Tim Hortons in Happy Valley-Goose Bay

Lovely, clean and cozy Tims. I visited 9AM Sat, it was not too busy inside, though drive-through had constant incoming costumers. Staff was friendly, efficient and quick; I could tell they work well as a team. I had a breakfast combo it was yummy, served quickly. They have a great selection of sweets and goodies, fully stocked and neatly organized.Restroom and lounge area were clean, even the fireplace was on, giving out cozy ambiance.

Eventhough we had bought cofee, they refused to refill our reusable bottles with tap water and insisted we buy a plastic water bottle. Very disappointed.

Fast and friendly place and service better everyday!

Very slow, this was not an isolated instance.Every visit was up to or over 10 mins to get one tea & one icecap.Ssving grace was pleasant servers.

6 pieces of Potato Wedges for $2. Chicken wrap with 87% lettuce and 13% of chicken and only half is filled with food, only $5. What a bargain

Didnt go in because the parking lot was jammed full, the drive through line spilled out onto the road. So I assume all is well with the product and service in Happy Valley Goose Bay.

Always gets one coffee wrong most times.

I waited for 15 minutes in a lineup with only one vehicle ahead of me just to get disgusting Brown water that was supposed to be iced coffee

Its Tims, for the most part its good but there is one employee who constantly messes up your order.

Service in usually fast, but order mix-ups happen way too often, order a xl tea, its either coffee or tea and coffee mix, lately has been getting the wrong size and I live 45 km away, doughnuts are good tho

Hang out for drunks... customers constantly accosted by intoxicated people... management seems completely unwilling or unable to address the problem as its been ongoing for years...go somewhere else for coffee....NOT RECOMMENDED!!! 0 STARS

Goose Bay Tim Hortons service is second to none!

Great coffee, muffins, and food. Staff are friendly and fast.

Speed is fine, coffee is often unstirred, and food is acceptable.

Havent had a bad tea here yet !

The atmosphere is great, but the washrooms need regular cleaning.

Crowded and slow service. The iced cap machine has been out of service fir over 3 weeks.

They almost always mess my order up. I will only go through the drive thru as the inside has become a hang out for homeless and kids. The drive thru line up is insanely long. Basically the same food/drinks as a Tim Hortons anywhere. Nothing special.

Longest line Ive ever seen at a Tim Hortons. Food tastes like every other one, as expected.

Standard Tims. drive though is usually insane but they run through the line quickly.

Popular place, often hard to get a place to sit down.

Drive thru can be slow. Had to ask a second time what my order was. Some other customers order way too much for a drove thru order which causes the line up on the road. Management closed dining room after 6pm until 6am making drive thru even slower, when busy it goes out unto the road.

Staff is good, food is ok, speed of service reasonable. Coffee is good.

They obviously cant stir or use other competent tim hortons work skills ..I think its beyond their capability ..Never ask for hot chocolate unless you want brown waterThe staff is underpaid as I asked for my change and was told no Ialready got it. Only I never recieved it so I said no and the person ignored me and went on. I got robbed 3 dollars and a large hot chocolate today.I boycott tim hortons cuz this is enough. These people need training
