The little chalet motel in Brandon

Location is great being on the TransCanada. Room are large and bonus of being individual chalets. Was perfectly quiet, I felt I could have my tv at a normal volume. The chalets themselves are older, but they are clean. The price is on point with a good weekly rate. Also a restaurant right next to the rooms. I didnt get around to trying it tho. Very convenient location, clean quiet rooms, good price. I stayed for a week and they tidied my room almost everyday.Oh, and the Wifi was strong enough for me to play NHL online with my PS4. So that was a huge plus as well.

Love this little place . Very comfortable, has a deck I was able to watch the storm come in . Clean , affordable ,has coffee , full sized fridge , soaker tub . Definitely will stay again !

The little chalet we stayed in was definitely aging, but it was pleasant having our own completely quiet and private space. Friendly front desk. Real cabin type atmosphere like I grew up with. Not for those that cant do "rustic"

Rooms are nice and clean. Definitely worth it.

These could be amazing little chalets if they were updated and repaired, but unfortunately, the one we stayed in was dated and worn out. But the place is inexpensive, so we werent expecting much. So it gets a 3 out of 5 stars.

The receptionist was very nice to us, they accepted our debit card, and the rooms where great, but needed some updates. Would probably go there again

Friendly staff and a nice place to stay

First time I stayed here and I like the place.For the price you pay, you cant expect perfection but this place is very clean and nice.Front desk girl was polite and friendly.What more do you need?If I need overnight sleep in Brandon, this is now my favorite place here.

This little hotel is charming. Clean but not fancy. The staff were lovely.

The place is secluded and having your own little house is nice. AC works good wifi is fantastic. But there were several small things that affected the overall stay, like a not working lamp, leaking faucet, etc. For one night stay its okay, but I wouldnt stay there longer. If the price was a bit lower, I would say that you get the value for you money. But $96 per night for 3 people at the chalet is a bit too much.

If you’re looking for a comfy place at a reasonable price, I would definitely recommend this motel. It is accessible to many food resto and grocery stores (that’s why I love it lol). We were well pleased of the cleanliness and the services of the staff. They were very accommodating and the customer service was excellent. The staff were really so quick every time we asked them to change our beddings and towels. It was a satisfying experience indeed.

So far so good. The staff were so friendly and accommodating with all our needs. Our quarantine stay was absolutely perfect. It was all clean, comfortable, and amazing staff.

The place its really great! Im satisfied and cheaper price, very comportable to take a rest. The staff is very friendly and they will entertain you as well. 💖

Workers are snotty and not very friendly, almost like you are bothering them to be in the store

Looked cute but was completely infested with massive bed bugs. All over the room. The lady was nice and refunded my money but they were clearly there a while. They were so big.

The beds are very firm, which is ok if you really like firm mattress, but I couldnt really sleep or get comfortable on it. The heating isnt very good in the winter. We had to buy a portable heater to bring into the chalet. The mirror in the living room was dirty. Heaters covered in dust which bothered myself and my husband. There was also a floss tooth pick on the bathroom floor from whoever stayed there before us. The bathroom floor is also quite dirty. I do like that its a little "house" to yourself, very convenient with little ones....just wish it was better kept.

Bathtub was utterly disgusting. Bedspread was stained by bleach. Should have been a 35.00 charge for the room and not 75.00. The woman at the front desk was pleasant. Would not go back.

Fleabag motel. Not understanding the rave reviews for clean and renovated. #12 was god awful. Perhaps they reserve the most dilapidated one for those with a pet. It smelled like they had recently fumigated it and our dog vomited the next morning, probably due to being on the fumigated carpet all night. The bath was a nightmare. In fact the whole unit was ghastly.

Affordable and quiet, stay here anytime we are in Brandon. Only thing missing is a coffee maker. Fridge and microwaves in every room. Watch the toilet seats! A few different rooms have had very loose seats.

Spent 3 days here in November. Clean, private, and great price. Will be staying here for now on when I visit Brandon

nice and clean room, silent atmosphere , friendly staff... and bed was very good as i needed.. wifi was very good ... i ll definitely stay next time...

landed here after a full night of driving. 20 or so little individual cottages. very basic. cable microwave dinette for two. the attached restaurant is also basic. with prices to match. cost of room was $69 plus $15 each for the pups. plenty of parking and all the regular places around including tims a&w and subway.

Room was very clean and the price was the best one in the area. Newly renovated bathroom with shampoo, soap, folded towels. I had to end up leaving after a few hours because something came up but they still refunded my money. Very good service here.

I was very pleasantly surprised to find our little chalet was all newly renovated and very clean.I would definitely stay here again. Great value.

Staff seemed very nice. Chalet will let you have all your pets. Right off the highway. Nice field out front. This chalet is exactly what you think. Not fancy, but its a great place to lay your head after a long day on the road. There is a restaurant on the premises, smittys across the highway and a boston pizza within 10 minute walk.

I found a spider on my sheets before I went to bed. Rooms were still dirty, food was left in the fridge from previous people, open electrical wires around and a bad smell everywhere. Wasnt impressed with the motel.

Horrible dirtyy , I booked and when I arrived I have found nothing, he has no people in reception its really horrible and when the receptionist arrived she was told me you have not made a reservation, I think she did it to scam pepole and Manager could hardly understand english. I suggest you do not go to this motel

I enjoyed staying two days at the motel. My clean room came with reasonably cheap price. Stuff were very friendly. It is good for people who want silence and calmness.

We stayed in one of the chalets for 2 nights and have no complaints! The inside was dated, but very clean and warm, and you can’t beat the price! We’ll definitely be coming back in the future!

Great place to stay. Private and quiet, they provide all you need for a comfortable stay. This isnt the Ritz, but its a unique experience and fair priced.

I stayed here for a night a couple months ago and the room was pleasing with two nice queen (or kingsized beds, a television, a refrigerator, a round table with a comfortable chair by window, and of course a clean bathroom. This place was also nice as it had a balcony while you could park your car right in front of the balcony.

Quirky but comfortable. Rooms are quiet and you have a little covered deck. It was late when we arrived but manager came right away to change lightbulb. Not for everyone but it a nice rustic place

I had booked a room 4 days prior. Made it clear it would be a later check in 11pm roughly. Much to my surprise they were closed. They have an after hours number posted but it just goes to a voicemail. Lakeview was more then happy to provide a room and at a reasonable rate for a Saturday night walk in at midnight.

Nice ... Attached building for each room is nice.. I paid $82 after tax for 2 queen sized beds for myself, wife and baby. I will be back. Nice little padio in front to enjoy a beverage. Staff are nice.

If I could Id give it a negative star I would. Wish Id asked to see the room 1st, what a dive! Moldy walls painted over, gross! Felt like the floors were rotten under the carpet, very uneven and even felt soft in some places. Cant believe I stayed there! I must say tho the bedding seemed clean and so did the room, except the carpet NASTY. Definitely spend the extra and stay somewhere else!

Rooms smell of mold or mildew, or both. Should of asked to see the room before I paid. Bed is hard, after travelling all day I think I will get a better sleep in my truck or on a piece of plywood. Would not recommend this place, spend the extra 40 bucks and stay at Motel 6.

I had a fabulous time during my stay at the Little Chalet Motel. Its located on Highway #1, and its close to restaurants; most of them are within walking distance! The room was very clean, theres free wifi, a TV, two queen or king-sized beds, a bathroom with a shower, and even a mini fridge!! The bungalow-shaped rooms were really cool (the room is a lot bigger inside than it appears on the outside), and the great thing about this motel is that you can park your car RIGHT IN FRONT of your room!!!! :D Another thing I liked about this motel is the fact that the rates are lower compared to other motels/hotels. Definitely worth the money!!! :)
