The White Hart Brew Pub in Delano

Came in today for some lunch as there isn’t many places to eat around whitechapel. Food was nice and zoe who served us was very bubbly and helped us out with which river town beer to have. Would deffo recommend.

Food was okay. Old menu was better quality. Service was great though, the barmaid with the box fringe was very chatty and helpful Will come again

Needs to turn the music down a touch - it should be a great place to enjoy their beers and fantastic food. Otherwise it’s a clean, lovely, lovely establishment. Bring back the pizzas.

This place is a spacious and air pub. A small selection of food is served, though I havent tried any of it. There is some outside seating but its by a large noisy and busy junction, so I suspect its not very pleasant to sit there.

Went for what is normally an amazing Sunday lunch in a full pub. They changed the menu, pub empty, no sunday roast

Great pub, but I wont be going there for food anymore. Theyve recently done away with the old gastro menu - which had a great range of choice, excellent burgers and roasts and some tasty healthy options.Now, its just another dime-a-dozen generic fast food menu. Everything tastes frozen and cheap. Real shame as the food was the best thing about the pub...

The White Hart Pub. Local treasure of Bethnal Green. Mostly weekend quite busy, especially when the weather great. Chairs & Tables outside for drinks & meals. Great service and staff.

Nice pub with some interesting beers and ciders on offer. Good ambience with laid back tunes setting a relaxing vibe. In my opinion it was much nicer than the more famous pub next door. 😉

Good selection of beer, the staff was friendly, and though I didnt purchase food, what I saw looked great! Really liked sitting outside on a hot evening!

The food is fantastic and great quality. The chef Filipe genuinely cares about his cooking and it strongly shows in what he prepares.The beef on Sundays is absolutely top notch and cooked to perfection. The chicken caesar salad is also amazing.So if youre in the area and looking for top notch food and a good selection of drinks pop in.

Quite good. Reasonably priced for the location. Food is quite good. Had the chicken burger. Pretty good (bun good, salad fresh, chicken good). Good perhaps have done with some more marinating. Chips were good, if a touch salty (but thats fairly de minimis). All in all, pretty good. Fairly fast service, also.

Always a great time at the white hart. It’s quite nice that you can’t book at the white hart so that you can rock up at any time and see what’s available there. Whether outside or indoors

A relaxed pub, great drinks right in the heart of Whitechapel served by friendly bartenders!

Disappointing. I was there about 6 years ago and it was excellent. Good selection of real ale brewed on the premises.In June 2022 they had one one real ale,. No bitter, no Mild, not even the ubiquitous Pale Ale, just a sweet ale tasting of Ice Cream.Pubs need to realise that people want to drink proper beer,. Maybe a half of something silly like an ice cream-flavoured ale at the end of a visit, but whats the point of a brew pub that doesnt do bitter?

Was in London and visited this pub for a drink. The pub was quiet, staff were nice, polite and efficient.

A good selection of beers, and theres the offer to taste them before making a choice. I dont personally make use of this ability (preferring to just pick a pint and drink it), but this will suit some people

come for the awesome range of interesting beers (white beers, mango pale ale, pilsners), stay for the incredible chicken caesar and dinner specials

We enjoyed our Sunday roast of beef for me and chicken for my wife. In house beer selection and drinkability was very good! Seems. No cash after 5. I get it. But being a tourist from Canada. Those extra exchange charges will hurt later.

Nice pub in East but Central East London. Had a warm vibe, well styled out with art, mirrors, prints and plants and was well looked after and run. Pilsner was £5.20 on tap which is good value for location in 2022. Great to warm up at before going for BYOB curries round the corner.

Fab place so cosy and the breakfast was amazing. Lovely charming pub 👌 and opposite the famous blind beggar pub.

Good pub, always lively when Ive been. Has comedy on some nights but never managed to catch it unfortunately! Good beer selection and nice decor.

An enjoyable pub to go to on a chill night out. A lively atmosphere with great music thats not too loud that you have to scream over people and it didnt seem too crowded; but it was a weekday. Drinks were decently priced and their ales were great.

Came in for a late drink after work (they are open till 1pm weekends), Ricky was a legend, He recommended some great beers and let me taste some before I made my decision. Hidden gem of a pub in east London. Will definitely be back because of the service and the food menu looks great too!!

It is a great pub, very spacious, with very tasty, hearty British food. Loved the experience in this pub, as it is very welcoming, staff were very nice, quick and helpful; warm, sociable and with great atmosphere with local people from different business and residents. Totally recommend of you are in the area to visit this establishment.

Really great brewpub in Whitechapel, with the One Mile End Brewery beneath it. Large single corner room with lots of natural light. Cool interior decor appears to change regularly.Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and I really enjoyed their IPA selection. The kitchen wasn’t open on a Monday lunchtime, otherwise I would have tried the food. Although I was told that you can bring in your own food at this time.

I visited on my own while in London on business. Excellent craft beer, wonderfully hoppy IPA snakecharmer is worth a trip across the city, from their own microbrewery. Very impressed with the chicken burger and fat chips which were fried with jackets on and wonderfully crispy and flavorful. Friendly staff, happy and proud to offer samples of their ale. Cool music. Skip the touristy kray pub nearby and enjoy some proper 2019 English cool.

As somebody who has to stay overnight in London frequently with work, I do try to vary where I can stay and find a good pub/food while Im there. Ive found a decent hotel near Aldgate so thought Id try the White Hart for a change. I was mega-impressed! Really good beer...locally brewed IPAs especially...and the White Hart burger was stunning. I may go as far to say that it was the most enjoyable burger Ive ever had! Really nice to find a pub in London that wasnt so packed out at 6pm that I couldnt get a table for one...though the feel for the place was really good also. Will definitely be coming back 😀

Sunday Roast was absolutely Delicious, the apple pudding was amazing too.. They were so accommodating that we had a 2yr old with us and they didnt have a kids menu... Even gave our dog a bowl of water... The staff were just so friendly and lovely, we would definitely go back again

I live around half a mile away- If you are looking for a living room extension- this is your place. Good beers, and one of the best pub burgers I’ve ever had (the sauce is incredible).

Good selection and very good music. Fun place and good staff. Comfortable seats and can settle in for a good nights drinking.Friendly staff will let you try before you buy.Not at all crowded for a Friday night.Fun night out

Really nice pub which showcases am interesting mix of people. The roast on Sunday is hearty and delicious.

Bavarian Frühstück and lovely wheat beer to accompany it. Friendly staff. And while downstairs was really busy, upstairs was pleasantly quiet.

Possibly my favourite pub in London, great range of beers from their own, to guest ales from other local breweries and even a few mainstream options for the friend who wont try anything new.Great roasts on a Sunday too, really need to try their other things at some point

My new favorite pub when I stay in Whitechapel! Very tasty beer from the brewery downstairs, and a really delicious English Breakfast (check the kitchen times, it didnt open until noon when I was there last).

One of the best pubs in the area. A great menu with several gastro options, but hasnt dipped entirely towards gastro prices. The real selling point here being the on-site micro-brewery. Brews on offer are generally quite mature and tasty. Certainly worth a visit, even if just for a quick stop at the takeaway fridge.
