Upbeat counter dishing out burgers, noodle bowls & island-style comfort eats amid a tropical vibe.
Good tasting food, but a bit skimpy on the serving size.
Wonderful! Friendly service! Great food!
One of the best kept secrets in St George. The food is amazing and reasonably priced. The owner is super nice and helpful.
Great food at an affordable price nice and clean and they even stayed open late for my family as we were running late and meeting friends there.
Overall our experience was great! The rice and noodle bowls were delicious, as well as the pina colada smoothies! Tempura veggies were really great too!We met the nicest locals who said they go everyday! The customer service was great!Portion sizes were smaller than expected, but we were full after eating. :Im giving it 4 stars for that reason, as well as the cleanliness level in the bathrooms, but overall it was a good experience!!
Hard to get to but sooo worth it. We had the fish and chips and a salad and they were so good. Great flavors and good service.
One of the best places in St George to grab a quick bite. Hawaiian and Polynesian food, the sweet potato fries are the bomb.
What a great little restuarant. Absolutely delicious food at such good prices. You order at the counter and they bring the food to you.
The best onion rings ever, very tasty food and amazing costumer service.
Delicious food and fast service. Will definitely come here again.
Sergio wouldn’t accept an active coupon “just because”.Food portions small.Girl at cash register was great though.
Love this place!! I visit here every time I come to visit my friends. I usually get the rice noodle bowl. It is delicious and you can have any choice of meat.. I get salmon. They also serve tempura veggies. Yum!!
Tries this place on the recommendation of a friend in the area. Got the rice/noodle bowls. Very flavorful.
The food was excellent if your in the area it’s worth the stop . I will be back later on today for dinner . Try the rice bowl with the tempera salmon amazing.
Love this place, one of my favorites, excellent food and excellent customer service. The owners are super friendly. I recommend the Oscar is delicious!!
Been going here for over 10 years! It was amazing the first time and hasnt changed! Rice/noodle bowl with marinated steak and sesame chicken is the way to go! The tempura vegtables are always crispy on the outside and soft inside!
We dined in I got a teriyaki bowl it was delicious!!! I NEVER Never finish all my meals at restaurants however ever this was an exception it was so good. They put teriyaki on it, but they also put enough mixtures of tiny peppers and onions to make it have A special flavor That was Terryaki with a little spice-not too much. I had sweet potato tempura. I was with family so I had a non-alcoholic mango 🥭 slushy I wouldve gone there just for the drink alone it was huge and delicious 😋, my mom got a Pina Colada She could have had mixed with something else- as could have I, but we both chose to have it by itself. It had beautiful Hawaiian music while we ate definitely made those of us who had been miss Hawaii, and memories of hula lessons from childhood came back hearing one of the songs 🎵. They obviously cook your meal when you order, I had a choice between pork, which is what they show on the menu I believe, chicken or I think shrimp chose chicken white rice theres a bit of noodles under the meat and they give the choice of grilled or battered. I chose grilled and it was obvious it was...u could taste it.Courteous staff and clean environment. Kinda hard to find a little place along a strip. They could probably be so much bigger, as long as people are willing to give it a chance eat tempura (Deep fried veggies or shrimpetc. Step outta the comfort meat and potato routine.😉
Very friendly and staff was very helpful to.. Food amazing very nice place..
Oh wow..if you love lots of fish choices..with their wonderful salads..and really good tacos..and deserts..super good salad dressings..nice atmosphere..super nice staff..good prices..located in bloomington ..in the shopping plaza..different than your basic same old hawaiian places..treat yourself. Eat here..love it.
The customer service is really awesome. Very friendly environment and the food is delicious. So are the smoothies. I recommend it to anyone who loves Hawaiian food
Very Fresh And Delicious! It Is Rare To Go To Places And Have Your Food Given To You As Seen In Pictures That Drew Your Attention And Appetite. Must Say The Food Was Delicious And This Has Became A Favorite For Me And My Wife Since Moving To St. George!
I have never written a food review before but this was so bad.Ordered the stir fry platter. It had ZERO vegetables in it, and the rest of the serving sizes were tiny, that I went out to get more food. I paid for extra marinated steak which was sprinkled on and turned out to be the only substance of the tasteless meal. Also no utensils provided when I ordered from a hotel, thanks.
Two adults and four kids say it is amazing! We all had the Monday night special and it was awesome. we all tried things like fish and chicken in our bowls.
We loved this place.Good food and service.Menu platters are a little overpriced. But they serve great combinations and they have a lot of options.
The food was delicious. However the noise level in the restaurant was unacceptable. A large party of women in the adjacent room were laughing, even yelling and stayed the entire time we were eating. We could not enjoy our own conversation. The owners would be wise the install noise insulation/absorption for sound barriers
Weve loved going to the Tiki broiler since we moved to St George-15 years ago. Its had several owners but has kept the same menu. A fun place when we want to have something not fancy but reliably good. The bowls are my favorite and they even include some tempura veggies.
It honestly wasnt AWFUL. But its not something I would recommend to people. My boyfriend and I got 2 different things just for them to come out on different plates but be nearly the exact same thing. The people werent super friendly or really even cared that you were there. I looked in the back and they were touching food without gloves when we were on our way out. Definitely ruined the experience for me. I personally probably wont ever try it again but I hope your experience is better than ours.
Over priced for the portions you get. Its like they dont know whether they want to be a Hispanic, Asian, or Hawaiian restaurant. I dont think Ill ever eat here again. The flavor want the best either. I would definitely choose other Hawaiian restaurants before this place again.
We love Tiki Island SO much. The noodle and rice combo and tempura vegetables and chicken and teriyaki sauce are super delicious. We have gone here many times, and each time is made to perfection. This is a must when visiting St. George!
We love tiki so much & haven’t had a bad experience in the many years you have been open except today. Our rice was so crunchy, there were only two little shreds of cabbage in the coleslaw for our fish and chips, and we didn’t get the teriyaki sauce for one of our meals. We came during a slow time so I wasn’t expecting our food to be as amazing as it is during the lunch rush, because I know how it goes, but I just wanted to say something so someone else who maybe isn’t a big fan like us doesn’t experience the same and think that’s how the food always is. It’s usually so fresh and amazing. We still love you guys and will definitely be back so there’s no hard feelings. <3
This is a nice change from the typical Hawaiian food restaurant. Really good flavors. I especially like the Shrimp Tempura Oscar and the rice noodle bowl. The smoothies are good but I would rather spend the money on more of the menu items because its also tasty. We have been several times now and love the flavor of the pork.
Delicious! Quick service and friendly staff. Hot and fresh food. My husband got the noodle bowl with breaded Ahi Ahi and could not believe how delicious it was. Kids loved the tiki tenders. The breading on the fish, nuggets, and fries is to die for. We will come back every time we are in town!
Very different than other Hawaiian style restaurants. Delicious food! BUT you better be prepared to wait, about 25-30 minutes for 2 tacos. I was the only one in the place (I changed my review from 5 stars to 3 because they are consistently slow... but the food keeps me coming back )
Simply delicious! This tiny restaurant, already busy, gladly took on an order for dinner and smoothies for our visiting soccer team. What may have been a "no way" for some places was an "ok" from them even when we were only able to get there 30 minutes before their closing. Sesame chicken was light and crispy, saladswere fresh and their burgers with pork were divine.
A Unique take on food. We loved the fried vegies. And the rice/noodle bowls were great. We loved the food so much, we went back the next night as well to try it again. Really good for something different.
This place has some of the best food in St. George, maybe the state of Utah. Flavors are fresh and unique and the food is always made quickly. Every menu item I’ve ordered has been delicious, you can’t go wrong with anything. Staff is super friendly and polite also.
My first time here and wow what an experience from food taste to customer service. I got the rice noodle bowl with shredded pork and it was amazing. Tasted great and was enough to fill me up. If your ever lookin to taste something new go here, plenty of other flavorful options to experience.
The food is amazing! Id come just for the Fries!
Got the Spinach Kalaka. It was really good. However I was unaware that they put a small bar of Chocolate in it, with a green wrapper. Didnt even notice it until I found it at the bottom of the bowl. They should have told me, since I have never eaten here before. Will definitely be back again. Maybe 5 Stars next time
Had fish and fries. Good food and a good Hawaiian feel. Friendly service and not expensive.
I love this little place. The food is wonderful and they offer lots of selections. Ive tried nearly everything on their menu.... my three favorites are #1 pineapple chicken sandwich with island fries, #2 Tiki Tacos (shrimp or salmonand #3 Pork Tiki Bowl. They also offer some nice appetizers too.Its also a great place for the business lunch.
The food is excellent, the menu is a challenge for a first time customer. The counter staff friendly and helpful. Going back again when I am back in town.
This ones a keeper. Friendly, attentive service, and good food.Had an appetizer, salad, and a drink. Good value proposition -- the portions were appropriate for the prices. Presentation and flavors were great too. They accept Android and Apple pay. They have Coke products which is good. While food is on point the menu item visuals are confusing, they need to simplify that and go with a photo menu that lists ingredients, calories, and prices to help guests find what they want faster. For now the just ask for a take out menu and ask them questions. The Tempura Shrimp Oscar and Tiki Island Salad were a hit.Enjoy
I cant wait to go back to this place. The food was ready quickly (we came in on our way through town and opted for this instead of fast food, and didnt feel like it slowed us down almost at all!and sooooo tasty. The variety of flavors and cultures blended together is great, and so many menu items looked delicious... Too bad we couldnt try them all (yet). We got the tofu and it was some of the best tofu Ive ever had--the texture was like tender fish, and it was nice and flavorful! Ill definitely be back on my next trip through the area!
We went there and the food was awesome and the atmosphere was great. However, the male worker told me I needed to tip them and it is a casual diner type restaurant. I dont mind leaving a tip if the service is good, but it was really weird he told me I needed to leave one. Our food came out like one every 3 minutes which was also weird. So by the time our sixth person finally got their food the rest of us had had ours for nearly 20 minutes. The tempura was awesome.
Fantastic, fresh, gourmet ingredients at great prices. So much flavor and color in every dish. We found this place on a drive from Hurricane, Utah to the Las Vegas airport. The food was absolutely amazing. The Hawaiian pork on the island salad was delish as was the shrimp tempura oscar appetizer that included grilled steak, shrimp, crabmeat served to look like a sushi roll on a fish plate. Very creative. Fantastic experience.
The food here is absolutely incredible. The service is on point, though they do get busy around lunch time during the week for offering a student lunch special (which is awesome).Whatever magical recipe they have for the tempura should never be shared and guarded like a treasure chest. It is SO good. The tempura chicken with sauce and rice is my go to meal and I am never disappointed. We also cater from here quite frequently on the food is on time, delicious and well prepared.Tiki is truly one of St. Georges hidden gems. Go check em out.
Ok if you are a big Hawaiian Food lover then you have to check out Tiki Island Restaurant in St George Utah. This place has some amazing selections and the only difficulty you are going to experience here is what to get because it all looks good and from our first choice (because we will definitely be coming backthe food tastes even better than it sounds. We went with the Tempura Fish & Chips and as a critic of fresh fish they did dang good and not just for a land locked city. The spicy sauce is amazing. The sweet potato fries are delicious but the The Tempura Battered Onion Rings which are served with an spicy mayo aioli sauce and teriyaki are RIDICULOUSLY DELICIOUS!The atmosphere is pretty relaxed just standard kind of cafe seating but plenty of it. In fact we will probably bring the whole team here for a business luncheon or at least have them provide business catering here in St George. Way to go Tiki Island!
This was a DELICIOUS place! We got the sesame chicken rice noodle bowl, it was amazing. Our kids (super pickyloved it as well. The fried shrimp was a bit too greasy for my liking, but still super yummy. We will definitely go here again!
Great place to enjoy some island flair food! We got a couple rice bowls that were both great. Their fried shrimp, chicken and veggies were all very tasty. The kids meals are very inexpensive too.
