Fish was fresh, girl in the blue hat was very helpful when ordering and all staff were friendly. Will be visiting again soon.

Food is always really good, hot fresh and tasty. Really good prices and staff are lovely and friendly. Would definitely recommend for your fish and chip night, always order from Tims and wouldnt go anywhere else.

Horrible food - chips flabby and inedible, mushy peas like soup - looked so awful didnt even try, fishcake just about edible, fish dry, batter horrible - overall horrible beyond horrible.

Poor quality food. Not bad service to be fair. But the food is below sub standard. The last 2 meals I’ve had have had hair in them. First time I put it down to accident but the second time I was wondering if my dinner was cooked next to a hair dresser! Just don’t eat there is the safest bet.

Cant wait until this abomination of a restaurant goes out of business in the coming months. These clowns wont last long selling chips at £5 a bag.The food by the way is dire, utterly disgusting and does not warrant the extortionate prices they charge. Avoid at all costs!!

Mixed kebabs wrap was fantastic, loads of flavour and really good value for money at only £4.20. Been there a few times now and for a new business, theyve settled in quite well with friendly service on point. Will definitely use again

Never again. Ordered chips and pie . Live 4 minutes away . Waited a hour and still not relieved. Was told 5 minutes away and still no food . And no one picks the phone up total waste of time. Cant drive as unwell .AVOID

Ordered a mixed kabbab and it was stone cold and I only live 2 minutes away. Also it wasnt worth the money paid for what you get for the price i can go out north petherton get a kabbab and on the way back pick up a Chinese and some chips and get back home 15 minutes later and its still hot also one male staff member doesnt seem to have any clue on what he is doing unlike the others and looks at customers with a look as if he was on a sinking ship it started good when this place first opened and now its poor quality and not fit to eat.

Never use this place again. Fast food what a joke! No customer service, waited around 20 minutes for pie and chips. No apologies nothing. Only good thing you got alot of chips. Never use again. Plenty of other better and cheaper chippies who appreciates your custom.

Started using this instead of dolphin fish bar because it was closer to my house and the quality was pretty much on par however there speed and prices are not £3.80 for chips it would cost over £11.00 for fish and chips!!!you can go to some pubs and get two for £8.00 they’ve totally priced themselves out of the market you can get 4 Chinese dishes for the price of two fish and chips and the portions are far smaller than the dolphin fish bar then there’s the speed one Time I waited for what seemed forever for two chips and two sausages all in there chips are £1.00 more expensive than most place so that’s it for me I won’t return there two many options available at there price which I’m afraid are better !!!!

Normally order a chicken burger or a cheeseburger really lovely good taste in a bit on chips but I am going to try them again tonight other way great new chip shop on Bower

They have a call blocking service so you cant actually speak to them. Proper joke never ever heard of a business that does that 🤷‍♂️

Wrong order. I ordered a kebab box with salad. When I got home all I had was a box full of kebab meat! When my daughter walked nobody greeted her they didnt speak to each other or to my daughter.The chips were cold as they were made up well before everything else. They were cold as they were out wrapped up waiting for other items to finish. In all first visit will be our last.

Absolutely disgusted to find when my delivery arrived the £7.30 for cod DID NOT include chips! Wow! The cod was very flat and definitely not worth that price. I ordered the scallop batch thinking that meant a batch of scallops...no, it was a scallop in a burger bun?! So we spent £30 for half our meals. Really not happy

Really enjoyed the fish and chips and the kebabs are delicious too. Nicely battered fish, not too greasy and tasty chips. Friendly and polite staff. Will definitely use again.

Good food - The fry cook obviously knows what theyre doing; but the rest of the staff just seem to drift around aimlessly. Wont be ordering here again.

Really recommend the kebabs! The chicken tikka is awesome. Have had quite a few takeaways from here now and its great :)

NOT GOOD. Un eatable...Chips like shards of glass, all little bits of potato. Hard and hallow. Chicken pie, over cooked dry inside, VERY hard burnt pastry, piece of cod, over cooked, to the point fish inside burnt. Bad bad bad. NEVER again. If I could post a picture I would.

First visit not good. Could improve alot.

Yet to have a good meal here. Used twice. First time tray of chips was half empty. This time, lots scraps and great big chunks batter in my order yet nothing was battered. Both times ordered from meal deal menu, didnt realise until second time get drink so missed out first time, today I had to ask. Gravy flavourless. Oh and you might want to get your chef take out his air pod ear piece, hate for it fall in fryer.

We had a selection of different things and all were really tasty. I went for the haddock which was beautiful and cooked in a lovely batter. The chips were also first rate.They were busy when I called but all was well organised with a not undue wait considering several items were fresh cooked. I will deffinately be going back.

Nice food, enjoyed my burger and chips but burger was a bit greasy and had to use kitchen roll to dry it out and put it back in bun. I wish all chippys would do that or dry out the burger first please as the bap goes soggy. Otherwise really really nice. Bum was toasted and chips were lovely. Had batter bits in too which is a serious bonus. Will go again

Popped in tonight for the first time and thought lets try this new chip shop. I was very disappointed with the fish and chips especially as I spent over £20 in here I definitely wont be returning will go back to my usual chip shop

I love a good fish and chips and this certainly didnt disappoint.The batter on the fish was to die for and the chips were delicious.My gut is going to hate me, but Im definitely going to make this my regular every Friday!Thanks guys!
