Very tasyy food, great service

Food portions very small,very expensive and too salty.Not worth to visit at all.If you looking for something to eat go to shell gas station its a much better option.

Sehr gutes Essen und super Service.Wir hatten als Vorspeise jeweils einen super leckeren Salat der von der Größe beinahe ein hauptgang sein könnte.Ala Hauptgang gabs das Steak das perfekt Medium gebraten wurde und das Vegane Beyond Steak.Zusammen mit dem Vorspeisen Salat war es ein sehr ausgewogenes und stimmiges Essen.Der Service war absolut tadellos und aufmerksam. Definitiv einen Besuch wert.Die Preise sind im mittleren Niveau bei der Qualität der Speisen und des Service aber absolut in Ordnung.

Aamupalalla vähän molempina päivinä sitä vikaa että paljon lautasia tyhjänä tarjoilupöydässä, pöytiä siivottiin, tarjottavaa sai kysellä erikseen. Illalla tarjoilijoilla vähän epäselvää mitä tilattiin, joten näytettiin menusta, hampurilaiset oli kyllä hyviä.

Ruoka oli hyvää. Pihvit ehkä hiukan liian punaisia. Ruokalista aika suppea. Tarjoilija oli todella hyvä työssään 😊

Hinta-laatusuhde ruuan kanssa ei aivan täsmää. Ruoka oli keskinkertaista. Henkilökunta oli mukavaa. 😊

Wszystkie przystawki i dania glowne zawierały renifera. W każdym daniu stopień wysmażenia poprawny. Bardzo dobra knajpa, aż dziwi tak niska ocena… Szczerze mówiąc po przejechaniu wielu kilometrów przez Skandynawię i jadajac w wysoko ocenianych restauracjach uważam ze jest to jeden z najlepszych wyborów. Serdecznie polecam !

Sehr sehr gutes Essen. Hatten das Chef Menü mit passendem Wein. Hervorragend. Empfehlenswert. Am Abend sogar durch Zufall Live Music. Schönster Abend seit Wochen. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Przemiła obsługa i najlepszy hamburger jaki jadłam

לקחנו מרק סלומון שהיה בינוני, לא מספיק דג ולא מספיק תפוחי אדמה, מאכזבהשירות היה אדיב מאוד

Sehr freundliche Bedienung. Schönes Ambiente. Preis-Leistung passt und es schmeckt sehr gut. Die Wartezeit ist etwas länger als man erwartet dafür wird alles frisch zubereitet.

Odlična restavracija v centru Božičkove vasi. Okusni tradicionalni🦌 polpeti postreženi skupaj s tradicionalno prilogo. Priporočam obisk v kolikor ste opravili pri 🎅 .

Expensive place to eat, as one would expect for the Santa Claus Village. But as the only proper restaurant in the village, it was a good enough experience for our group. We ordered wine, pork loin, creamy mushroom soups, squeaky cheese, and chocolate fondant for 82€. Unlike other restaurants in Rovaniemi for the price, the portion sizes were enough for us to finish without any takeaway food. Service was okay although not the most attentive. If you are vegan/vegetarian, expect that the only entree you have to eat is creamy mushroom soup.

Aim to serve for tourists! The speciality is the chefs menu, which cost 48€ including 4 types of wines. I dont recommend reindeer burger.

Bonne carte plutôt variée. Bonne cuisine.Attention à renouveler le buffet quand les familles sont passées par là de bonne heure.Ce qui gâche tout, cest lespace dont disposent les enfants qui en profitent pour courir partout en hurlant. Le personnel est impuissant face à ces situations qui dérangent beaucoup de monde.

It was a cold day when I visited there. I enjoyed travelling to the place with my friend. I went there at night

Not bad food, but very bad service. We live now in Santa Claus Village as a group of 25 friends. We have dinners booked in this restaurant. Every day our arrival is a complete surprise for the staff. No salads, bread, snacks. When we asked why there was no bread, we were told that a hundred people bake it. You have to wait an hour for the main dish. A very unpleasant experience.

The food was really good, and the cocktail was amazing

Täysin käsittämätöntä että korona-aikana ravintolassa ei ole käsidesiä ravintolasalissa eikä saippuaa vessassa. Useasta huomautuksesta huolimatta henkilökunta ei asiaan reagoinut. Ruoka oli perusranskalais/hampurilais meininkiä ja hintaansa nähden kallista.

Decent place to have a quick bite while visiting Santa Claus village. A bit overpriced as everything else in this place, but the food is good and the kids menu is ok. Service is great though, cant complain about it.

Le pietanze sono buone, i prezzi sono alti come mangiare al Glass RESORT, con la differenza che a questo ristorante il personale non segue bene il cliente anzi se cerchi di interagire con il personale di sala fanno finta di non vederti. La location non è delle migliori, inoltre non è per nulla child friendly, non hanno neanche un foglio per far scarabocchiare i piccoli in attesa delle pietanze. Consigliato: Assolutamente NO.

Cozy restaurant with very good Finnish dishes like reindeer filets and salmon tartar. Friendly staff, kids corner and a fireplace make this place ideal for families with smaller kids. Not too pricy and I enjoyed their wines.The only complaint I had was that the toilet stinks terribly, which totally spoiled the mood every time I wanted to wash my hands before dinner.

Ristorante molto buono e personale competente e estremamente gentile. La cameriera parlava anche italiano ed é stata dolcissima con i miei figli. Mia figlia si é affezionata. Non potevo chiedere di meglio al villaggio di Babbo Natale.

Gas station quality food, high prices and very slow service

Perfectly prepared and cooked "classic" restaurant food with local flavors... and warmly service.

We were looking for a reindeer meat, 1st restaurant we visited doesn’t have at that moment because they have issue with their oven. Price wise, it is more cheaper there (€14-16🤔.But this one didn’t disappoint us. It is a decent restaurant. We tried their reindeer burger 🍔 for €20.90 and Salmon with mash is for €26.70 (a lot of people suggest not to leave Rovaniemi without trying their salmon, so we did. For me, it is tastier than the burger.Ohh we tried their local beer 🍺 too...We went there during lunch time, they were busy but the service is good.

Waited for 15 minutes without anybody to come to take order. Waitresses were walking around and just ignoring us.

Love cauliflower in my fish plates

Very terrible service. Limited servers and they will ignore you even though you call them for many times. Won’t recommend it to anyone.
