Went on a Wed night 3 weeks ago. The whole stuff was really rude, from the guy at the entrance who tried to steal money from my wallet while “checking”. Luckily I realised what he was doing and he put back the money into the wallet saying “I was just checking”. DISGUSTING.Then I went to pay and they charged more than what was said. Cocktails expensive with watered bottles and no sings of alcohol. the security on the dance floor was really rude and threatened us to move away from a group of ladies dancing next to us, but we didn’t do anything wrong and surely wasn’t meant to. we have been treated like bandits without any sense. other stuff downstairs in the cloakroom was also unbelievably rude, and they only accept cash giving no receipt of course. There are a lot of nice clubs in London piccadilly and surrounding but Tiger Tiger surely isn’t one of them.Will never get there again.

Absolutely apalling. Went to the club with a group of friends and had a relatively good time. I had to leave early however my phone wasnt working so i had no idea how to get to the bus stop. My friend selflessly offered to take me there and then come back to the club. We had to literally BEG reception to let her come back without repaying the ridiculously high entrance fee, explaining our dire situation. After many minutes reception told us theyd let my friend back in for free. Missed the bus because of all those minutes spent begging. Had to wait for the next one. And guess what happened when my friend went back?? They didnt let her in. At all. She couldnt even get past security because turns out they stop letting people in after 2:30 (whixh we had no ideaand because she selflessly waited for the second bus to come with me she was there at 2:40. Not only was security apparently rude, they were completely dismissive and wouldnt even listen about talking to reception (seeing as they were the one giving her the permission to leave). Being a good friend ended up ruining her night. Imcompetent staff. Incompetent organisation. No sense of empathy or desire to help.

I have gone to this the security staff and bouncers are too rude and if their is no star even I dont want to give 1 ⭐ for this the way they speak to costumers are rude instantly they are saying throw out is this the way they trained I have shown my student ID they dint accept even I showed my BRP in mobile they I purely say that the security trainess are waste at this

We booked tickets online and paid 15£ for it and at arrival they told us that the tickets weren’t valid. So we just got sent between the entrance and the security three times until eventually we decided to leave. Do not go here if you want a good expirience it’s literally an animal house.

Place is awful and no longer the same like it used to be. Music is rubbish, feels like youre In a rock concert and mainly playing 1 type of music and mixes it hear and there . Security thinks they own the place. Drinks are ridiculously expensive. And the place smells. Wouldnt advice anyone spending their Saturday night there, waste of time and money

Horrible, horrible, horrible. We were a group of 4 people and booked tickets to watch arg vs mex match, the organazation was awful, expensive food, no enough chairs, overcrowded, the screens were small. Bad choice for the world cup.

One of the worst bars in London. Management think they operate above the law and can assault customers, security that are embarrassed to be working there. This place definitely lives off its old reputation but its not worth wasting your time in anymore.

Tl:dr Terrible club, absolutley terrible. Everything is very expensive, music is mediocre and the staff are physically abusive and very racist. I had to file a police report.I was at the bar on the ground floor ordering a drink, when I felt a strong push from behind me. I turned around and saw a member of staff (cauccasian woman about 5ft 5, dark brown hairwas pushing me and shouting at me to move. As the club was very noisy I attempted to lean closer to her to let her know she could pass by me, and there were no problems. I opened the small black door to the bar and gestured with my hand to her to let go past me. After physically assulting me, the woman called security to escort me out of the club. I was in shock.I tried numerous times to explain to the security guard I had been physically mistreated by the member of staff but they said flatly, she is general manager and whatever she says goes.I was left outside with no coat or bag, not being allowed to retrieve my items from the cloak room. I did not have my phone, coat or wallet and they would not let me go and collect it. I was put outside in the freezing cold with no way of getting home.I went to find a police officer to assist, I have never been physically assulted by a member of management. As noone at the club would come to my aid, I had to file a police report. I would steer clear of this bar, especially if you a black/brown.Whilst shivering in the cold, one of the nicer security guards even apologised to me and said she knew that manager was hostile and she verbally abuses black/brown staff.

This pub is just a hype only because it has 4 or 5 floors. The security guards are very rude, loud and discriminative (last nights experience). Drinks over-priced, music is bad but because its loud people might be attracted to it. Also, you need a BRP card or passport or UK driving license, other id cards are meaning less. They just kick you out of the queue and do not listen to anything that youve got to say. So, if you havent got any of the above mentioned id cards then either youve got to be a girl to pass through or be extremely lucky. But Id recommend Simmons or ny other pub as an alternative.

whats wrong with security at this venue? Bouncers are rude and psychopathic, they kicked my friend out because he started talking to a girl and the girl was more than happy to speak to him, the bouncers said the interaction was "non consensual" when it clearly was. Security also provoked and argued with another guy in my group for no reason, he was just standing with his drink. Crazy. We wont go back.

It was really good experience we had lots of fun there. Too busy on weekends staff was really good and friendly. Music could be better if they play English songs.Recommend to go there

First of all, at entry, the queue was terribly long because of some policy that mad us all come by 23:00. Then the waiting time at the cloak room was about 20-25mins, whilst next to the toilets, which meant that the smell wasn’t that pleasant as well. In addition, drinks were very expensive (17.5£whilst being served in a small plastic cup of something less than 250ml. But the worst part about my time at Tiger Tiger came in whilst I was soaked in sweat because the club was so overcrowded and I just couldn’t breathe. This ended up with me trying to leave, but the staff wouldn’t let us because “too many of us wanted to leave as well”.I would strongly vote against going to Tiger Tiger, but if you really have to go, make sure you wear your summer clothes and enjoy a good enough pre - drinks session, which will actually come in handy, because you won’t have to spend your life’s savings in there, plus you will be so drunk, you won’t even carr about the atmosphere

Had a prebooking. When we arrived, was told the place was hired out for a private party. Bouncers were extremely rude and ignored us.After waiting around for someone to talk to, the manager said they can let our party in.Went through security to be told that the kitchen/ bar was closed for the event so we can only come in to sit down.. complete waste of time, we should have either been informed before we made the 2 hour journey to get there or shouldnt have been able to book that day at all.

Worst place I’ve ever been to! Got there at 8:55pm security said club part opens at 9pm got a drink and waited a single shot vodka and lemonade cost £14.50! Anyways we sat down and waited for the club part to open which is upstairs. A guy decides to harass us constantly for over a hour it was coming up to 10pm at this point! The club part still wasn’t open but we saw the staff running up and the down the stairs for over a hour. The guy was practically neeling right over to my friends thigh: smiling winking asking to buy us drinks. We were so uncomfortable! We said no about 10 times. The stuff noticed and did absolutely nothing! In the end we had enough got up and left. As we left we looked through the door and that guy had gone! We had to be very cautious until we got back on the tube to head home! Please avoid this “BAR” because it’s not a club! Wouldn’t even give it 1 star if I had a choice! AVOID

Staff need retrained one of the worst spots you will ever find or attend! Please do yourself a favour and avoid! Not to mention massively overpriced for the vide, attendance and atmosphere!

The staff in this place are the absolute worst. If you want to spend the night arguing and having a bad time this is the club for you. The employees here are the worst tried to kick us out with now reason we obviously protested and they let us in. The night was terrible. This was suppose to be a Latin night and not one Latino song was played. I spoke to the staff here and they told me nothing was going to be done about the security so there was no point of me complaining .The people who work here are chavy and rude they have no manners at all. Someone has to teach them how to deal with customers. Dj was incompetent.

Based on the current average, giving only 2 stars but will update after the birthday party on the 8th of Oct. Ive been to TT when it was in its haydays and looking forward to seeing if its better or worse now.

I arrived at tiger tiger with high hopes, that were destroyed instantly. Bar staff clearly had little training and were giving out wrong drinks all night. Furthermore, I posed for a picture on a sofa which led to me being grabbed by a bouncer for supposedly having “my feet on furniture”I was expecting a decent night out, but was ruined rather quickly by appalling staff. Please avoid at all costs

Ive been to this club a lot of times and this is the first time i have realised how bad staff member are. The security people were extremelly rude with no reason. No surprised why Tiger Tiger has 2 and a half starts.

I had been before to tiger tiger and I had never experienced such a bad service and treatment as a individual, the security staff was very rude and unprofessional. Especially the head of security which had no professionalism and didn’t know how conduct his role as a head of security. Very disgusted by this experience he also refused to speak like a normal individual and acted as if the power of being a head security got to his head.

Went there with a pub crawl group. Never experienced such a security, they even checked the insides of our wallets (each one of us), which is simply too much for me. Waiters were extremely unfriendly, music wasnt good and club was pretty empty while we were there - never again!

HORRIBLE RACIST EXPERIENCE. The guards didn’t even check our IDs. When they saw we were from Argentina they immediately kicked us out. Then, we heard them saying that no Argentinians or Brazilians were allowed. Straight up xenophobia. I do not recommend this discriminatory place. It should be closed. Horrible experience that has never happened to me until I went to Tiger Tiger. It’s terrible to see that such discrimination still happens and in the middle of London!

women’s toilets are awful. there’s a missing door, they smell awful, the taps are faulty/loose seriously need an upgrade. overall i had a good time but the toilets are my only critique

Terrible venue with psycho and over the top security. They gave me and my friend a hard time over entering with sportswear despite being the best dressed people attempting to enter the near empty club. After changing outfits and going through an ID check, search and other security measures, giving them an expensive entry fee and eventually sitting down and getting a drink, a wild eyed and angry security person continued to harass and bother us while we were inside, minding our own business and talking to one another. There was nobody else in the venue except perhaps 10 late middle aged and badly dressed people. In the end my friend and I left the place and they seemed glad to throw us out. We were essentially mugged by the venue of £50. Really quite disgusted by this tacky venue, the horrible staff and the near criminal attempt to take as much money as possible from us before ejecting us anyway. Avoid at all costs.

I went their on thursday night. The bouncer who was scanning ids was behaving rude with every people for no reason. He was behaving like he is doing favour by giving entry to customers. You are charging entry fee. We are spending a lot inside and this is your curtomer service.DISRESPECTING CUSTOMER.thats ridiculous.

Tiger tiger was an amazing night out. Me and my best friend came over and stayed in london for a night out and went here. All the staff were so friendly. Club was clean and very good music! Unfortunately I didn’t get the ladies name, however she was a security guard inside the club wearing a pink high viz. She was amazing! Kept coming up and asking if we was ok, said if any problems from anyone she is right there! Overall it was the best night!

My friend and I are both 19 and from abroad and thus have international IDs which was clearly an issue for the bouncers on site. The bouncers were extremely rude and and claimed that if we didn’t show another form of identification we would not be allowed in the venue. They handled the situation terribly as we were scolded at the door. Most certainly will not be coming back and definitely do not recommend!

I tried to enter as my friend went inside and asked to meet her in there, they said no single entry and to call my friend to come outside, unfortunately her phone was off, I kindly asked if I could go inside and find my friend, the security refused in a rude manner and said no way to help me. I asked to speak to the manager he replied he was a manager, clearly not (he was a security), he flipped on me in a rude way and he asked his colleague to record the timing of me being in front of him. I felt the way he treated me as if I was peace of rubbish (I felt so much negativity come my way that I have never ever felt in my life). I work in hospitality more than 10 years and this is ridiculous. By the way I am a female and the way he spoke to me was ignorant and unprofessional.

Hello, maybe SBG will sell it back to novus who had proper management, not hourly paid bartenders acting like managers lol. 1.6 stars disgraceful, you guys turned a £200k per week business into a deli shop.

Probably the WORST club ever in Central…Probably the WORST club ever in Central London!!!Had a bad experience in the club last weekend and they charged £20 for the entrance and rip off drink charges.Also check all google bad reviews.I also lost my belongins in the club which include my jacket and keys, which i emailed and no response back.I just want to say i am speechless and sorry for the bouncers ...they must be living an empty life if they disrespect people for no reason...ignorant ..so rude.I honestly cant understand why this club is still operating and much better places nearby.Please i request dont go this club. They have no customer service whatsoever and do not deserve any custom at all.

Just tonight 11th of Aug we paid 31.50£ of 3 shots which was fine if we received a good service, but the staff was really rude and they tried to give me a blue paper instead of a normal tissue. Unacceptable….!!

The bouncers are staff are extremely rude ! Honestly you have to be a really sad person to treat people like that. They all look miserable. I was man handled by a bouncer on my bday and the staff just stood and watched ! Would give 0 starts if I could. I don’t know how they get away with this behaviour, it’s disgusting and this place needs to shut down asap.

Overall! Shambolic to say the least, I’ve been here several times before from 2015 to 2019, since COVID and reopening this is the first time I’ve gone to Tiger Tiger.1. Security (extremely rude), ill mannered, no people skills & carry themselves like they have zero care towards the public. Pathetic and it’s understandable with why the reviews are rock bottom!2. Drinks, I mean there expensive and then there’s “HOW MUCH” a round of 4 double vodka coke & 4 Taquilla shots was £80!!! Are you kidding me.The music was ok! This place unfortunately needs a complete re-shuffle from start and maybe you might be able to turn this around but sorry I definitely won’t be coming back here it’s beyond a joke from what you expect and what you get.

Cocktail expensive (11 pounds each)but with very small amount of alcohol. Especially because they denied that was happy hour time.Dont waste your money and go in other places.

I was here for a speed dating event. After I left, I realised that I dropped something and I wanted to go back in to check. This was approximately at 8 PM and the venue wasnt crowded. The rest of the security (wearing fluorescent vestswere okay with it and almost let me in. Then the tall bouncer guy (wearing a suitstopped me and told me to "get out". When I asked why, he snapped his fingers at me and ignored me. One of the security guards said he will accompany me; the tall bouncer guy still giving me a wide eyed look with an expression of disgust like I was some kind of a criminal.The online reviews on google show that this has happened multiple times. I am never going here again and will advice any self respecting person to avoid this place.

Tiger Tiger club is Londons worst club, never seen this kind of service. Specially the staff members are really disgusting, they need to go back to school first. I didnt see any responsible person to talk. And I was surprised in the club everyone was saying I am the manager, but they are not interested to listen to any one. I can say that the security staff members are bloody racist, because whenever they see the asian face they can deny the entry straight away although you have tickets and they will not listen anyone, they have their own rules.Club can grow more if they can manage their staff teach them how to talk how to serve customers. Just avoid this place at all cost. Bouncers are rude and racist. Even though we had a booth booked they didn’t let half of the group in. After arguing with them for about 30mins , they clearly realised that they had no reason for not letting them in, so they did finally let them in. Every bouncer had a different story as to why not let them in ( after speaking to about 3 of them).They kept a close eye on us , making us so uncomfortable that I wanted to leave. We have been attacked in the club by 3 men , we called over the security to sort this situation out and all they did was stare at us. This place is a joke and looking at the rest of the reviews , it should’ve been shut down a long time ago. Oh and another thing, I was completely sober entering the club, my friend has ordered 5 drinks, and I’m not even joking , they were so watered down they tasted like sparkling water, so we left sober. An absolute rip off, paying £70 for 5 glasses of sparkling water.

What can I say that you already haven’t read ?The doormen are on a mission to not let you in unless you fork over cash if you’re a guy and as to ladies you can guess for yourself the criteria needed for entry. After about 45 min of arguing with them that our group is not drunk and that we have a booking we were let in, located onto a different are and then they banned the transaction we have made so we wouldn’t get the drinks we paid for in advance. So if you’re looking for a place to ruin your night this is a spot for you ! Ps employees that work the door and nearby area calling people in grow a heart and soul cause karma does come around 🙂

3 Asians popped in to the clubManager at the door said no sportswear. And saying this is a nightclub, you gonna give some efforts to go in.However, I went in with shorts and sneakers last Monday.Discrimination? Not looking forward to getting a great experience. Chief of the jumber rude and incompetent, I was dancing with my mate, turn around with the chief saying why did you push me?, and i was like mate Im dancing, what i did wrong?.And get kicked out for no reasons.I was a very big fun of this place, but now Ill not even suggest to the worst person I know!

Paid for a ticket online and didn’t honour this on the door instead charging for an additional more expensive entry. Multiple staff were unbelievably rude. Champagne served in plastic glasses and containers, looks like there were sourced fromWilko. Didn’t have a VAT number for the club. What is most annoying is the night has created quite a lot of paperwork as now I need to inform HMRC and claim the cost of my ticket back.

I stumbled once and the bouncers pullled us out from the queue and decided we were too drunk they told us to go to the back of the queue and come back again and just turned us away 5 times, never managed to get in despite us being respectful and quiet. No refunds for the ticket either

Went into Tiger Tiger (Piccadilly Circusafter being informed by a door lady that it was 241 / Happy Hour. We ordered and paid for 2 drinks and noted that 2, instead of 4 glasses were set out on the bar. We spoke to a range of bar staff, who all provided contradictory information; 1 staff mentioned that it "should be" happy hour and another staff flat out denied that Tiger Tiger offers Happy Hour on Saturdays, which is a lie as Ive previously physically attended the same venue and had 241 cocktails on a Saturday. The manager refused to honour the 241 and was extremely rude; she implied we were lying about speaking to a door lady and said they didnt have one (despite us pointing out the lady). We were told we could either have our 1 drink or leave the venue. Absolutely shocking service. My friend and I will never be returning to this Tiger Tiger again.

1- Drinks are too expensive.2- My friend was forbiden to go in the toilet by the staff so he was obligated to throw up on the dancefloor.3- At midnight, there were like 30 CREEPY MAN who came just to get women THEY NEVER DANCED BUT WERE JUST HUNTING WOMENS.4- Musique was really not good, like the dj select a playlist and never mix, just boosting bass.5- Nightclub has bad air-conditioning, it was very hot in there.DONT GO!

Booked an area for my birthday, our party was traveling from France to spend a weekend in London when my husband and friends tested positive for covid... Tiger Tiger have great and issued me with a credit note to use later in the year. Thank you and looking forward to having a great night out at your venue later in the year.

The place is fine. Bar people were fast and kind but I went on a Wednesday, the staff, on the other side, was rude. I couldn’t wait my girlfriend out of the restrooms, I couldn’t even wait for her up stairs because the guy asked me continue going away. The prices are slightly high, but, at least the cocktails, doesn’t worth it. Extremely sweet and didn’t contain any trace of tasting or smelling alcohol, so much sugar just make you feel sick. Music was ok. Not coming back.

I cant understand all the negative reviews, we went in after seeing the Matinée of Only Fools and Horses at the Theatre Royal Haymarket, the menu is small which makes it easier and the food was delicious, I found the staff to be friendly and polite and it was nice to be left alone rather than have a server keep coming up and asking if everything is OK, definitely recommend if you want a quick meal at a good price after the Theatre

If intensive farming had a ‘clubbing’ equivalent, tiger tiger is it. Security shouting at you in the queue, £20 quid to get in. Then £60 for a round of 4 drinks when one of the drinks isn’t what you asked for and the two vodka redbulls didn’t include a whole can, and it wasn’t redbull anyway…. And when you ask for a receipt, you’re greeted with a huff, and a receipt which isn’t particularly well itemised… honestly, avoid this place… don’t be persuaded by the queue out front, they keep that there to look popular, and after queuing for 30mins you’re less likely to walk off when they charge you £20 just to get in. It’s rubbish inside and you’ll be charged excessively for drinks. There are much nicer places where you’ll be treated with dignity for the same money.
