Was waiting for my drinks when a cockroach crawled right by my feet in the dining room in the middle of the day. Worker was also rude. So disgusting. Couldn’t even stomach drinking my drinks after and just threw them out 🤢
Can get busy between 11 and 1 but very clean and efficient staff who get your order correctly

Was hanging out here for a bit and besides the noise of traffic, not a bad place. Theres just one washroom though, and you have to wait for your turn to be let in.. The staff are okay, not really sure why they dont smile, and maybe it was the time of the day but the options looked pretty limited to me. Im usually a point-at-to-buy person and dont look at the menu displayed so if I dont see it you dont have/sell it. Overall it is an okay Timmies.

So I was craving a toasted bagel and stopped in for a lil snack. It was just after 7 pm. Apparently, they don’t toast bagels as they close at 8 pm so I was given a warmed up bagel with cream cheese. Didn’t know that it would be too much of a hassle to toast some bread Not cool!
Ordered plain toasted bagel and took then 10 min to toast. Apparently all workers were talking and no one cares if there is a order on screen. I ask them after 10 min about order. No sorry no apologies…. One of the worst.
Not all but more then one very unfriendly workers. Very rude and just mean. Argue with you when they get your order wrong and talk about you when they think your not paying attention. Worst Tim Hortons Ive ever been to.
Nothing but horrible service, nonstop issues. Management need to have a serious talk with their employees.
Service and beverages are okay but Worst chicken sandwich ever !! Dry, overcooked, dark colored, lettuce was dry too. Looked like it was made 3 days ago and reheated while serving.
Was NOT impressed!!!! The clerk seen my order, read it back and STILL got the wrong stuff. Ordered the Classic Bagel with sausage, egg and cheese. Got a cheese bagel, with egg and bacon instead. Maybe learn to make sure the customer gets the food they ordered BEFORE putting in the bag. Guess like everyone else, have to make sure I get the right items I ordered before I leave instead of assuming. Not even worth a one star rating (but have to give one or it wont let me post. Up to me be 0 stars
I finally went to the famous Tim Hortons and I loved it. Enjoyed the wrap. It was really satisfying. The staff was helpful in terms of explaining how to order as Im new to everything. So far, Id definitely recommend.
great service but a lack of donuts do to closing early. nobodys fault and the donuts were great
Got my order wrong then laughed at me when i tried to straighten it out. Fella took my order then dissappeared for 5 minutes until he started making my order.

Fast friendly service 6 coffees ready to go at a rush hour in less than a minute.
They got my order completely wrong. Very hard to communicate with the staff, their English is not that good and hard to hear them behind plexiglass with a mask on.
Went to get a quick order of 10 pack of timbits for my daughter and an XL coffee for myself. 4 people ahead of myself, 6 behind me, i got the timbits just fine, waiting 9 mins for the coffee, I asked where the coffee was since the people in front and behind me had gotten their items and left.I was given shocked and confused expressions from the staff including from the one who had taken my order.They spoke loudly amongst themselves I imagine about my order and finally I recieved my order.I shouldve refunded at the beginning and gone somewhere else as the coffee was cold. And staff was rude. I took my cold coffee and left coz It just wasnt worth the stress and leaving my husband and daughter waiting.Gentleman standing beside me had been waiting longer, he mentioned to me he felt he was being profiled because he had a bag of bottles for sarcan with him.Ill go to another coffee shop next time Im out and wanting a coffee. And I hope the gentleman with the bag of bottles got his order eventually.
Sadly I tried to order delivery. The order never came and when I called they said the driver never showed up and they would call the delivery service to request another driver. They never called them, and when i got the delivery service to call them they said they would send another courier, and nothing showed up. Pretty sure I wont be ordering from here again.
Would be 5 stars, but went in with someone to get assorted donuts, the employee took it upon themselves to decide after being told what was to go into the box. Had to repeat 2 or 3 times on what kind was to be placed. Got a French Vanilla, asked for a sleeve to put on the cup. Placed the sleeve on top, instead of playing it on the customer. Employee was very rude during this encounter. Not impressed with the attitude

Most of the times, I work in Downtown area and love grabbing a coffee at this place. Sometimes, the staff gets a little rude but after a long day it could be understood. Moreover, the food providing speed is great. It does have great seating area but is closed or restricted due to Covid.-1 star as the the restaurant, most of the times is not tidy enough and full of dirty footprints!
Food is so far so good. But very annoying closing time…

Lined up out the door mid day. Roughly 20 people in line. Took maybe 5 min to get through. Fast friendly and didnt see one person get a wrong order
Every morning I get to work early, so that I can pick up a coffee & muffin from Tim Hortons on 11th and Broad st.Every morning they are late opening the doors and never ready to service.Why open at 6am..... Just open up whenever eh.& they still mess up their orders too

Two lanes still waiting in line but ok waiting times so plan few minutes ahead if planning to grab a coffee of quick breakfast.

Its usually good place sometimes wait in line us long and usually have what you like on rare occasions they will be out of certain items but not to often this happens
I love that Tim Hortons is reliable across locations and this one is no exception. Staff are friendly and food/drink is good. Easy to walk to if youre downtown but if youre trying to park and run in the parking is not great with the very small lot. Otherwise a great location!
Great coffee and very tasty pumpkin donut. Good location downtown thats easy to come and go from. Wonderful spot to meet a friend and relax with a good cup of coffee.
Asked for extra chipotle and couldnt find more than a couple drops, asked for a dark roast of coffee and they were both watered down and tasted like the beans were ran with dish water twice over 😂
The Asian gentleman that works there needs to learn "customer service." Also needs to communicate better. The sandwich he made for me is rushed and poor skills. I want my money back!! He went crazy with the mayo! I did not expect this kind of rushed and poor service from a Tim Horton.
Very impressive store. Odd shape makes it unique. In the heart of downtown Regina with parking out front. Food came correct, and coffee was hot!
I love Tim Hortons coffee, but one worker in particular needs to learn some customer service at this location! Im not quite sure why, but whenever I go to Tim Hortons shes rude. She rolls her eyes, talking to the other workers in her language, and it seems like shes mocking people or talking about them.This isnt all in my head either my husband noticed it today when we went there as well. She looked at me and snickered then started saying something in her language to the other worker. The other worker looked at her with disapproval when she saw that I was watching them. Im sure she told that lady to stop talking about badly. Also for the 3rd time, our coffees werent filled up all the way, so we tried asking her politly to fill them up. She pretty much ignored us and we had to say excuse me mame four times before she even acknowledged us! I know other people who have had similar experiences. I was a daily customer but I wont be using this location anymore.
Thats Canadas answer to Starbucks and is worth the penny. Foe most of the Canadians, a morning can never start without a cup of coffee, hot chocolate or a French vanilla inside those red trademark cups. Love visiting every single day. With the latest roll up the rim contest, the fun has doubled. "Always Fresh", typically Canadian way..
Stopped in to grab a few coffees on my way to the hospital this morning. Fairly quiet, an older gentleman approached me for money. We talked for a minute, I went up to order and he came with me. I’m assuming a woman in management (I should have looked at her name tagcame and immediately started interrogating us about who was paying for what. She proceeded to abruptly inform me that I was encouraging this mans bad behaviour, that he’s a menace to their store and it’s people like me that keep him hanging around.First of all, I helped run a Tim Horton’s in the lower mainland for many years. Our population of homeless people is possibly larger than Regina. I would not speak to my dog the way she spoke to either of us, regardless of social standard. Secondly, we were always mindful of politics regarding this issue especially when customers were involved, and now I see why. The other staff seemed embarrassed by her, the gentleman and I both kept apologizing to each other that this was happening (after she chased him out of the store and continued to yell at him outside), the whole thing was unnecessary.I never leave bad reviews, this has bothered me all day and would like you to be aware of your immature staff.
Tims has really gone downhill the last few years. All the speciality coffees now have an undertone of old burnt coffee & leave a lovely gritty-film on your teeth thats pretty gross.
All but two things were great.The potato wedges were left under the light too long and not very hot.No sign telling where bathrooms were. Had to ask.Atmosphere was nice, clerks/service was terrific &was greeted promptly on entry.Suggest a time limit on food under the light/heater.
I stopped by at this location on Nov 24 to get a chicken wrap and they told me that the only items available is what is left in the front shelves because they already cleaned their kitchen. In my opinion this is very bad service as there is 15 minutes left before the mall closes. They should make sure to have items available even if it is almost closing. I was on my work break and I wasted my time going in line only to find out they dont have what I want because they are lazy.
I dont know if my experience is Counted but the first time I asked for manager the east Indian supervisor is so rude to me she looked at me and said "What do u want" not even smiling and a sarcastic voice and the second time visit is when Im asking for application form coz the first visit is not good Im thinking she just have a bad day so I came back she entertain me but she said" YOU WAIT" I SAID oh OK ..I wait for 10mins ..WOW !!!!I know their busy I understand that coz I worked in a food industry too but being RUDE to the customer Buying or Applying you dont do that... I feel like Im not welcome to work in Tim Hortons in that location 1800 11th Avenue Regina coz they dont want me ...Sorry if Im sounding like Racist but this is what I felt ..they dont want me coz Im a PILIPINO FROM PHILIPPINES or Shes the supervisor so she can act and do what ever she want....Please management you have to teach your workers a good CUSTOMER SERVICE coz customers coming back not only for food or coffee its because of the 💯 % Customer Satisfaction and Friendly Attitude of the Team Member !!!IM NOT COMING BACK TO THAT LOCATION BUYING OR NOT...
Fast service, place seems clean, and the staff is always polite and helpful. Ive been there a few times and I must say its always been pleasant. I think things may be calmer and faster because there is no drive through, but it may just be the staff too.Some of the customers may be a little odd at times but its really not a big deal if you avoid bothering other people and being confrontational and judgmental.
I come in every morning. Same girls help me every morning, yet cant seem to make my coffee right. Staff is a bit incompetant that way. Coffee is different every day, save yourself the trouble and walk over to the Broad Street one, they make much better coffee for some reason.
Terrible Set up and process at this location. Asked for my name for my order... lets remember this is NOT Starbucks. Also had 2 lines which resulted in people who arrived after me ordering before. Every table was dirty and uncleared. Would never go back here.
Line up wasnt too bad and orders were quickly served. Problem was that my food order was cross contaminated with another substance (some sort of red liquid goo). Not sure what it was so that had to be trashed. Of course, not discovered until a distance away from the store.
