I was verbally and physically assaulted in this establishment. The person who attacked me was not banned because they are regulars. Be careful.

The food and craft beer is excellent. We hope the owners continue to be good to the cook.

First visit. Went for the wings we read about when searching for best wings near us.Service was good considering our server was working by herself waiting tables and working the bar. She was especially friendly and made great recommendations for us being that it was our first timers.Definitely will go back to try a different beer from their extensive list of beers on tap and try some other food items. Parking was a little limited but we managed.

Cool atmosphere. Wings, sandwich, sides were all high quality and well made. Wide selection of beers. Will definitely go back soon

Like the atmosphere, love the ciders just wish they carried more variety since I dont drink 🍺 love the PB&J wings

I stopped in a quick bike ride and the staff was so amazing I started for a few hours. Great staff, amazing food, drink selection and service. Ill be back.

My husband, sis and brother in law came here for dinner and let me tell you, SO GOOD! I havent had crispy chicken wings like that anywhere. And the staff is down to earth too. Great beers and soda. We will be back for sure.

4.5 *. Sat at the bar which was a bit too close/crowded for a first date… Big tap beer selection, had the tuna sandwich. Bar has a skateboarder vibe, beer flights served on skateboards. Clean bar, good service, table seating with minimal outdoor option-parking lot spot in a strip shop.

Attending release the pumpkins and the selection they had was impressive! While the beer and food is awesome, it is so miserably hot inside that we had to leave before ordering any food today (after being moved inside). I’d give five stars for beer/food but it was seriously so hot inside, we were dripping sweat. We fully intended to order a few flights each as well as food but after one flight, we left for somewhere with better AC :/ we’ll return in the cooler months which is a bummer since it’s hot 9 months of the year here lolHopefully they can get their AC going a little better so we can come back more frequently ♥️

Cold beer, hot food, a friendly and accommodating staff. I loved that it wasn’t too loud inside even though almost every table and bar stool was taken. The wings are A+. The peanut butter pie is a must have if you’re looking for something sweet.

The food was delicious and the portions were good. They have a great selection of beer, with many from Florida breweries. Our server was running the show and she was very polite and attentive to the entire restaurant.

I enjoy this casual bar/diner, our server was nice, and the food was good, I enjoy going here with my sister for lunch when I vist. I will be back next time i vist.

Awesome food and fantastic service. We had the Come to Cheesus, Big Mother Clucker and Chefferson Burger Melt. The custom skateboards and stickers on the wall are so unique. All around a great experience and we will be back.

I love all their melts! They have a great craft beer selection! We always a great experience and I love the way they have it set up in there!

PB & J wings were amazing, some of the best wings Ive ever had! Also super dog friendly which is always a plus!

Great place for a small bite and beer

First time visitors from Oklahoma. Highly recommend this small local restaurant. Had the sangria which was very good. Also, had the club sandwich with apple slaw. Hubby had onion rings and a delicious burger. My daughter lives in South Pasadena and said she hasnt had anything here that doesnt taste good!

In 2 words... GO HERE!! A really great place thats a little bit punk with a lot of beer. The appetizers and main course sandwiches and tacos are absolutely wonderful. If back this way,this place will definitely be on my list!! ...and we brought home pie to eat tonight in our hotel room. Yummy!!!

Adding one more 5-star review to this awesome place. Highly recommend! Everything we ordered was so satisfying, starting from the deep fried mushrooms. We lucked out by dining in on a early Monday evening, not crowded at all. The staffs were friendly and everything on the menu looked so delicious as well. Took their desert to-go, peanut butter pie, coconut cream pie and ole key lime pie.

We are visiting from Orlando and when we travel we always eat at local restaurants. It was late on a Sunday we were starving and this establishment was open late. We pulled into a dated small strip and we almost left. The exterior is very unassuming. DO NOT let the exterior deter you. I didnt have the highest expectations BUT WOW our meal was outstanding. We had the chicken tacos, chicken parm sandwich and turkey club. All the food came out quickly and cooked to perfection. Well seasoned meats, hot fresh toasty breads, and house made sauces. Give them a shot you will not regret it. Great drinks and amazing food. Dont judge a book by its cover. Very friendly staff.

Came here because of all the great reviews. Waited 15 minutes for someone to come out side just to give us menus. Walked in to let someone know we were outside, as if they didn’t see us. Waited another 10 min just to get water. Didn’t see the sever for another 15 min, so we went inside to place our order, an appetizer and 2 entrees. Another 30 minutes went by, no appetizer. another 15 minutes went by still no appetizer or food. We left, waist of time. Oh did I mention we came here on a Thursday. Not even the weekend.

My wife got a grill cheese and the paper that separates the cheese was left on cooked into her sandwich. I told the sever and they still charged us. Now my wife feels ill. I won’t eat there again!!!!

Not really my thing.Had a burger, a chicken sandwich and wings.All were pretty bland and anticlimactic.Burgers come auto temped which to me means its a preformed patty, chicken sandwich is like a Burger King sandwich.Everything on the menu has a pun for the name which is funny the first time you go.This place has been around and has q huge following but personally I dont get it.Service there is pretty good though.

A surprise...in a little strip mall, sort of non distinct -- which perfect cause behind the door is a great little bar with lots of craft brews and really nice food menu. I had lemon pepper dry rub wings. They were very good. Nice size. Not dry at all. Nice char on the skin. And really perfect lemon pepper seasoning. Wings were also served with a lemon wedge. Awesome. I had a Tampa lager and pinot gris. The pino was quite nice with the wings. Prices are good. Must stop if in the area. Off the beach, but not by far!

What a sleeper! When you drive by you have no idea what awaits you behind those doors! All fresh, made from scratch creations that come out tasting just as amazing as they look. Such a cool atmosphere and super friendly staff! Very cool place, we will be back!

Hands down the best food Ive ever put in my mouth. Actually upset when my meal was done because I didnt have more. Great service, great beer on tap, a must if your in town. Everything was awesome.

Freaking best wings in St. Pete and an amazing craft been selection. The french bread pizzas will take you back to your youth and the salads are great. Amazing little place with maybe 8 tables and 15 bar seats. Servers are always attentive and the blue cheese is made in house (I love it). Just go and thank me later!!

Every time Ive gone thus far, Ive been impressed. The food is exemplary... Not at all what you would expect from the outside.As you walk in, youre greeted with a clean bar, a few booths, and limited yet sufficient table seating. The soundtrack of every gen x-er and older millennial plays. Skateboard decks adorn the walls with unique artwork, pop culture characters, bands, breweries, and cartoons all vying for attention. It isnt cluttered, though, its quite tasteful.The beer menu is ample and the food is always presented well with generous portions and primo ingredients. Ive loved every meal there so far, and always bring someone new. Cant wait to go back!

Very cool pub/restaurant. Decor is skateboards/grunge/dive and delicious and interesting beer selection. Staff was attentive & very kind.Food was absolutely killer, we had the zucchini fries which were truly fresh good tasty zucchini with a nice thin layer & crunch. I had the Cali tacos which were also delicious & the tater tots. My friend loved the bloopie burger & the shrimp tacos.

My boyfriend ordered the beef tacos for me “deconstructed” Togo so they wouldn’t get soggy. They perfectly decided everything in little individual containers which was SUPER kind! I know that took extra time so I’m really grateful. The tacos and the sauces were DELICIOUS! The pasta salad is really good too! Thank you for the wonderful food and customer service. We will be back for sure!

Wish there was some kind of Happy Hour on the drinks. Standard pricing on the craft brews. Nice selection.. Cute spot- only tried the beer so far though, but will be back for sure. Love the Flights of beer on the skateboards!

Excellent food. The goatcheese dip is to die for. Everything they serve is the best. The shrimp tacos are out of this world. You cant go wrong here. Just grab some friends and order everything on the menu and share it all. You wont regret it. Just leave me a seat. Lol

Our first time here. The place was busy with lots of turnover. The good: there were only two waitstaff but they stayed on top of things by running their feet off!We ordered a small gumbo (good but not remarkable), an antipasto salad (excellentand a "cheese and meat" board...absolutely loaded with cubed meat (some slicedand cheese along with mozzarella, basil pesto, tomatoes, pickles, pits bread etc.Here I have some mixed thoughts.The salami and cheese were plentiful and unusually, the board included capocollo!Having said that, in the making of capocollo you dont usually "trim" the meat...all the parts are put into the casing (I follow an old but authentic recipe). This means capocollo when served, is sliced very thin, not in chunks (or you chew and chew and chew). This applies to some salami as well. The "shine" of a meat board with such a good selection was somewhat marred by the "cubing" of all the meat.We decided to get our leftovers boxed in order to try the bread pudding, served with ice cream and whipped cream (bread pudding was tasty but dryand the King Cake (good).Including 3 glasses of wine, the total without tip was $76.

We are at the beach and were going to eat there but everything was packed with tourist.Ended up not far off of treasure Island on Central avenue. The wheelhouse.We were starving and I had a burger with bacon and an egg. My wife had the chicken tacos.Both were very good. Prices were way better than on the beach and probably better food LOL.

Cool spot. Chill people. Lots of bartenders do you have plenty of people getting you served. They were all cool. Different sized skateboards for beer flights. Big variety of beers. Wine on tap not good though. Heard never get that anyways. Atleast they let me try it first thumbs up for that.

The sandwiches were pretty awesome. My husband and I both liked them. My daughter got the BBQ wings and really enjoyed those too. My only complaint is the tots that we ordered. They tasted like they were fried in old oil. We ended up paying extra to have those with our meal and they werent worth it to us. Everything else was great though!

This place comes highly recommended great neighborhood field and fantastic food. Ive already been 2 times and I would just like to say that whoever owns or runs this establishment is doing a very good job of keeping It exactly charming. The wait staff Bartenders and Patronss alike have Come on in and have a seat feel to it. The menu and food Is all very comforting. Simple American delicious food. They have trivial Monday nights. And their BEER selection is pretty awesome

Incredible Food, Exceptional Beer Selection, Take an UberWe were pleasantly surprised by the delicious food here. The menu goes well beyond the typical bar-food fare of frozen burgers and fries, and steps up the game by putting all other similar, so-called “gastropubs” on notice. The beer flight is served in a skateboard and is a must for first-time diners because their beer selection is huge! By far one of the latest and most diverse offers I’ve seen in Pinellas. If there’s any downside, their parking is limited (at least in the front, no idea if there’s anything going on in the back). Would highly recommend Ubering there so you don’t have to struggle to find parking, and so you can sample plenty of their lovely beers. Highly recommend for locals and those visiting the area.

Back again for the BLT 🤤Great beer selection and the menu shows you which new beers are coming into rotation soon. Only thing I thought was weird is they charged me for my 2 sides of ranch. It wasn’t expensive just seems a bit excessive?

Our family was visiting St. Pete area this past week. We ate from The Wheelhouse 3 times and every time it was amazing. No one had any issues with getting the correct order, even though we had 13 people getting food. The staff was nice and very accommodating. If you are in the area and need good food this is the place to go. Thanks for the great service.

Our first time, and this place is amazing. Small locally owned and extremely friendly staff. The food was delicious and the beer selection was enormous. I had the special of the day a meatloaf sandwich with fries served with gravy. It was the best meatloaf sandwich I ever has. The gravy was savery delicious.

Went on a Taco Tuesday. $5 for 3 well stuffed tacos. Beef, chicken, or _____ main choices. Was busy and the bar and inside were full so sat outside.

Great food and outstanding service! Wings are awesome with several different sauces to choose from. The Dirty Birdy sandwich was huge and tasty. Well be back 🙂

And Im sure glad...This place is fun the moment you walk in. There are boxes of games stacked right under the front window. Grab one if you like and play a little while you eat.Look around, there are skateboards, decks and decals. A nice collection of cool.I was instantly greeted by Kary. Ill call her Kosmic Kary, as she was with quick and clever mind, readily capable of grasping and assimilating new ideas. A real free spirit. She was fun!Kary gave me some foodie suggestions and I locked in on the Cheesy Veggie Soup to get started. Amazingly delicious is how Ill sum that up. Lots of veggies, lots of cheese. Lots of flavor.Then I decided to give their Cobb Salad a try. Its pretty hard to mess up a salad, but even harder to hit a home run with one.Without being corny, I really enjoyed my Cobb!Ha ha ha.....oh, all right!!!As I gobbled my gnarly goodies I thoroughly enjoyed the MUSIC they were playing, too! Yeah, I may not be a 20-30-40-something but I still love good music!Eating to the beat is best for the quest....I wouldnt be surprised to see The Wheelhouse and gang featured on one of those Foodie Channel shows. I read other reviews, saw some of the dishes they make and based on my own tastesperience thatd be a show to TIVO!Tell them I sent ya!

So good. Go here. We were a little hesitant at first, but damn the food is good, like surprisingly good, wouldnt expect food this good from here. They make all their sauces from scratch. The fried zucchini was awesome, so was my burger. Tons of good beer on tap. Will definitely come back.

A local tap house with friendly service, tasty homemade food and board games galore! The place feels very open and comfortable with tables, booths, and outdoor seating as well as the bar. Great diverse selection of beer styles. The flights come on wheels! (Must get the Sweet Baby Java Espresso Bean Infused Chocolate Peanut Butter and The Waldos Special Ale before its gone.They have plenty of options on their regular menu and the special menu is ever changing. The quality and variety of food definitely has you coming back for more and does not leave room for boredom. Look out for some Jewish dishes from Rachels familys recipe book! Leave room for dessert.
