Hit and miss. Go through the drive thru or youll wait 20 plus minutes for service. Make sure you check your order before you leave, they mess it up alot.
Drive thru is so much quicker. They focus on that. Just double check your order before leaving. Place is clean but needs more attention to walk ins. They paved the drive thru!!!!
This is the best location Ive ever been to in the entire country. Service was outstanding and the food was super yummy delicious nom nom nom
Service was horrible. Its understandable that sometimes its hard to hear in the drive tru but there is no need to be rude about it. My mom and I repeated every order multiple times (again, understandableand every time the server would give us unnecessary attitude. When we picked up our order she closed the door so fast we didnt have time to ask for a sleeve for my moms coffee and ignored us through the door. I ended up having to get out of the car and physically go inside to ask for it since my moms hands are sensitive and cant handle the heat from the coffee.
Had to wait for 45 minutes, then got attitude when I asked what happened to my order…. Not impressed.
Waited 30 minutes for our two coffees only for one of them being with the wrong milk so it had to be re-made. There was a young woman with a lot of luggage who had her lunch there and waited for a ride, then she got harassed by some older man (maybe the manager as he talked to staff about the shift plan?who wanted to throw her out bc of her luggage, really rude. Don’t think I’ll go there again, I traveled through all southern Canadian provinces and have never been to such a slow Tim’s before.

Honestly a horrible service. I laid out my entire order and repeated it for clarification.When the lady forgot, I politely requested the missing items. She just rolled her eyes and gave me an attitude.Sucks a bit since I come to this Timmy’s every time I go thru Creston.
Went thru the drive thru this morning and requested a plastic cup for ice water as the paper cups leak .. employee stated that paper cups are not made for water but plastic were more expensive.. i said i was happy to pay. She didnt know gow much to charge me.. hassled me.. told me to come up... so I went inside to talk to the manager ... the employee was the manager and the owner.... i was shocked... dumbfounded .. how could an owner be so completely clueless.. then she was rude enough to ask if i was ok.. and no i wasnt.. its hot out and i orderd a glass of water in a plastuc cup and she couldnt handle that order. Even when i offered to pay whatever she wanted.I am now shaming tim hortons for using paper cups for cold water that leach out contaminates as they fall aprt and leak out in ur car.. maybe I could start a class action suit against creston tim hortons owner for knowingly using paper cups that are not made for water because their cheaper!Shame on you old lady for being so rude to a customer that spends $40 an order in average.. happy to give to local coffee shops... maybe ill open one accross from u and offer better service!

Staff does their best, management tries Im sure but being a franchise theyre often under the pressure of just following what theyre told, which means oftentimes youll get the wrong order when its busy, or, youll get a half hearted order. The staff is great though
Came for a coffee and wrap, got my coffee after half an hour and never got the wrap after waiting for 50 minutes, was getting late for the job and asked for a refund or my order and staff mistreated, worst Tim Hortons ever

Super slow. Three ppl working the drive thru and one person working the store. Wait time was 10mins inside the store the another 5mins to get what u order. This was not a good experience
Visiting Creston via motorcycle this was one of the few places open early on a Sunday morning and was a good choice. Good coffee and breakfast sandwich. Service was speedy and friendly. Dining room was clean as was the washroom. Thanks for getting us started off right.

Among other Tim Hortons, this one sits squarely in the median.You will get exactly what other Tims offer and this one offers about the same quality and effort found at other Tims.
This business has done its best to remain open during the past 2 years with a bare skeleton crew. We have enjoyed our tea etc almost daily inside or outside. A salute to serving despite rude and aggressive customers who expect pre pandemic service with less than a quarter of the normal staff. We appreciate our tea consistently and biscuits with honey have become a little todlers favorite treat. Thank you 😊
People please understand that Milk and Cream are NOT THE SAME.When you get my orders correct I can offer a 5 star. I always order my items with milk...
Was stuck in the drive through lineup for roughly 30 minutes. Ordered 3 coffees and nothing was labeled to know what had sugar in what. Got a wrap and half was completely empty, & they forgot my extra sausage
Stood inside for 10 minutes or more while they served everyone in the Drive-Thru with three employees nobody served me inside... standing and waiting and gave me one just a minute then proceeded to serve at least five other people before I left
Has been hard hit with employee shortages, which translate to longer wait times,odd operating hours. But as a fact they have not got my coffee wrong yet!
Descriminating, Exploiting indian staff, always giving hard time at work, never got even single pay cheque right, never paid me my overtime payment. Would never recommend any indian work here they treat them like slave..Always gave me hard time @work really affected my health. Worst manegment ever. Forced me to grab big boxes even after i refused as i can’t lift it results into bad back pain.
Love it, but they definitely are in need of staff! Please do not walk in and get bent out of shape because of lineups and yell at the staff. Please apply of your interested... They still are doing a great job under the circumstances. ☕😁👌
Good coffee, when the lid is on all the way for that first sip. Love the apple fritters. Some staff learning english i think. Also i thought tim hortons was 24 hours availability. Its a half a hortons
So we dont eat at Tims very often but we were on that side of town so decided to grab a quick lunch. All 3 of the items we ordered were wrong. The roast beef and cheddar had no cheddar, I had asked for chipotle sauce on my sandwich and no tomatoes, there was tomatoes and no chipotle, my daughters wrap had the chipotle on it and was very excessive she couldnt even eat it.
Have had more bad experiences than good with our local store. Staff is great but the owner or manager really needs some lessons in etiquette and how she talks to people. Came across as a real cow. Dont want to give her my money.
Two washrooms closed and only the family washroom available and it was NOT CLEAN. Only one till open for service, and all the menu tvs are dead. Im not sure if there was actually anything good on this visit today. I hope its not like this all the time.
A really nice location with fast and friendly staff who did an excellent job keeping everyone moving on a busy weekday morning. The coffee was fresh and tasted great lots of parking was available and the tables and washrooms were clean and well kept! Stop by if your road takes you through here.
I cannot rate Tims low enough. Being a religious XL double double drinker plus food daily they have lost my business as the coffee tastes like burnt coffee grounds and the food can sometimes still be frozen.
Very poor customer service - they didnt even check to see if the Hot Chocolate machine is working - so after leaving and driving, all I got was coloured pig swill.Tim Hortons need to improve the way they present their Hot Chocolate - if they did this with Coffee, they would be out of business.
I know what its like to be understaffed, its rough and Im sure its difficult for everyone there... but Jesus Christ can you guys decide on the hours for the lobby already? I dont care if its 8AM to 12AM or what, I just want to know so that when I come by the restaurant to pick up food it isnt locked for some arbitrary reason.Their hours have been 6AM to somewhere between 12 and 3PM every day. Today, out of nowhere and with no explanation they werent open at 6AM which means I cant get breakfast. Boo hoo I know.But the point isnt that theyre not open, its that they give no warning or heads up for what completely random times they wont be open. Which means everyone suffers. Not to mention I dont even want to eat in the lobby, I just want to pick up my food and immediately leave for work.
Always slow if you go inside. The emphasis is on the drive through. Recent dining room hours have been sporadic. If you have a trailer you have to park along the adjacent access road.
The slowest Tim Hortons I’ve been too, maybe management should consider hiring more staff. Drive through lineup is over a wait of 30 minutes or more.
This is the only Tims we have ever been to where they don’t understand how mobile ordering works. After placing the order and waiting by the pickup for 10 minutes, we saw our drinks waiting. Every staff member was ignoring us so we finally asked where the food was. Got a lecture about how we needed to line up and order. Do they not realize that’s what the app was for? Finally got the food after a bunch more lecturing and they said if we come back “we do mobile orders different”. Don’t worry we will NOT be back!!

Service is pleasant. "Dining room"is clean and has good decor. Location is slightly inconvenient, being across from the mall by itself, for anything but drive-thru; and once or twice, we have had to drive all the way back across town just to fix a watery hot chocolate.(it seems like something that thw employees should notice, but it happens surprisingly often! Lol)
I dont even know where to begin,maybe some management or supervisors to give staff direction would go a long way in the restaurant.I have never in my time going to a Tim Hortons restaurant in the last 20 years experienced what I did today 20-25 mins to have my order done, after my wraps were made,my coffee & tea poured, my donuts boxed within 10 mins I was then waiting on 4 hash browns, they ran out made me wait another 5 mins and then told me I would have another 5 min wait to get my hashbrowns as they had to cook some, enter in 10 more mins. I will not stop at this one again, waybtoo much disorganization, well I guess on the plus side my London Fog is cool enough to drink.
Poor service rude employees disgusting food , orders dont even resemble to what has been ordered.Always check your order before you leave to save a trip back as it has probably been messed up after a long wait.. They cant even make a decent ice cap or coffee. The variety of baked goods is terrible for a tim hortons. So boycotting this location till it changes what a waste of time and money!!!
Nothing like a great hot cup of bean flavoured scalding water. If you like partially transparent brown tea, that tastes like dirty water with a hint of coffee flavouring, then this is the place for You! Why not grab a sandwich made with rubber bread, or a semi frozen donut with mystery sauce inside. Or just go to the Bakery instead and enjoy yourself.
As a bikepacker I rely heavily on cafe locations like this with wifi. I bought my coffee, sat down, went to connect and saw a locked wifi. I asked for the password and was told they dont provide wifi. I saw a sign on the highway, and a couple around the store that said they do. I said maybe they should take the signs down. They ignored me. Go somewhere that doesnt lie to their customers blatantly and unapologetically
Whoever owns this Tim Hortons needs to hire more employees. These poor employees are trying to do drive thru and in person customer service and its insane. Its a busy Tim Hortons in a nice area, why dont you hire more people? Your ratings are low for a reason.....
I ordered crispy chicken wrap and my whole wrap was a mess and the employee was saying that there is no hash brown in it. I have been working in Tim Hortons for past two years but this kind of service and staff I have seen for the first time. I came from cranbrook to spend my time but this Tim Hortons made my experience worst. Not recommended to visit.
Sooooooo slow. Waited more than 10 minutes for two buttered bagels and my smile cookie....
Tim Hortons has an amazing service. I ordered my regular double double and black and these employees have outdone themselves, the staff are amazing the service is amazing, I highly recommend this location the staff always have a smile on their face. Positive attitude a perfect warming smile. Yall have won me over thank you for all of your great service.
We waited 15 minute is line for a coffee, while the drive through line went through...It is ridiculous to have 7 employees working and no one serving in house customers...Absolute BS.Tims you so suck...do not go back to this location!
