes at the till before I was Greeted & at least 3 staff walked by. Seemed to be focused on drive-thru but it wasnt busy. Although I did get good service once she came to the till .
To the young lady working as manager thank u so much for your amazing service this morning i ordered my food to different location but she still provided my order with no cost. u had a beautiful smile and was so pleasant my food and drink was fresh and just beyond perfect !!! Go often, staff is covid safe and very accommodating. When asked to mix up my dozen donuts they do great.
A Tim will always be the best place to visit wherever you go. Its our life saver and his coffee is from heaven. When you are traveling with your family and tired and need a good stop, Tim will always be puuurrrrfect!!!
Worst Tim Hortons in town. Can never get your order correct. Always missing something in bag if order is right. Sandwiches or whatever you get will be missing ingredients. Every time this happens, not sure why I always give them another chance. Drive thru is impossible to understand and they cant understand you. Food is always old and stale or they never have what you want.
It was ok because they had a hard time getting the order right and the tried to give me a cup with French vanilla all down the side of the cup.
They often get orders wrong. Many many times. It is very frustrating when they can even mess up with just one item ordered. It takes a long time to get them back on track and its supposed to be quick drive through. There are language barriers and heavy accents for the staff who answer and take orders. It is difficult to understand them and difficult to get them to understand what Im saying. I often avoid this store bcuz of these issues.
Hair found embedded in the icing of my sons tim bit2nd time now found hair in my ice cap.... during covid after like so disgusting now, never returning to this location , feel its not a great spot may go to starbucks, never had that happen there
This company has gone down hill . The service is horrible ordering At the drive through is just about impossible. You have to repeat your order so many times and they still get it wrong . I came here every morning for 6 years now I go to McDonalds .
No expectant mothers parking spots ?? and the lot is ram packed...but you have 2 handi parking spots?? That were both empty I might add. Should make them expectant mother/ handi- dangerous to be waddling across an icy lot if you can even get a parking spot.
Service is slow during the day and Wouldnt bother going past 10pm. Went there tonight and not a single donut or timbit. And have been on multiple other occasions late evening where they are out of so many items that you will never get what you went for and they may as well have closed.
Pretty decent cup of coffee at the time. However fast forward 30 mins I was faced with the important decision of squatting in the grass on the side of the road, or forever ruin the drivers seat in my truck, luckily I had some rags and was able to offend minimal passing motorists.
The staff didnt understand my order and I had to repeat myself several times then she got help from a manager. I had to wait about 10 minutes for my coffee, it was busy but it seemed like it couldve been a bit more efficient. Quality of coffee and food were great and very fresh, making it worth the small wait.
It was an interesting experience at this Tim Hortons. There was a very long line up for people to enter in their orders and very few people at the tills. Employees were either working on filling orders or (the vast majoritywere watching the employees that were working.
While going through the Drive thru we tried to place our order but the staff member had a hard time understanding us. We asked what kind of muffins they had and after she listed them I picked pumpkin. She said Boston Creme? We said emphatically no, Pumpkin. As we drove away we realized I got Boston Creme. That was an error but we understood. I went back to tell the manager about my experience and all I got was excuses. I told her I didnt want the excuses, I wanted her to know what happened so she could fix the problem in the future. I didnt even get offered a free muffin :). It is not the front line staff that need training in my opinion, but management does
I went into the location to get the family some drinks and Timbits for the drive back to Calgary yesterday. I walked in a stood for a few minutes without a single staff member saying hello (no one else was waiting in line). Some blonde gal with glasses as sweeping up behind the counter and looked up and saw me. She put her broom down, walked over and asked what I wanted (in a very unwelcoming manner), took my order and proceeded to get my 6yr olds Timbits WITHOUT washing her hands. She was pouring my coffee when I let her now that I had a done lid in my hand for my coffee and she aggressively grabbed it out of my hand put it on the code and pretty much dropped the drink tray on the counter spilling some of my coffee and walked away.We went to this location a dozen or so times on our 2 week visit (sometimes twice a dayand this last visit was absolutely disgusting with this staff member not washing her hands and then handling customer food. We threw the Timbits out.
This is the slowest Tim Hortons I have ever witnessed. 1st of al it’s not a bank so why are people lining up like one ? You should train your staff and customers to form two lines at the tills instead of everyone blocking the doorway with the doors wide open letting the flies in . I’ve seen many different fast food chains that have signs to tell people to form two lines so I would highly recommend you do this ! Not to mention the prep person failed to put cheese on our Turkey Bacon Club sandwiches it wasn’t toasted andwas very dry. 👎🏻
drive through does not understand orders, have to continually repeat myself to the point I dont end up buying anything. I have never had problems before at other drive throughs. They flipped me the bird when I decided I didnt want anything. If I could rate a zero, thats what I would rate it. Recommend to go somewhere else.
Decent place to go to in "normal hours", yet have been told more than once that they "dont have the machine on"for ability to get hot chocolate or mochas late at night or very early in morning! This is the only one of the three in town that does this, so I make sure to go the extra Im to at least the one in the South end of town to get what Im wanting. Also, if youre going to hire people who have English as a second language, make sure they can understand and pronounce words good enough for drive through ordering! Once it actually is a 24 hour aspect with even drinks, then at least one more star will be added...
They never get my coffee right. Even this morning get 1 extra large Triple triple 1 large 3 cream 2 suger. I get 1 large triple triple and 1 extra large 3 cream 2 suger. Ask them to fix it, all they did was switch the lids. Take a sip of my large a get a mouth full of suger. Gross so glad I paid money for this NOT!
They get my order wrong 90% of the time, and I come here almost every day. The staff seem like they hate their life and their job and just dont seem to have any interest in anything. Yesterday I made my order inside, and the girl taking my order was yawning and rubbing her face and just said "k" after everything. When I paid she didnt even say thank you or tell me where to go, she just gave me my change and walked away. What the hell?Theres one lady who works there who I love, however. Shes always happy and smiling and never gets my order wrong. Keep it up, whoever you are, youre the only reason I still spend my money here!
Normally they are very polite and have good service but when i have used my visa card there the last four times it only takes a certain amount off the card. They claim that it’s because i have no money on it but there is over $1200 so i am disappointed in the machine & the staff. Very rude when i said they should get their machine fixed. Also, the bearded lady is very very harsh.
Never seem to have hashbrowns ready even though they are available until 12, I went at 9:30am today and they have none ready. I heard multiple people complaining that there’s never hashbrowns ready. Almost always manage to mess up my coffee, it’s not complicated either they just forget sugar half the time or never put enough sugar and cream. Every time I order a hot chocolate I have to check that it’s good because of the amount of times I’ve been served boiling hot brown water that is completely watered down. Many times I’ve gotten home before I opened it up and tried it and have had to throw it out because it’s so terrible.
Bad service. Have to wait for a while for my muffins and timbits while watching the crew serving other customers which ordered after me. They saw me standing and never bother asking me how can they help me or were they able to give all my orders.That will be the last time Im visiting that place.
TWO CUPS - DOWN RATINGThe night stafff are horrid. I walked in there and the person on drive thru wanted helps because there was a lineup and two people in the line up. In calling head office tomorrow as soon as it opens. Pour blonde lady. She was nice about it to. The old bigger lady. Treated her like she owned her. This is unacceptable. They also never have any donuts! And the ones they do arent fresh. This is ridiculous. Im embarrassed to see this Canadians name go to such shame because of a lack of good staff.. Ill never go tontmmies again after this charade.

why is the coffee so cold?? I just read the reviews here and I know I am not the only one thinking this way. fix the machine or something. normally if you order a cup of coffee you expect it to be hot. jesus.
Coffee has been cold lately, late night staff acted like they didnt want customers coming in (while cleaning), however the manager is really a nice guy! Please see that your supervisors are doing their jobs. And try to park vehicles whom are ordering large food orders so others can get going.. that would bring my rating up to a 5*
