Don’t buy sweet and sour soup. Most of it are ONIONS, not even a single veggie on it or even a noodles. Not worth $10.95 for a soup that full of ONIONS.

Cant believe people are still eating here after being shut down for a rat problem….againDisgusting!

Rat infestation earlier in the summer caused them to close. No apologies from the manager. I will NEVER eat here again- should be shut down permanently

Despite not long since being closed by food inspectors, my child insisted she have a combo. Of the sweet and sour pork, sad vegetable and noodles, nothing was remotely fresh tasting. Honestly, the food at 7-11 is better.

Horrible customer service serving portions very small couldn’t serve me an option of having a veggie instead of rice or noodle because I can’t eat that they wanted to charge me extra very unprofessional service never going back there

I used to eat regularly at Tiki Ming, but after reading about the rat infestation I am avoiding the place for good.

By what I heard, I am disgusted. Serving costumers from such a dirty facility makes me want to scream. If you can’t even keep a restaurant clean how can you keep the food you serve clean!? Rodents found in places where food is served is disgusting, putting your costumers health at risk .. As of now I am not going to eat at the food court anymore as I find it’s unsanitary and it’s obvious the workers don’t take good care of it .

They had to close down due to pest issues on July 4th, as reported by tri-city news. They have previously been closed for the same issues!

emm, average, as you shall see that most meat are generally fried so its a bit lumpy i guess?also to the price its a bit expensive but still, like i said, averge doesnt mean its bad at all

Been there few times & for 2 item it comes to $13 but they put / fill up so much with rice & barely any room left for the actual meet/vegs .. not worth the price. If they werent Cheaping out on the amount maybe it would be better but very displeased to pay that for 2/3 of my portion to be filler rice

The best food court chinese ive ever had.. the orange chicken and shanghai noodles are so good

Food is meh. Meat is a bit undercooked, vegetables are not crunchy. Seems they don’t cook food on high heat. This portion was $12. Not sure why did they put third of the onion in my meal.

I wouldnt say the food is very fresh, but its quite tasty. And the portions are huge. Take note that "# items" excludes rice/noodle. So for example, 2 items = rice/noodles + two items (veggies/meat - your choice).The honey garlic chicken is way too sweet for me. The salt and pepper chicken is quite hard. The chow mein noodles are tasty and so are the mixed vegetables (my favourite)!

Tiki ming should be shutdown ! Got ginger beef and it was rock hard pieces of deep fried beef not even edible!

Went there on Saturday. Been sick the whole weekend. I ate honey garlic pork (or beef not sureand other things. It was hard as rock. But we just thought it was like that on that day...we ate a few and in between some pieces tasted wired, bad sensation. I didn’t think unfortunately too much and ate it all, specially because it was a few wired and the rest good but still hard, everyone wAs saying there were ok....I’m still here with a tummy ache, same my daughter. Probably they sell for more days and mix together leftovers 😣😠🤢🤮 NEVER AGAIN

Service again extremely rude!! Cook fills large containers in steam table with food and as they sit all day they dry out. Then when he makes fresh he mixes it in with the dried out food. The dried out food is disgusting...orange chicken and honey garlic chicken. Put more sauce on it they say..they should be reported

People working there are extremely rude and really dont care about their customers. She took a spoon out of a dish to serve mine when i asked what was it as i dont eat pork she said we do that all day and all is mixed up all day if you dont want it just leave it. No manners no customer service and definately dont eat there. Other places they wash the wok first infront of you or at leadt nbe polite and have some manners to encourage your customers

The food tastes pretty decent. Downside(sbeing.......1lacking efforts in the customer service department, not very friendly......2they are very stingy with the portions, for the 2 item combo they offer a small scoop of each and barely any side dish (noodles)...... 3contains approximately 3 small pieces of meat in each portion/scoop, mostly veggie fillers......$11.54CAD for 2 item combo, not worth it in my opinion....

Best kung Pao chicken and Shanghai ever, hard to believe in a food court, lose a star cause the server was miserable.

Ok yes its at a mall food court and the food is better than most brick and morter Asian restaurants. Always fresh, generous portions, and a good selection of flavourful items. Good service with a smile brings it up to five stars.

Ive eaten a few dishes from here, always asking if theyre vegan. They always say that the certain dishes I order are vegetarian and safe for vegans to eat. Today, I went there and was told that the spring rolls contain chicken powder as well as everything else they serve. I have NEVER been told this until today. I ask EVERY SINGLE TIME and have always been told that they have vegetarian dishes that contain NO ANIMAL PRODUCTS. These people are uneducated and obviously cant understand the meaning of simple words like "vegetarian." This place is disgusting, gross, and dirty.

Loved the Shanghai noodles. Food tastes fresh but oily although thats kind of a given for a mall chinese food joint.

9/10 times the food is fresh, go during lunch time for best results. Of course it wont be fresh if you eat near the end of the day, its cheap and thus expensive to continuously keep fresh. Even so the food is very well done for what it is, while I cant say you wont find a better Chinese place because you honestly will, here you will find an amazing price with food that matches the price point.
