Friendly staff, food, wide drink selection, including good Scotch, nice people, clean bathrooms and enjoyable atmosphere. The absolute best breaded pork tenderloin sandwich I have had anywhere in Rockford!!!

Tony, Tony, and the rest of the staff couldn’t of knocked it out of the park more then they did. Food, music, service, atmosphere, and prices guaranteed my business for life, especially now knowing the weekly specials! Karaoke night never a let down!

Went there today. Know we all rusty. But poor service food was blah. Dark here bar lady need attitude buffer if she gonna be in this industry young lady was sweet and much better deal with. But local guy and will try again hopefully better in few weeks

Its been difficult trying not to eat meat this week...for no reason in particular. The bartender suggested turning the veggies into a wrap. So good! Its not on the menu, but the chef made it anyways! Thank you so much, iuliia!

Very nice bar, very friendly bartender, clean, accepts debit cards, I saw everything there but a pool table. Perfect place to get drinks and talk to friends and co-workers

the New Victory Tap..this is not your parentss Victory Tap. New owners have replaced tables and chairs, twice the bar space. Clean bathrooms, daily food specials. I had the $10 steak.sandwich on a hogie bun. Price included a shareable basket of golden brown waffle fries. Other special was the black and blue burgers. 3 people that were with me had the burger. Homemade soups, pork tenderloin sandwich with a secret breading . Give this a new try. On Harrison Ave . Give them a try tell them Mary sent you.

Great food and a friendly atmosphere! The waitresses and bar tenders are very polite and respectful. I reccomend it for dinner or just for drinks!

Under new ownership and working hard to improve the menu. We had the fish fry on Friday and was good and reasonably priced. Great service and friendly atmosphere.

This is the new HAPPY PLACE in Rockford, with new ownership. Love the Tony s and the servers. Lots of TVS to entertain with sports as well. The food is quite comforting, with different specials everyday. I loved the pictures in the ladies room, so I took pictures of them. Ill attach them. Its all part of the happy attitude of the place. Also heard they are going to be airing the Bears games. Go have some fun, you wont be disappointed!

This is very much a local bar with a regular crowd (Cheers), that has been here as long as I can remember. They have terrific sandwiches and its a nice to place to meet up with friends and have a few drinks and some good food in a comfortable atmosphere.

Went here for lunch for the first time in years. Really impressed with the burgers and the service. Atmosphere was nice, clean, and updated. Prices were fair for what you get. Will definitely add this place to our lunch rotation.

Excellent Prime Rib Couldnt eat it all. Mashed potatoes, salad, garlic bread . Good price on drinks . Will go back. Highly recommended!

My wifes chicken wasnt completely cooked, blood on the bun and they tried to charge me for a Bacardi drink we didnt have. The waitress was the highlite of the visit, very nice and professional. Probably wont go back

Been there with Biever Clan, Bonnie Herrli & friends...Positive, friendly atmosphere, prices reasonable, Servers, Bartenders & Management fantastic. Love it!This establishment, along with others owned by same management, have proven time and time again to be a real asset to the community by example, through various fund raisers, Team Sponsorships, long standing charitible events, donations to kids & Vets, with considerable emphathy for their patrons.Not enough recognition goes to places like these, so my suggestion would be to "Eat, Drink (responsibly& be Merry" @ Victory!
