Open-air mall with high-street clothing and homeware chains, banks, food outlets and a supermarket.
Lovely area of harlow with restaurants and shops. Car parking for 1200 cars cars.
Go there every weekend, lots of good shops and restaurants
All right if you like coffee
Lots of shops to browse and plenty of places to get something to eat or drink. Its a bustling and interesting place to visit.
Just love shopping here. Parking fee is only 50p on Sunday
One of my favourite shopping centre, you find all the shops you need and nice restaurants.Lots of parking, and not too expensive
Fairly good selection of both clothing stores and restaurants/places to eat. Looks quite pretty and well maintained. Parking easy to use.
More stores and restaurants are making an appearance here like wagamama and cocktail bars. Getting there Harlow .... Getting there
Really nice here, lots of shops and it is well kept. The fish in the little ponds are fun to watch.
Good shops with plenty of places to eat. Car parks get a bit packed out but worth the visit of the variety of different shops..Definitely check out pizza express, best food in town...
Busy, full of over priced shops and the car park is a rip off
Not a bad place for shopping. Got a lot of different shops and restaurants to choose from. Parking is not too expensive either.
A mix experience between a busy shopping centre and a garden with water fountains. Rodin statue in front of Five guys shop is a marvel. Even if is in the morning people are busy doing their shopping and enjoying the weather.
The shops are good but the parking ticket situation is a bit technical.. be aware, a parking fraud firm is operating it..
Very old no, not much to get most shop have gone the main town dirty and if you like coffee then go.
Not much there really In way of shops. Couple of restaurants ( not high standard onesalong the front by the ponds.
Much better area than it was a few years ago.Obviously commercial area with the usual named shops and parking.Clean & tidy. As usual busy on the weekend.
Nice shopping centre. There are eating places, an Asda supermarket, and shops like Matalan, TK Maxx.
Definitely has an improved range of shops and eating/drinking places.
The only good part of Harlow town centre a nice place to be with some decent places to eat
We enjoyed going there for the day as the parking was great and the retail shops were great, the stores staff were all very helpful and I would recommend this place to all who visits.
Its a lovely open area with seating next to the ponds. They have gold and white fishes in the pond. You can relax and read a book here. The side walks are busy with people going to the stores and library near by!
Many shops to choose from and places to eat from gregs to five guys, even nandos. Does get busy and is mostly up hill but there are ramps over the far side for wheelchair access to the water gardens and on the main promenade. From jewlery to sports shops the water gardens has most of it. Parking here can be a challenge especially in hot weather as most of the undercover parking is fought over. There are esculators up to the main level as well as an elevator and public toilets on the lower level.
Good shopping at Harlows water gardens, plenty of shops including supermarket, and main chain stores, good choice of places to eat. Plenty of parking spaces. Recommended
Always clean and tidy, smart shops, but wonder how long they will stay open.
A variety of shops, nice big parking area at both ends of the town.
Decent car park and is free after 6pm which is handy if you are going to the Harlow Picturehouse for a performance in the evening.
I choose the place for making photos of my handmade jewellery.Instagram: ksighn_atelier
A quiet centre but has the main shops if you are looking for high street shoes and clothes. A couple of high end shops are also here and a jewellers with a reasonable range. Really good parking fees.
Go there occasionally some lovely shops there l normally go to the sports shops. My wife does a little retail therapy. Nice place makes a change from welwyn .
only been to water Gardens once and thats because we visited our son, wouldnt rush to go back there, its just a dismal mall, found it a bit pricey, end of
Its good, lots of shops. However, I dont think any shopping area like this should charge for parking in the first place. That being said, they do, but I feel that more of the shops there should get on board and offer the parking vouchers for a minimum spend other than Asda & Matalan. Also the shops are missing out on customers by closing so early. Im sure there are plenty of customers who work full time & would like to shop after work rather than fighting for a parking space on a Saturday or Sunday.
Harlow is great large primark on 2 floors. Few shops that have closed but worth going still
Plenty of shops and restaurants. Large parking area. Looks like a few new places are waiting to open up.
Good shopping place with big car park by Asda.you can shop all your every day needs there. They do few fun activities throughout the year for kids. People are celebrating Queens Platinum Jubilee in the Water Gardens right now.
I do think the water garden is s good idea but i feel it has been forgotten over the years... More could be done by the council to make it impressive... "An excellent feature"..
The answer is simple a roof is needed.Spend spend spend it will not make any difference until a roof is put on,
Went down one way street in error hope I dont get fined so confusing in town center but all good enjoyed it
Water gardens make my Harlow an eye-candy... During stressful times me and my wife come to water gardens and enjoys milk shakes and hot dogs, bought from nearby five guys shop... The sculpture work of a pig or boar is my favourite... We also like watching the ducks and big fishes in the pond...
Love the water gardens. A lovely variety of shops and restaurants. With a reasonably priced car park. The water features are a lovely place to sit and enjoy.
Not really the water gardens but the nail bar on the first floor of the Harvey center as always a first class service from the whole team, nothing is to much trouble for these guys, I have been coming here for a long time and wouldnt dream of going anywhere else! Beautiful thank you
This place has improved massively since I was last there, there appears to be more shops and more of a retail hub. The area was tidy and clean and there were a good range of shops and food places to eat.
Water garden is a shopping mall, occupied by Top brands like ASDA, T.K.MAXX, H&M SPORTS DIRECT, Pandora, superdry, Nandos and many more and the best part of this place is it has a huge parking.
Its got all the main shops h&m, primary, sports direct and cinema, quasar and bowling
Wow!! Honestly so beautiful! I visited recently and the scenery was amazing. And as day turned to evening when it started to get dark...the whole place was like a fairytale! Beautifully lit up with fairy lights and even the waters around have blue lights! Music softly playing over the outside speakers...like a fairytale
Has a good mix of fashion retail outlets and restaurants. A nice pond with ducks and fishes to engage the kids.Asda, Matalan, Tk. Max, River Island, Jd sports, Clarks, Nandos and Next are some of the popular names there.Parking is huge, and Taxis are also readily available just outside Asda with a call from the foyer. Its not crowded and easy to maneuver as you can get a good view of all the stores from almost every corner. The stores there as also spacious and most times scanty... Great for simple shoppers that dont like crowdy areas.Overall, it was alright.
I love this place! That architecture style with waters and sculptures outside looks like perfect way how to make town more beautiful.
Well maintained & very clean with pretty water features & ornate sculptures.A short walk from the car park by steps/elevator. Car park has extremely reasonable fees, we paid 50p on exit (wow)!!!Surprised at the amount of shops here & just a short walk through to more shops... & shopping centres!Choice of restaurants & major high street stores.Feels safe & hassle free here & almost feels like a waterfront escape.Would not be 1st choice for a shopping experience but would shop here again as I like the atmosphere & relaxing ambience.
Really nice place to sit and let the kids play while Mrs Green does the shopping!!
Expensive parking and no concession for disabled. Good example of parking also include the picture here. Too lazy to pay 50p at midnight so dump car in the pick up bay.
