Usually not to impressed with the drive thru workers but there is a new girl with strawberry blonde hair who was so sweet. I think she was in training but she was very polite. I how she sticks around. Nice girl.

Great location!! Definitely a busy Tims. During peak this place lacks. I ordered through the app and still waited. There was training going on. Convenient, clean and friendly

Dont expect to be in and out with the drive thru slowest service in moncton its abysmal.

Consistently the worst Tims around. Ice caps are always just straight froth , no matter what time of day it is it seems everything I get from there is old hard or just inedible

Spent 30 minutes in the drive thru

I’ve been coming to this important for 10 years and in the left two months I have no idea what’s going on but 25 minutes the drive-through is unacceptable! I never write complaints but come on!

Waited 25 minutes inside to get the wrong order.. my mistake for not checking. Not sure what’s so hard about making tea when it’s asked for instead of coffee.

Worst service ever … the manger over there is very rude and very very slow service …. Not valuing the time of the customer …. Disaster

This tim Hortons Is great when your in a rush into moncton.

Convenient location with a relatively quick drive through. Standard Tims offering the usual fair. Shell gas bar and car wash adjacent next door. Location tends to get busy at times due to a heavy traffic location.

Slow service, low staffed, bad service most of the time. When they have good people working they have barely enough to cover. We go to this one cause its close to us and every time lately I get sick from their food and drink. Gotta start going to a different one.

Great location and Justin Bieber hats are fantastic

Generally a clean well maintained coffee shop with decent service, pending who is on duty, and how busy it is at the time of arrival... some of the younger frt end staff are lacking motivation and drive, but they have a couple ladies who are truely wonderful, very proficient, and have great customer service ... as far as the stores other products go,( food ordersmy co-staff fall prey to daily challenges as to getting their orders done correctly, again pending whos working the prep/food counter, but ultimately they get what they ordered correctly in the end... i stick to coffee as its just faster and easier for me, and less time consuming... over all a daily morning stop before heading out on our work day !!

Just happened to be really slow in the drive through.By circumstance Im sure.BUT may have been cause it was close to 4pm where new shifts start on the industrial park and people dont want to put their mask on and go in.If i would have went in or it been a different time Im sure the wait time would have been better.

Smiling faces makes a huge difference in my day. And i always get that at this timmies. And comforting to see covid regulations are being adhered to as well. Kudos to the staff in treating customers so well. 👏👏👏💯

Excellent service and the Baker is the best in town. Staff very friendly.

Drive thru was fairly busy but was served quickly

Dont serve breakfast later in the day so I couldnt get what I originally wanted but what I did get was good and done fast. Convenient location and great staff

Very busy spot. Staff not the friendliest. Was there one day with a store packed with people, staff not saying anything about the capacity restrictions then an RCMP officer walks in and the staff immediately began to panic and then were rude to the patrons in the store. Its up to the staff to maintain whatever guidelines are in place during this pandemic at all times.. Not just while there is an officer of some sorts in the store. I found that highly unprofessional.

Its Tims as usual, but find I get more grinds in my cup at this location, so I usually just go another 4 minutes up the road to mag hill.

Disappointing, this is my second time within the past few weeks when i ordered a roast beef craveable its not made the way i wanted it. I hate the taste of any sauce that is vinegary, however its how i feel about it. In any case there it was on my sandwich once again. :( Not happy with that. I may have to choose a different location to go to. Its just this one is closest to my work.

The coffee tastes like they havent cleaned the brewing machine in months. Though Tim Hortons coffee quality did drop significantly when they were bought out by Burger King.

We bought 3 wraps and one was the wrong wrap. the ingredients were all at the bottom of the wraps . my friend asked for no tomatoes. She is very alergic to even the juice of a tomatoe . they put them on all 3 and she had a reaction to it .

Not impressed have found a lot of Hair in the Turkey Melt, a hair in my muffin, and a hair in another sandwitch. I thought you were supposed to wear hair nets. I notice a lot of girls their pony tail flys around while working. Has really turned me off on all of their food. Alot of Tim Hortons the coffee is warm. Not hot!

Food is good just make sure the drive through server repeats your order back to you,

Im addicted to the coffee. But I wish they returned to healthy fast food. I can get fries and chicken fingers anywhere. I go to Tims for a somewhat healthy alternative.

EDIT: This place is super close to me so its mad convenient. The morning and lunch staff are great and quick. I havent seen the disfunction from when I previously posted lately.First lady who started serving me seemed like she hated life and didnt know a ton. Not sure if she was knew but she didnt have an in training on badge. She didnt know how to make thing into a meal after a while of trying to explain. She disrupted window workers. Luckily a younger guy working on food helped her. When trying to show her she basically ignored him. Maybe a bad day. Anyways took a long amount of time for the order but did was fast after though slightly wrong. Sauce on sandwich that shouldnt have been there. Drive thru and to be good here.

Good coffee but they have too many options on their menu now so expect to wait 10 to 15mins for your coffee now

I found the service very slow due to the fact only two servers working, which included server for the drive through. Customer before us was quite upset about lomg wait time he had. Believe he was on break from work. Did not ask us is eating inside, which we were, so everything in a bag. Had to ask for plate, etc. We eat a lot at various Tims outlets and find the past while, the server doesnt ask if dining in or take out. Moncton area Tims appear to be the slowest for service.

Terrible service. 2 out of 5 orders are usually wrong and today I just had enough. Ordered a green tea. Easy enough to make. I did get green tea but half of it was milk...this location needs to verify their orders I know its a busy location but they shouldnt sacrifice service or accuracy.

Actual meal items should not be available at the drive-thru! Tims used to be a place to get coffee, donuts and muffins etc quickly. Now the wait can be VERY long at times. Either have a separate window for meals or require customers to go inside.

This tim hortons is the slowiest ive evwr seen there is 3 cars in f ront of me right now and i have been here 10 min there going to have to do somthing with the managment its like this sometimes with just one car

Attended this restaurant with family. Workers were completed disorganized behind the counter and were getting almost every order wrong. Washroom was disgusting and no toilet paper. Glad I always check first. Mentioned this to cashier and she wasnt concerned at all. I was in the restaurant for possibly 20 minutes and no one went to service the washroom during that time and place only had a few customers during this time.

Had the turkey melt and the new poutine. It was pretty good. The gravy, a but tasteless. But otherwise, real yummy.

8AM is very busy with up to 10-15 cars in drive thru on a week day morning. They move fast though.

This is the absolute slowest Tim Hortons. I waited over 30 minutes with only 3 customers in front of me. There was only one staff member taking orders, preparing food and beverages on top of that my coffee was made incorrectly 2×.

Extremely long wait for not having very many customers to serve. Asked for a sandwich with no tomatoes or ranch and I got both. Ladies in the kitchen seemed confused with orders.

Have been here twice. At 6 pm. Waited 20 mins before order taken at drive thru. 2 friends behind me went inside and came out before I reached window for a coffee. 2 people inside. Ridiculous.Second time after waiting 15 mins 2 back from order speaker I left as did car behind me. Coffee burns 20 mins fuel!! Horrid service

Moderately busy place. Staff appeared to be working sincerely and polite. Seating area and washrooms were clean. Good place for some healthy choices and or a quick bite.

Always nice when someone asks for your order , and then turns and talks to a co worker and stops you mid sentence .... then after you repeat yourself - you get a coffee that couldnt be any more wrong.Tims wins that round ..I stopped at another store for a coffee.Respect works both ways folks.

Very nice newer Tim Hortons with a lot of thought put into how to get people in and out of the Drive Through safe and efficiently. This location has a gas station in the same parking lot so its great if your on the go.

Morning crew is quick for the volume.Newbies in training can leave you at the cash with 6 people working the drive thru and nobody even sees you at the cash. Today in at 5pm and stood 12 minutes for a coffee with nobody ahead of me. Full throttle on the drive thru service.
