Tim Hortons in Salmon Arm

I asked for a lemon iced tea and they gave me iced “tea” smh

While waiting to get our food there were several flys in the display cabinet fir the muffins and doughnuts. The clerks were informed and continued on serving and getting food fir customers, including giving a man items the flys had been on.

Worst service ever, no one taking orders and the staff were insane rude. Just leaving now going somewhere else.

Since new ownership, service has declined terribly! Previous employees pushed out, Nice people are there right now, but something is always not up to the standards as before. Expresso machine from World War Era, is broken all the times, and unfortunately, like the other two Tim Hortons in Town, all down the drain, it seems!

Terrible!! Today I went into Tim Hortons at 10 am starving there was only 1 person in front of me and then the cashier left and we were waiting for 5 minutes then they don’t even have a plain bagel even though there displayed at the front. Took forever and you had to wait by the door and squish when people walked out. Also bathroom was DISGUSTING!

Ridiculous service, ordered vanilla cold brew. First of all there was not vanilla but when complained they added too much vanilla so we have to through our drink. Never gonna come back and recommend this location. Other locations are good in salmon arm.

Slooooow. 15 min for 2 breakfast biscuits and a coffee….

Fastest Tim Horton’s in North America. We come from Montreal and this was an amazing experience. Totally worth the 4000km detour.

The untrained staff make visits here horrendously long, please train your staff on how to use a drive thru properly.My favorite trick they pull on me is not having cream for coffee and replacing it with milk.You think being across from a Walmart they could possibly get some.

Nice people but got my drink messed up 3 times and still not what I ordered.

Door sign says dining open at 6am daily we drove there several times after 6:00am and lobby still close there are three crews inside and they cant handle customers in lobby it seems pretty slow service here.But finally we get in after few days

Id imagine that it would be difficult to mess up a meal with only three items in it, but I was wrong. I was charged nearly $8 (the price of a mealfor just a sandwich and a coffee; no hashbrown was given even though I specifically asked for a meal and I was charged for one.I go back to ask why my hashbrown wasnt included, and they tried to charge me an extra $2 for the hashbrown even though it wasnt given to me with the meal? What kind of business are you running here Tims?Food was ok, service was subpar at best. Not impressed.

This morning went to downtown Tim Hortons and l ordered potatoe wedges and never got my ranch dressing and l had my coffee cup to go and told them dont fill up so full ,they should get people that understands you at the till and l like the old manager Cathy better

Very seldom do they have what I want to order but when they do its always great. Staff r excellent and polite they always talk to my kids in the back very nice !

Just left this location. Sadly only half the food I ordered was in the bag. As I was on the road I could not turn back. Its frustrating to think we need to actually check a small order to be sure it is correct. I expect more from this company.

Id give them zero stars if I could. Worst service Ive ever had at any Tim Hortons.

They usually have flies in thier Doughnut Case. 🤢 And thier drive through doesnt work for Redeeming your Tims Rewards. But other wise the Staff is Pleasant

This coffee was the worst coffee I have had in years. It was burnt to a crisp AND they also gave my diabetic husband 2 sugars in his coffee.We were so excited to see a Timmies with a short lineup....now I see why that was.

One thin slice of beef in the new sandwich and it was heated. Warming a sandwich doesnt work with lettuce! :(

Just as expected, the bagel was toasted correctly and the coffee was fresh. Fast service as usual

Best tasting Tims in town, friendly staff and alot easier too get to and park if needed than the other ones. Go there 3-4 times a day and never have a problem. Before this Tims I would have to go to the downtown Tims for coffee so it wasnt watery and the uptown Tims to get a thick Ice Cap, now I can do it all in one spot.

Left 20mins early for work only to sit in the parking lot waiting in line to order and another 5 waiting on the food to be made after I ordered.

Make sure you check your order. What you see on the screen compared to what you get may not be the same. I ordered bagel but got sandwich instead. *faceplam*

They gave us donuts with hair on them never noticed until we were down the hwy through them in the ditch 🙄

Drive thru is always a mess. Customer service is terrible!!! Food quality is hit and miss.

Sign says open for takeout but lo and behold theyre closed cant drive through the takeout with a large vehicle.

It was good ...just one has to ask for every thing...stir stick...napkin ....butter for muffin...plastic knife. Why do not include this in your order.?

We went thru the drive thru. The norm for now. Lots of cars ahead of us. Took 5 mins and the food was hot coffee great.

Timmies is always a good time when you get to know the girls who work there... the London Fog is one of my favorites... it can make a rough day seem not so rough

My favorite fast food place. Their steeped tea is my go to after a day of shopping.

Had no Boston dreams and my smoothiexwas runny. Cashier was friendly.

Just wow...okay I love that they have teenagers working and gaining experience, but where is the supervising adult? It was like the only person over 18 was the guy in training at the till who didnt barely speak or understand English...We stopped here on our way through town and i ordered 2 doughnuts (maple dip and honey crueler), a sesame bagel toasted with cream cheese and a coffee... the coffee was wrong my bagel was buttered and no cream cheese and they gave me a honey dip instead of maple... how do you screw up 2/3 of an order!? Then my girlfriend got the wrong doughnut too...

They just dont sell everything that the other Tim Hortons sell. Randomly they take things off their menu like certain bagels. I understand rotating specialty donuts for seasons, but a 12 grain bagels??? Really? But no worries they are also the slooooowest timmies Ive ever been at! No biggie Ill go to Starbucks instead!

I think its the worst one in salmon arm. Twice a week they mess up my breakfast. My fault for going there. Uptown by the mcdonalds is the greatest location. BREAKFAST IS IMPORTANT! Take your job seriously. If no one took their job seriously we would be in a third world country. Figure it out

Small Tim Hortons on west end of Salmon Arm. Free parking. Located in outdoor Smart Centre Shopping area off T.C.Hwy 1.

I have always received friendly service at this location. Out of the three locations within Salmon Arm this one by far is the best.

Went inside, took a bit longer than expected and unfortunately our coffees werent what we had ordered. Donuts were very fresh and tasty though.

Without a doubt, the WORST TIm Hortons ever!! Taking food orders when the person running that station has let hashbrowns run out, as well as chicken, no donuts or Tim Bits as well....had to wait 20 minutes for our sandwiches. Avoid at all costs!!

This location does not serve “maple products” according to drive thru this morning (2019-05-23 11am ish). Can I have a maple dip doughnut...nope, a Canadian Maple doughnut...nope, a blueberry muffin ok!!! When I got to the drive thru window “sorry we are out of muffins”.COME ON PEOPLE!!!!

Stopped in for a coffee on the way to the rink tonight at 5:30. Went through the drive thru and experience the worst customer service of my life! The young lady working was very rude and was put out that she had a customer while she was trying to chat with her co-worker! She let my coffee sit for what seemed like 2-3minutes as she finished her conversation before giving it to me! I said have a great night and she replied »whatever ». There are 2 other locations in this town, I will not be back to this location ever!

Horrible service, ordered 2 coffees and some timbits. After a 20 minuite wait i had my coffees and timbits, was not offered an explanation for the wait or even an apology.

Both of my experiences were very poor. I stopped in this location to try a second time for service (coming from Vernon a couple of days ago -( SUPPORT LOCAL you know). I received no customer service literally. No one even acknowledged I was there! I left after I thought was a reasonable wait; and I wont waste my time to try a third time to give this business my support.

Went in as a group of 6, and it took more than 5 minutes for any of us to order, with only a couple in line in front us. Service was friendly, but very slow. They gave me the wrong order and when I told the lady behind the counter, she just said "sorry about that". After a 20 minute visit, I didnt bother to ask for it to be remade.

Small, they keep it relatively clean. Another Timmies nothing immediately stands out. Better then the downtown location.

The staff wasnt overly friendly and my icecapp was really really watery. But when I went to complain they made me a new one which was a little bit better. It was clean enough though.
