The Venue in Tskhinvali

Visited the venue a few years ago and as described so many times already my friends and I was racially abused (FYI incident is being investigated). I would recommend all races to think twice before going to this venue. The bouncers do not follow rules and regulations. Please take a video or supported evidence and report to the police if you have any issues or concerns. Be safe!

Best place you all your cheesy music. Plus up to date stuff. Love it!!

I have never had a bad experience here and I have been going years never been disappointed and I love the wide selections for music on different floors. Looking forward to going again if they havent closed down.

Just seen a review from someone saying that the Venue has closed down. Sorry to disappoint you mate but their social media says they are reopening when its safe to do so. Roll on end of lockdown and get back on the cheesy floor!

Absolute toilet of a place, out and out right dive. I would rather poke my eyes with 10in nails then go to the Venue. Just heard it has shut down forever, what a fanaastic bit of news, the one and only good thing to die during the Covid 19 pandemic

Great place lots of 80s music on a number of floors with a live band on one floor and the floor above over looks it very lively place must go again havent been in years

I would definitely recommend this place. Decent music plus they have got a cheese room!

A lot of bars we go to just have the one DJ so youre pretty much stuck with what youre given but here we were able to move from differnt styles of music which was awesome. Staff were very helpful when my friend lost her coat. Thanks guys x

Fantastic night club and a great night out.. different themed rooms playing different styles of music.. something for everyone definitely! Very unique place and a must visit if youre in the area. Check out the Barbarella Bar!

My wife lost her phone. Fortunately it was found by one of the members of staff at The Venue, who made contact with me and kept it safe until I could collect it . I was impressed by the care, integrity and honesty of the staff member. Thank you once again.

So I came to this club to celebrate the new year. The music was good and the employees serving the drinks were exceptional. Unfortunately I do find some of the bouncers quite rude and lack patience. Also had an incident with the cloakroom staff which had lost my coat (Abercrombie and Fitch designer coatand blatantly said they haven’t got it without them even properly search for it and refused to listen to me. I then said I will be complaining if I don’t get my coat that night as I had given them the token back and one of the workers’ - a lady said “go and write a complaint then”. As to this day I still don’t know what happened to it as they are not next open until a couple of days. It’s not very nice having to travel back home in this cold weather without a coat which I paid money for, for them to look after. But I will be contacting the manager to ask to check the CCTV. I hope they didn’t give my property belongings to another person or a staff member hasn’t stolen it, and it’s still confidentially inside the building safely kept.

Great atmosphere, I always feel safe. Drinks are not expensive, several stages to move around and change the music. Dj sometimes lets you choose a song which is really nice and fun ^^ I lost my ID card and they posted it back to me, great customer service! Will come again :)

We came here for my wife’s 35th birthday and had an amazing time! Managed to book a table for our group and were greeted with complimentary champagne and photos. We all had a lovely time.

Amazing customer service!! Went here on a night out a few weeks ago, had and fab night the music was great! But myself and my friend left our coats behind, rang up the next day and Richard who works there couldn’t have been more helpful, he posted them back to us free of charge!! Lovely staff and a great night out!

Really great club with good atmosphere, always have a fun night when I go there. The staff are extremely friendly and were so helpful when i lost my bag and managed to contact me about the lost item more or less immediately.

Great music and a variety for whatever youre feeling. My friends and I love coming here for a good dance, especially enjoying that heels arent a requirement but still allowed plus jeans! The team there were so kind and helpful when I lost my phone! Always have a great night whenever I visit!

Great nightclub, great music for everyone provides you with hours of fun whilst not feeling like it drags. All staff are lovely. The customer care for lost items is great. They are quickly responsive when they check to find everything they leave no corner unturned. Would really recommend this club. 😊

Used to be one the best clubs in London a few years ago went back last weekend to find only half the dance floors open on a Saturday nightGot very busy very quickly and just no where near what it used to be wont be going back which is a shame it used to be so good

I am giving venue 4 starts due to the club is brilliant I love and enjoyed every moment of it. But the security guards are not friendly what so ever and venue is my local club. Im afraid due to the security guards venue will go downhill. But rather then that it is a fun place to be and cheaper then other clubs. You also have a smoking area on the roof but cannot take your drinks out which aint a problem due to the health and safety policy. But really they need to change the security guys at the door.

I came all way down from Newcastle I was visiting my mate and he took me to the venue and they dident let us in coz he say I wasen’t dresst smart I bet my clothes cost more than his 2 months wage btw In mean time he let in some other guys. They were dressed like us And he let them in I asked him one more time can we go in. He said your not going in coz I say so he was acting like he’s the onwner of the club (bar it was the tall guy blond hair I said ok. And I left I felt so offended I wouldn’t recommend the place as he dident let me in.

Worst place ever. Before going inside they are copying your id. And for the smoking room, you can not go there with the drink you have paid. İ hope they can not afford and die in business.

My 20yr old son went here on Saturday. Was kicked out for nothing, and then man handled, fly kicked in the chest, body slammed and pinned down on the concrete floor outside by 2 bouncers. He is covered in cuts and bruises. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour. I would like to know if there was an incident report made by these security staff, as most establishments require this to be done if there has been any physical interaction between security staff and customers. And Im sure for everyones safety there would be CCTV outside the venue. During this assault, my son was unable to retrieve the doormens security badge numbers, so would be very helpful if you could provide these as well............ Many Thanks

advertised as having 3+ rooms/ floors of different music, however when i went for my birthday yesterday it only had 1 room open. First the room had a live band (who were very goodthen once they’d finished, a playlist of a mish mash of music was stuck on with some Christmas songs thrown in there too. Bar didnt accept card. Wont be returning

Love the venue great Disco and the staff is amazing very helpful left my jacket and jumper and they was able to find it and return it to me 2 days later!! also my phone they found it in between seats in the sofa haha and got it all back me and my mates go here every time we get all together Great Disco and love the atmosphere smoking area is amazing and have a nice view to the city :D looking forward to next time

Went on a Saturday night and nothing but kids. Some of them were clearly less than 16.Couple of middle aged blokes but no women above 22ish.Shame because well bounced, nice rooms and variety of music.

A great night. So great that I left my bag which was safely returned with phone and cards. Richard was super helpful, cant thank them enough.

The Venue is a fantastic nightclub, with a range of different dance floors playing music to suit anyones taste! Professional staff and security to keep the atmosphere friendly and safe!

Great night out in London. 5 rooms of music to choose from. Good selection of reasonably priced drinks open until 5am in the morning. Great place to celebrate birthdays and special occasions.

had a great night out for my friends birthday up until security aggressively removed a friend of mine and myself from the mens bathroom in what was a blatant act of transphobia. they used physical force and restraint and even dragged one of us down a flight of stairs, leaving both of us with bruises to show for it. we were chucked out onto the street simply for not matching their ideas of men. marching into the toilets and banging on the cubicle doors is not something that happens to innocent cis men and therefore not something that shouldve happened to us. the most unpleasant experience i have ever had a t a club. i dont recommend it at all, especially if youre trans and especially if you dont want to continue to support violence such as this. doesnt even deserve one star.

A friend of mine had a horrible transphobic experience here last night; he was violently removed from the premises by security, just because he used the toilets associated with his gender. He’s been left with bruises, and strangers even tried to step in and stop security being so violent. This is clearly NOT a safe space for the LGBTQ+ community, at the very least until the security team is dealt with accordingly for this disgusting behaviour. I would give 0 stars if I could.

I was really disappointed by The Venue.Its website lists 7 (seven!different bars/rooms and I was looking forward to a magical mystery tour of the various sub-venues The Venue has to offer.Instead, on the night I visited (August 24th), there only seemed to be two areas that were accessible. One was Fagans - which was less an Irish pub and more a theme park reimagining of an inn from Skyrim.The other was The Basement, which we initially missed entirely as it was hidden behind a closed, unmarked door.For 7 (seven!quid entry, its a bit much for them to only open up a fraction of what you might expect.

I have never been treated so badly by the bouncers in my life, you mean people I came here for a good time and I have been given a sad sandwich with no mayo, you said I jumped the queue and its just not true, Ive spent many a night at venue as a youngen and theres always been a strong lack of respect from the staff. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Lost my purse on a night out and I just received it back in the post from The Venue - top class service! We had a great night here, even if the drinks prices were a little steep!

I love the different rooms/floors, drinks arent expensive and generally its a good crowd of people! Staff are nice too.

Such a fun night all the classics came on. Unfortunately I lost my bag!! However I rang up and they had found it behind a chair with everything inside... phone, money, make up! I was so happy, the person who I spoke to was really helpful and I went to pick it up the next day.

Amazing staff! I had my birthday party there last Friday and all my friends and I enjoyed it. We were a bit late but they held the guest list for us and gave us free champagne and took some pictures. Very organized and helpful. Thank you

Went to The Venue last Friday night and had an absolutely amazing time! The music was great, really nice atmosphere and I couldnt speak more highly of the staff. It was such a great night and I highly recommend! Thanks to all at The Venue! :)

I had a great time here for New Years 2017, nice door staff and I love the variety of music although, I did get a workout from changing floors so much haha

Bad music... All the girls had barely anything on and were way too drunk to even be there.. And its rather secret that its considerably more expensive to enter for men. The sofas were around a dance floor, which made dancing awkward and there were a few men just taking pics on their phones of girls. Its ridiculous. I love a good night out but this was targeting the vulnerable! Plus they got two of our drinks wrong! Rude staff and took their time to even take my order when the bar was empty!

I visited this place and it was really cool in general and attracted a nice crowd. Although my medical needs kind of broke the dress code, staff were very professional and understanding. Thanks!

The venue is a great club, the staff & atmosphere are amazing. The music is banging with a room for everyones taste in genres! I lost my handbag on Friday night & left my jacket in the cloakroom. My bag was thankfully handed in & the managers located me via Facebook & also phoned a few people to let them know my belongings were at their establishment. Nothing was taken from my bag, my phone, ID & money were all still in the bag. I was so relieved to get my things back & im so thankful to the management & staff for being honest & trying their hardest to track me down. I would be lost without my phone (as we all would be in this day in age lola huge THANK YOU to the venue! You are also awesome! I will definitely be back soon.. this time I will be going home with my bag though hahaha!

Had an epic night in Venue, the staff were friendly. Getting cash was a mission. Real honest staff, lost my chain that night, It was returned to me safely. Very appreciative

Drinks reasonable prices. Loads of choices of music on different floors (chart, guilty pleasures (cant say no to a cheeky bit of S Club 7!indie/rock plus a 90s room thats quite fun. Easy going crowd, thankfully not edgy like it can be in West End clubs sometimes. Plus theyve got a cocktail bar overlooking the main floor.

Dont bother u get removed for needing fresh air then when you want to see the securitys badge they refuse. (didnt get told Im getting removed from the club intill I wasnt allowed back in after knocking on the door)

I had a wonderful NYE 2016 at this place. It was just perfect. You wonder reading this review after taking a look at the rate that I gave.Before getting to the dancefloor you have to go through the main entrance. There! There was the big mistake:I booked in advance my ticket for the party, through the phone, all details given, ... I was expecting to relax. Well, at the entrance one of the managers, pointing his finger on my chest, touching my coat literally, asking the security staff: What is this? What Im gonna do with this?I didnt answer, didnt say a word, just kept looking at his face.The security guy came and explained to him: He paid in advance !It was horrible, humiliating and definitely insulting!With that, it took them up to 10 minutes to find the right envelop. Telling me: Youre wasting your time if you dont have a booking. It was them, wasting my time!After that, I didnt bother myself with what happened at the entrance and I had a wonderful "soirée".I know that most of the clubs are having the same attitude in regards of the guests or customers, maybe its time for some changes!For this unique reason Id rate this place with one STAR only!
