Tiki Taky Bar in Prague

Great spot for the value since the drinks are about $6 but that’s because the ingredients are also cheap. Kinda feels like a first time open bar. Bar is either 18 year olds or older Americans. Definitely a skippable spot unless you want a hangover but the decor is definitely a vibe so maybe a good spot to meet up on the way to somewhere else

Very bad experience. The service was slow and ignored us most of the time. Most of the customers did not get their drinks even after 20 minutes.

A really chill place to stop by for a drink. Cocktail menu is really well put together and has a lot of unique drinks I really enjoyed.I stopped by for 1 drink but ended up staying for 3-4 drinks.Reasonably priced and the cocktails are made pretty fast too. Definitely check it out if you’re in the area. :)

Albeit not being that old yet, this place reminded me of my younger years, specifically my early adult life—in a good way! Juicy, fruity, easy drinking cocktails with plenty of booze in a cosy, tiki-over-decorated atmosphere with friendly staff and competitive pricing. Great music selection with lots of rock and pop and even soul / jazz classics that sounded like people just put on whatever they liked to hear. Recommended visit!

Another bar with a very strong sense of unique identity. In brief, once you enter, you feel like setting food on the shore of some island in Polynesia, and once you sit, you realize that the inspiration is.taken from Hawaiian traditions. The cocktails are really good, and the staff is very friendly and passionate.

Very cozy place. The interior is themed with Hawaii vibe. One of a kind. Spotify playlist is top notch. Cocktails are very cheap. Google maps shows a route that includes uphill walking. Best if a group of 4-5 people goes and can have a noise and crowd free hangout. Cocktails are supppppeeeer. Accepts cards.

When looking for a reasonably priced bar this is the place to go.When went to this bar at around 9 o‘clock it wasn‘t too crowded, but the bar filled up pretty quickly after that.We tried 4 cocktails in total: Mai-tai, blue hawaiian, lava pool & pina colada which all tasted great and had a lot of liquid in them.The service was okay, not great but not bad.All in all I can really recommend this bar if you‘re looking for a small bar away from the tourist crowded spaces of old town

Very good cocktails at very good prices. I wish we had such a cool bar in germany. All in all, just what you would want of a good cocktail bar.

Its not the first time we go with friends to this cool bar! It was a huge discovery for me, because the price ratio, the variety of cocktails and the wonderful atmosphere left none of us indifferent! I want to separately thank the bartender Ilya and Sofia, who brought us drinks! The service was top notch and the drinks were incredible! I cant wait to try all of the cocktails on offer! Definitely recommend and will be inviting friends!

The bar is tiny and it gets quite crowded, but if you can get in its a awesome experience. The drinks are unusual and delicious. The waiting time may be a little longer.

Seemed good, but the only place in Prague where they sent us away, because on Friday they dont allow dogs. Which is nowhere visible when entering the place.

Theres a 50/50 chance of getting served. And if you get served, you have to wait close to 30 minutes for a Pina colada. +Watered down drinks( atleast it tasted like it)Although the decorations are quite nice.

The cult of tiki is finally in Prague! Well, its been here since 2006 when Tiki Taky first opened its doors. Since then it has been slowly improving the decor and the drinks in equal measure. Grab a Mai Tai or Zombie in a cozy Polynesian kitsch cocoon with cool vibes and tunes surrounded by superb pagan island idolatry. A great getaway when you cant fly to Hawaii for whatever reason.

Very nice place for cocktails with great selection. The place has it’s own vibe, I wouldn’t choose this place upon first look but I would have missed out. We spent ~140 CZK on average for one cocktail.The main drawback was the service, in the beginning it was good. However they were not paying much attention afterwards, e.g. waitress forgot my friend’a order and she had to reorder half an hour later.

Great cocktails great service and a really nice venue with a cool theme, prices are fab - a must try.

My girlfriend and I went yesterday at midnight and it was an amazing experience. The two bartenders were amazing and lovely and were able to give you recommendations based on what you drank. The music that was playing just fit the mood and the whole atmosphere that got created just made the evening perfect. We ordered five cocktails each and one was better than the other. It was just perfect and I can only recommend it due to its Price/quality ratio being absolutely perfect for drinking multiple cocktails.In total just visit for the atmosphere alone.Thank you guys and I hope we can come visit you again.

Lovely little gem with delecious cocktails, friendly staff and cosy inrerier. If you gonna rock up with a group, best to make reservations in a advance. They are very responsive and helpful via FB, in English too.

Cocktails are pretty good and cheap but the place itself is disgusting. The place was crowded, the menus and tables were sticky, the music was extremely loud (unnecessarily, since there is no room to dance and you cannot talk eitherand even when I asked to turn it down, it didnt become any better. The toilets are just an abomination. The interiors are kitchy and are not even pretty, it smelled really bad, there was no place to leave your coat, so we had to on the bar chair with all our outwear on our lap. Meh

Really good cocktails at a good price.Waitress was friendly , but said service is not included when we were paying our account.. i really dont like that kind of attitude .. people begging for tips.

Its a nice bar with tasty cocktails. One thing I will say that made me uncomfortable was when I was paying with my card the guy who served me asked if I wanted to add a tip. I already know you need to tell someone to add the tip when paying by card, I didnt need to be prompted. And I didnt feel a tip was warranted as I had one quick drink. Its just a little uncomfortable for all involved when they basically ask you for a tip and you have to say no. This isnt America and I would hope staff are paid a living wage, so I dont feel the need to supplement anyones salary. If service was exceptional and I had stayed for many rounds then sure, but for one quick cocktail I dont think so.

My favourite cocktail bar in Prague. The cocktails are very good and different than any other you can find in Prague (specially the creamy ones). The decoration makes you feel in other world and it creates a chill and cozy atmosphere.

Spent three nights in here this week, needless to say my partner and I absolutely loved it. Well mixed and great variety of drinks, and we had some great fun chatting to the bar staff while sitting at the bar and when they had a moment to spare, they work HARD.If its busy, relax and give the staff a break (theres one person making the drinks and there are normally about three orders waiting, you are not special!), if you cant get a table - come back later, and if youre a tourist, tip well. particularly if youre from the UK or US where tipping is standard for a place like this (table service and no service chargeback home, and youre having a really cheap night compared to home.Thanks guys and girls, you made our short break fabulous and hope to see you again.M&V(flame hair)

Great little Tiki bar! Very low lights, lit by candle light and small lights around the bar.The bartender is fantastic - really attentive, friendly and really knows his booze! Lots of the classic Tiki cocktails on offer, as well as anything else you would want. One of, if not the best, bar in the area.

What a great little bar, and by little I mean less than 32 seats. The drinks were all superbly mixed, the bartender and server were very congenial. A highly multicultural and delicious atmosphere. Inebriati!

Lower your expectations if you are expecting a Smugglers Cove or a Pagan Idol. This spot has a weaker Tiki menu but plenty of the right ingredients if you want to create your personal favorites. The staff was rad and atmosphere was chill but the neighborhood seemed seedy but maybe I’m being presumptuous. Enjoy on only best Tiki joint in Prague.

Maybe the best cocktails Ive ever had! Mixing awesome drinks is the barkeepers passion and every drink is special, made with love. The staff is super friendly and competently. Prices are fair, the Hawaiian atmosphere is cosy and great for a fun or rimantic evening nd night. Absolutely recommendable

Well this is like the most comfortable cocktail bar in Prague. The staff is way beyond perfect, trust me. So as the drinks. Can be crowded but hey, the staff still have a way to make sure you feel comfortable.
