On weekends, it typically takes me 20-30 minutes in line in the drive-thru to get my coffee at this location.

Easily one of the worst experiences -Waited over 22 min in drive thru only to receive a breakfast sandwich with no bacon. Wife went back in to have it remade and it was not toasted and ice cold. Went to a second Tim Hortons to have it remade, not equipped for that sandwich. Then a 3rd Tim Hortons to have it properly fixed. Total time elapsed - 1hr. Never again Tim Hortons - tired of the pathetic service and product.
Iam sure this place is different from what I experienced but Ill never go back.1-they closed earlier than posted so I walked around to the drive through window and they would serve me
Worst Tim Hortons experience this year. It took 20 minutes to move 8 cars through the drive thru, them they got the order wrong twice on the intercom (2 small ice Capps made with chocolate milk, nothing fancy), got to the window and they wanted $12.30 for our order, and they got it wrong two more times. Im sure my granddaughters could of did a better job, needless to say we have scratched them off of our list.
Ordered bacon & egg breakfast sandwich ..dry stale un-toasted English muffin, bacon was barely cooked. Coffee and tea hot and fresh.
Absolutely the worst store Ive ever been to.Mostly due to the fact that the Blonde making breakfast sandwiches was pointing out everything the lone young man working the counter was missing, rather than helping when she wasnt making sandwiches.The young man working the counter at 9am this morning deserves a large raise, she should be fired. Took 40 minutes for me to get through 5 customers ahead of me and leave with my order.
Very Rude person on drive thru.Couldnt even get the order in she kept saying " fine drive thru" then order was totally wrong! Ask for xlarge 2cream. Was angrily handed things to the point it was almost dropped in my lap. The coffee was a large double double and the doughnuts were all wrong not one thing was what we asked for and the person at the window didnt want to fix it. 😡

If it says 24 hours online, its meant to be open 24HOURS. This is like the 3rd time within the last month that you guys decided to shut down early with no change in your hours of operation online.Your location is right next to a truck stop, drivers need coffee. They work day and night to keep the economy running and least you could do is hire a better management who can accommodate the demand. You just cannot decide to shut down the store early whenever you feel like. If there is a shortage of staff, HIRE MORE EMPLOYEES.Location being next to a truck stop has so much potential in itself but poor management is throwing it to waste.From last couple months I have noticed your service has gone down. Even during day time, drive through line takes atleast 20-25 mins to move. People who try to grab a bite during their break, ended up wasting their lunch time by sitting in their cars hoping that the line will eventually move.Very very disappointed...
This Tim’s is at a perfect location , right beside a truck stop. They are losing major bussiness $$ because they are shut down at night time. Even though the website says it’s 24/7 but with no heads up they are closed. Hopefully someone higher up will read this and try to fix this issue.
Not impressed with this Tim Hortons!!!! August 1st at 11:27 I place an order of 1 medium coffee on line.11:50 I asked an associate from behind the counter when my coffee was going to be ready, her reply "dont know I dont make the coffee"Really would like management thoughts on this situation 🤔I guess ordering on line is much slower, should of just got in line with the rest of the costumers.😑

Unfortunately this was one of the worst experiences Ive had at a timmies location. Ive driven across Canada several times and have visited many tim Hortons in the process. Hard to say if this was just a bad day or things are like this all the time. Coffee was gross, hash browns were both extra greasy and under cooked (un eatableand the wait time was excessive given there actually werent that many people waiting. At least one other customer gave up on their order and left while I was waiting.To be fair it seemed the staff there were doing their best but it felt like there was a lack of organization and training. Perhaps the manager was not able to be on site that day or something. Regardless, I felt bad for those working trying to serve people.

I waited over 50 min 4th person in line for our order very unorganized and very disappointed with the service beyond frustrated with this experience I get short staff but they should have had a better system to manage the problem

Stood in line for about 10 mins , 6 or 7 workers goofing around not being very professional. I left didnt get wait any longer to be served
Stopped for coffee, my son ran in to use the washroom, toilet was clogged so he went to the ladies room and there was no TP. Coffee was burnt n bitter.
The drive thru is good. I think that the whole Tims do not have all products to offer. Nevertheless, this one in particular never has soup, donuts, the Propper sandwich bread. Just coffee and old timbits. BTW, some people that arrive to this Tim Hortons in Caledonia treat those guys like a piece of sh..., Thats why the service is poor.

How much is the staff trying to save from not filling coffee to the top. I think there raise depends on it. Either a staff issue or owners r going bankrupt. Take the extra 10cent n fill the cup. I want these guys to stay in buisness.
The drive thru is great! They are fast and polite in my experience. I have never been in the store as of yet. It is also convenient as it is on my way to work
It could have been better because I had a very hard time understanding what they were saying and 70 percent of the time they get my order wrong
Most of the times I go here or any other tims my order is either prepared wrong or the order is just plain incorrect sometimes in a good way and sometimes in a bad way I cant recommend it personally unless your just getting a coffee and doughnut/muffin
Staff argues with you when u tell them they didnt make your order right . Then gives attitude 🙄 Caledonia needs better staff and management I have been buying 8 to 10 ice caps a day for the last 12 years never have I been this disappointed from any tims or staff
I had written a good review a year ago, fast forward a year. Getting worse, the morning rush moves if in drive thru. To go in store is brutal, slow and oblivious to waiting customers. Even the mobile app is inconsistent, still waiting regardless if store is empty, full, time of dayEmployees seem to be rude, making comments towards customers among one another. There is a few decent workers, but as a whole I guess its like any other.
JUST PUT THE GARBAGE BINS BACK!!! I dont understand why there are no garbage bins????? AND DONT SAY ITS BECAUSE OF COVID!!. This has to be picked up by your poor underpaid employees.

Disappointed, soup need a spoon-missing, bread butter and knife-missing, sauce in wrap-very poor, no napkins, DD sugar on bottom. I believe my last time to visit this place. TY good bye
From visit to visit this place getting worse and worse.Lowest customer service you can get.Just to get a coffee will take you 20 min to wait even if its not busy.Just got mine with mayo stamps on the cup from the cashier.If your are a trucker go a little bit south on Caledonia or just get somewhere else, avoid coming here.
Kind of iffy on timmies. So busy making their staff go from coffee and donuts to a restaurant theyve forgotten how to make a good cup of coffee. The staff here suggested a shot of espresso and voila!!! My Tims actually tastes like a coffee.Love the staff here. Friendly and efficient and ALWAYS smiling unlike many of the Tims across this country. Only one I go to any more.Enjoy your day friend!!!!
Terrible service! My order was simple, a coffee and a donut. He messed up the sandwich orders on three consecutive people in front of me. It wasnt that he didnt know the job, he just didnt care.
Great location right off the highway, and friendly staff. Got the spinach egg bites, and a steeped tea. Love them

So many bad experiences where they make me wait 20 minutes for food and then end up being given to someone else after I pay. Order anything without sauce and theyll put sauce on and then half fast scrape it off and take half your food with it. Then try to pull one over your eyes and give it to you full price. Customer service is garbage and food is never made how you ask. Might as well just go to the shell and get food/coffee there
Horrible service, they don’t ever have what you want to order. The staff isn’t properly trained on how to prepare any food items and the coffee is always burnt. It’s really frustrating when you order something extremely simple like a bagel and a coffee and the bagel only has cream cheese on one side and isn’t cut in half, the coffee was also disappointing. Very very poor customer service, this location should be reviewed by Tim Hortons head office to see what’s causing all the problems. Won’t be stopping at this location again, this has happened multiple times. I’ll be stopping in Salisbury next time, the staff there actually know what they’re doing and the service is incredible compared to Caledonia Tim Hortons. By far the worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to and I stop at them daily all throughout Canada.
