Evening staff is amazing! Morning staff are horrible!. 99.9% of time my order gets messed up in Morning......... either missing something on a breakfast sandwich or coffee is old.
This really is a location I’ll be avoiding from now on - from getting my order wrong to food being over-cooked or not the way I ask, there’s always a problem here. On top of it, the staff likes to park in front of the restaurant, blocking all the good stalls for customers. Just go down the road to the Wendy’s/Tim’s location.
Food and service was fine. Bathrooms could be cleaner.
Takes ur points and doesnt give the free coffee. Also the coffee tastes old. Not worth the hassle they give.
Hard for employee to understand our order.We had to repeat it 5 times. Food order exceeded what it was posted on sign at drive thru. She said when we pi ked up the order to pay that the price posted was the price when you scan the order. Who knew?Had to have the app. Always is a problem the very few times we order at Tim Hortons West Broadway in Yorkton.
I give this Tim Horton 5 stars because of the lady in the window - Janice! She always serves with a smile, and she makes my coffee and my day better :Thank you for being so kind! Its rare to find someone like you at Tims. Your managers should be proud of you!

Stood at the register for 15 minutes, and no service. Worst place, do not go.
9 times out of 10 they mess up the order. Wrong food, donuts stuck to bag, wrong cream cheese, wrong coffee. Very annoying and unreliable. I just want to get the right order😭
Wait time is ridiculously long. Expect to wait Atleast 20-25 mins for your order if you’re not going through the drive through.
Waited in line at the drive through for about 5 minutes, only to get a completely wrong order and paid more than I should have. Second time this week.
Slowest Tims I have ever been too. Thats saying a lot.
Short on staff when busy but other then that most of their food is good and drinks.

The coffee is decent but the food quality has been bad for a while now. Spend your bucks on decent food elsewhere guys.
This Tim Hortons cares more about their drive thru window times, than producing quality orders, ordered a breakfast wrap maybe half grilled and tasted like cleaner, & coffee not stirred.
I do not support and business asking for personal health information. Thats to be between a doctor and patient. Mandates arent laws and this is going to far!

waited about two minutes at the till while they laughed at something in the back, nobody was in the store at 3:35 pm, she didnt know what soups were currently being sold so she went and looked, another minute she was gone,punched my order in debit transaction, waited another 5 minutes for another girl who popped out of nowhere, looked in my bag, no whole wheat bun...i waited another 4 minutes before i just plain left...a terrible experience...do not purchase anything from this location...
They never have the stuff thats on the menu theyre always out of whatever choice it is that I decide to go with Because they dont make enough to supply the customers cause theyre worried about overbaking Its quite the disappointment every time I go there
Slow service inside. Drive-thru is a different ordeal every time.(UPDATE)Usually I dont say much about fast food places, Im not a picky person whatsoever and usually take whatever is given to me without issue. Ive had issues with this this Tims about 6 times in a row now. Today (Aug.6,21we came through to get two drinks. We were the only ones in line at all, they got one of our drinks completely wrong after already kindly correcting them at the speaker. Then the younger lady brought the correct drink and spilled part of it all over my hand when she smashed it into my hand and closed the window. Not trying to be a "Karen" by any means, but the two younger girls that were working at 9:00pm gave the worst customer service Ive had in this town. Not trying to go on a rant, but it would be super awesome if they could pretend to like their job a little.UPDATE #2Staff that was working on Aug.26 at 9:15pm was excellent
Staffs were not friendly at all. The service was too slow. There were not enough stocks on the shelf. The inside and outside of the store werent clean. There was a lot of garbage on the floor. Most of the glass panels have smudges.

I give this Tim Hortons 5 stars because it has 2 drive- thrus. It is very fast ordering and recieving your order at this location. I will often drive down to this Tim Hortons just because you ALWAYS get your drinks and food quicker...It is also another level inside (if you are among those still dining in restaurantswith comfy seating and a fire place i believe(its been a while since I was in thereand very quick ordering.For sure go here for coffee or whatever!
Quick drive thru service. Coffee tastes better than the east end Tims.

Counted our timbits just out of curiosity and we were shorted one.Drive thru was quite a bit slower than the Tim Hortons I am used to but it was fairly busy and Im assuming reduced staff due to Covid.
Worst drive through service ever not once couple of times.They never asked for rewardsIf we ask them to scan they will b upset as they want to send customer as quick as possible and I didn’t get rewards even though it was scanned.No smileNo markings on cup
Worst Tim Horton’s I’ve ever been too. So damn slow, order kiosks have never worked, and they are always out of things.
Every time I am there, the kitchen has just closed. I go earlier every time. I am totally afraid of going there at noon and spoiling it for everyone!I keep telling myself, Ill never go here again, but then I wonder what the food tastes like. Now I Wonder if they have food at all?! Maybe the kitchen is not even real. Is this a front for the mob?
The slowest service Ive ever received. One car ahead of me and I had to wait for 7-10 mins before I was told they r out of french vanilla. I mean, do I have to go north pole to get my half coffee half french vanilla!?Please get them retrained, or please get new management.

The wait time wasnt exactly something you would see with most Tims but the Jalapeno Bagel was great.
Most staff are rude, they mess up my order frequently, and when Im trying to study here, they loudly play indian music. I wouldnt mind the music if it was at an appropriate volume, but they play it so loud that I cant focus. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
20 minutes to get an ice capp in the drive thru. When I got to the window they didnt know what my order was.
22 min to get a sandwich after it was ordered and paid for. Not good. Wasnt even busy. 7 people inside and maybe even less in the drive through.

Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication, and my food order was misplaced. After waiting 20 mins, I brought this to their attention. They apologized, made my order, and refunded my purchase. Mistakes happen, and they compensated me, respectively.
7 minutes before cashier acknowledgment. To buy a muffin. Then acts like shes doing you a favour when you ask for a butter pat. Horrible.
I went to this place looking for an alternative to McDonalds free trade laxative caffeine. I can say, without a doubt, that Tim Hortons free trade laxative caffeine is entirely on par with McDonalds.
There are two Tim Hortons on Broadway and this one is by far the best. Very clean. Very comfortable. Pleasant, helpful staff. It feels more like a cafe, and that is a good thing.
The last few times, the coffee has been old & burnt tasting. The air conditioning is up so high too, you dont want to sit very long. I used to love going here, its disappointing.
Ordered a Turkey Bacon Club....Im sure there was more lettuce than turkey. Pretty chintzy on meat. Wont order that again
Good coffee. Ok food and reasonable price. Friendly staff too. My favorite is dark roast coffee. Will come back again.
Got off work at 10pm went for a little coffee and something to eat. The staff took almost an hour to make a BLT sandwich. Coffee was quick but my god the wait on that sandwich.
I asked what types of teas your restaurant had, and in return I was offered the types of CHEESE you had. Great way to make someone laugh. LOL I will definitely be returning! :)
