50 Centre St, Gimli, MB R0C 1B0, Canada, Gimli
Canadian chain selling signature premium-blend coffee, plus light fare like pastries & panini.
If I could give zero stars I would. So unbelievably disappointed with this location. Staff was unhelpful and rude.
The hours of operation are not what are normal at other Timmys
Good to find a coffee in this famous area
Not customer friendly, unprofessional salespeople.
Super busy location. I ordered a few timbits and 3 drinks. It took at least 10 min for the order, I feel like it was longer. Nothing exceptional or awful about this location.
No bathrooms! Herded like livestock. Ugh
Guys working here are cheap. Giving cheap comments on girls. Need to learn some respect.
Same as all the others just no toilets
The wait was terrible. Seemed like only two people were actually working while the others stood around.
No washroom or drive thru, still no seating available many months after restrictions lifted.
Makes a fellow feel like he is being herded like cattle. Better off to head down the street to Robins. Nicer staff and better donuts.
Tim Hortons is the scourge of Canada, exporting profits to international corporations under the guise of Canadian culture.
Went 2 days in a row and asked for a meal and both days they forgot the hashbrowns for the meals
Never disappoints! Amazing service and always fresh coffee. I love the staff they are all so friendly and efficient. Always ask for sleeves its hot!
Id give you 0 starHow can u turn customers away with an exemption not all of us use your dumb mobile app maybe have ur walk up window open to accommodate. Smh
Food was good coffee orders were correct its what I expected!
Only Tims location I have been to that does not call out mobile orders when ready. Having to try to get someones attention when they are as busy as they are, is in efficient and they do not post that you have to ask them for it.
Appreciation goes to Cameron, being very helpful. He was very patient. His accuracy to listen to the customers, is phenomenal. I would highly recommend Cameron get acknowledgment for his work. Thank you Cameron!
Slow service. Waited for my order and people that ordered aftrr mebwere getting their order beforr mone.
Tim Hortons has steadily declined in quality ever since they got bought by the corporate conglomerate that owns Burger king. That is what happens when corporations put emphasis on profit margins instead of quality and innovation.
Its okay, but not great. Theres no where to sit, only one Friendly employee and lastly some poorly done things
Always fast when I am there then again im not ordering $50 worth of stuffl
I like Tim Hortons and i rarely eat elsewhere...They are friendly and polite... When im traveling i seek out Tim Hortons...Thank You...
Hadnt been to this Tims before, the line was out the door. Quick service and expected quality snacks.
Very friendly staff, and there is one gentleman there that can make the best London fog. He should train the tim hortons staff in winnipeg how to make them.
It was clean and very cold. First time coming here and didn’t have what I wanted. The wrap I ordered was rolled small and skinny and half wrap half food. I won’t be coming back for sure since this is way out of my way. Ruined my whole day and mood! Wasn’t told when I made my order that I wasn’t allowed to be served what I wanted and when I went to grab what I wanted to eat it wasn’t there since I wasn’t told I couldn’t order it. I hate when people mess with my food and they don’t tell you what they have and don’t have and the time limits on food is bull. While standing there waiting for the food that was poorly made an old lady was giving my children dirty looks, ages 6 and 4 my two kids! Clean place for sure, bad communication and not a very welcoming atmosphere.
The order came out fast but the coffee tasted old and the older ladies behind the counter had very bad attitudes and were very unpleasant
Very covid conscious. Employees wear masks and gloves. Well organized and respectful staff. Also quite fast service.
I had a terrible experience here. An old lady (employeethere yelled (literally yelledat my kids for not social distancing & threatened to kick us out even tho we were standing on the designated spots. My Son leaned on his Sisters shoulder & She yelled at us to "get out if we were going to wrestle" Tim Hortons stocks are taking a nose dive, I really dont think their employees should be treating their guests in this manner.
Service was fast. However, I was told I would have to wait 20mins for 2 breakfast sandwiches so I canceled that part of my order . As I am waiting for my coffee the person 2 orders behind me got their food order before I got my coffee and I was told it would be a 20min wait. And she ordered the same thing as I did.
A Tims in Gimli! With seasonal walk up window(like a drive through! So awesome! Or maybe Im just addicted to coffee??!! Go there!!!
Donut selection was good, not the best selection of timbits though. Coffee was good as usual. New lids were good too (Justin Bieber!)
Management refused to allow an employee to make me an ice cap well stirred with extra cream! How bizarre is that? Wouldn’t cost them anything extra — its no different than a double double. Crazy! I wouldn’t recommend this Tim’s. Go to Robin’s in Gimli. They’re friendly, love to see you, and offer you their best! Flatlanders has fantastic coffee too! Don’t bother with this Tim’s.
I placed an order on the Tim Hortons App, when I came to pick it up everything was made. I went home and realized they messed my order up. I went back to return the wrong items I had received, and had to then wait in a very long line for what I had actually ordered. They still couldnt get my order right!Update June 16 2019 : I asked for a BLT.. it came with no mayo.. I asked for a Canadian Maple Donut.. they gave me a Maple Dip.
An excellent "Timmies"! The coffee and donuts are great. Yeah, the place is small, and its frequently packed - a sign that it is good. But worth the wait. And Ive never had trouble really getting a table.
2 stars for the coffee. Ordered the sausage breakfast sandwich, had an awefull flavour from the meat. Had to toss it. What I did eat made me sick for 2 days. Never again.
I definitely wont be going back! The young man serving seemed to be missing a personality, at least when serving me, he seemed to enjoy when chatting with his co-workers. Maybe thats why the Chai Latte I ordered turned out to be just strait Chai tea. Also, I had the Artisan-Style Bacon Grilled Cheese, HUGE fail. The cheese was not even melted and even though I had the sandwich in my possession for all of 3 minutes before taking a bite, it was completely cold. I guess the fact that there was only 1 other customer in there should have been my first clue.If I had the time to go back and complain, I would have. Blech!
Flys all over the food and when I mentioned it the manager he said the inspector says it ok and brushed it off. The customer behind me was just as disgusted.Fix your way of thinking Tims.
Not one of the best Tims I have been to. The service seems very slow. The previous time we were there they had run out of biscuits for their breakfast sandwiches before 11:00 am. This time we were there at apx. 10:30 and used the last two biscuits. The quality of the food and coffee is fine.
Coffee is always great! The Canada Day donut was a disappointment... also they close at 7:00 pm because they use the pharmacy bathrooms! They need to fix this somehow!
Went here both mornings that I was in Gimli! Fair price, friendly staff, best iced coffee and donuts I have had!
By far the slowest Tims. Took over 10 minutes to make a sandwich and a soup with a coffee. Unacceptable by Tims standards this store needs a total overhaul.
I had multiple peices (3of the packaging that the butter came in the butter on my bagel, they forgot multiple things that we ordered and the MANAGER was on sandwhich and was the one who served me the bagel with peices of garbage (butter wrapperin it, meanwhile there was an annoying alarm going off for about ten minuets that no one seemed to care about. This place was doing A LOT better last year. Seems like its gotten even worse. I am beyond disappointed. Yours truly a very unsatisfide customer.
My coffee was warm, not hot. Forgot my espresso. My sandwhich was poorly made...bacon so crispy you could break a tooth. Turkey just thrown on there all in one clump, old tomatoes. The cheese bagel I ordered tasted like cinnamon, next to no cream cheese and was really hard.Ashley no longer works there, and she was my favorite employee. Ill be going to Robins from now on.This is one of many stories of this place....my friends watch a bagel CATCH ON FIRE in the toaster and the girl slathered it with cream cheese and still served it saying "it might be a little dark"Just horrific!!!
Without question the worst Tims in Canada. Service is poor and slow and the hours are ridiculous. Dont bother. Go to Robins instead at least there you get greeted by friendly staff in a clean place without waiting twenty minutes for a coffee.
Lines everytime, but great iced caps & lattes. I hope it doesnt close the small coffee shops already there. Attached to a pharmacy.
Absolutely zero efficiency, the line up will be going out the door. And they will not open a second till. You can expect to wait up to half an hour for a coffee.
When on the website, I pressed call and got the Pharmacy next door and was told once inside that is how it works; you dont get a hold of them for their hours; which are also wrong on website, not a 24 hour store. Also for the handful of times Ive been in there they didnt have certain things up n running and have had my order wrong twice. However once I told them about my order they rectified the problem right away and gave me an extra coupon for any kind of coffee. Overall they just opened and arent doing that bad.
Ordered bacon breakfast croissant .... No bacon available. She asked if we wanted it toasted and they came to us burnt... " well you wanted them toasted" was the response. Unbelievable . More flies in the restaurant than there were outside. Never coming here again. Poor poor management!
took 10 min to get an ice cap that was made wrong and had to remind them 2 times after originally ordering what dounut i had purchased, youd think with 5 people behind the counter, serving 3 people wouldnt be a huge hassle. also cashier was very intimidating and rushy
