I believe they could do better. The taste of mock meat and the taste of the dishes were not upto the standard. I ordered two dishes through uber, a nasi goreng and a pasta carbonara. The presentation of the nasi goreng was not appetizing but it tasted a bit better than pasta carbonara. This was the second time I ordered from them. The first time, I ordered one of their cheese burgers. Even that was way too messy and didnt taste that good. Wanted to give a second try but even that was a failure. Hence as of now its a no for VOV from my side. Moreover they could also think of coming up with an alternative tagline. Looking forward for tasty and healthy vegan food in the future.

If I could give seven stars I would have given these extremely talented team of culinary experts. Value for money is 7 stars. Service is 7 stars. And any one who want extremely healthy food, amazingly sans meat but with meat mimics this is the place to order from. They make mock meat dishes that embarrass even the reputed steak chefs in Sri Lanka. Attention to detail is super. Please try them at least once. Mainly take away is enabled during covid outbreak via uber eats.

One of a kind restaurant.Best place for vegans.They specialize in western vegan food.They have a variety of burgers named after vegan /vegetarian celebrities.The owner or the staff there will be willing to explain about the uniqueness and speciality of each item.Very friendly and can have a good chat with the staff.The chef is a very experienced person who has worked in hotels abroad.i have been there couple of times.The crispy mushroom burger and the mock meat burgers are the best.Their soy milk drinks are also perfect they taste better than actual milk.Highly recommend this place very cosy environment.cost is about 1800 for 2 people.The thick hand cut fries is a gem.They have a room if u want to host a small party for about 8 guests.cheers!!!

Best vegan restaurant in Colombo. They serve juiciest tasty burgers in town. My favourite is Cyrus(crispy mushroom burgerwhich they have discontinued 😭recently . Campbell (omeletteis my second best favourite. Phoenix (bbq tofuis my third favourite. I’m yet to taste their other dishes due to my addiction to my previously mentioned favourites.Owner( Sashis very polite and friendly and always willing to listen to your preference and always there to share the culinary details. VOV Thank you so much for looking after the vegan’s taste buds.

The best vegan fast food you will find in Colombo - extraordinary tasty vegan cheese too! No matter if you for the burger, pasta or pizza - you won‘t be disappointed. I ordered 3 times during my stay and would go back anytime!

Best place in Sri Lanka to try out delicious, cruelty free, totally vegan food. Even the owner Shashika, and the head chefs; Rohan and Nirosha are Vegans so you can make sure that you get the best food prepared by the best people. Their vegan pizzas are amazing and even the mock meat burgers are soo good. Definitely recommend people to try out this place.

Vegan pizza in Colombo!! The pizza was delicious, their vegan cheese is fabulous and made my vegan heart jump :). The staff is super friendly and welcoming. Also try their chocolate chip cookies! Can highly recommend going here - even if youre not vegan and craving some western food.

Wonderful Meals. Had Seitan Burger, BBQ Mushroom Burger and New York Fries, everything was fresh and homemade. Give yourself some extra time as food is prepared when you order. Owner very accommodating and super pleasant. A pleasurable experience will be back again.

A must visit place for vegans. A variety of vegan pizzas, burgers, pastas and much more are available. Especially if you are craving for meaty taste, you should try out mock meat burgers and other items. The large variety in the menu and the friendly staff add more value to the place.

Great vegan food. I had the quesadilla and chocolate brownies with ice cream all vegan. Absolutely delicious. Bit more pricey than restaurants outside of Colombo but well worth the visit.

Absolutely Delicious.... I have been eating here since last 2 weeks. Whatever I have tried was simply awesome....I think they make food with lot of love and that loveness enhance the taste of food...Staff is very accommodating and polite.. Good attempt. Tomato and cream of mushroom soups ordered. Both came nicely and taste is superb. . But later ordered the best pizza they have, extravaganza which is not good. Not recommended this pizza.

Excellance food with pure vegetarian menu. Very friendly service by staff. Good place for family dining. Fully air conditioned restaurant. Can be seated up to 30 people at once. Price are moderate. But worth. They have accepted credit cards payment.

Its a Vegan restaurant. A different experience. Taste is different. We had a Mushroom burger and a Pizza. They tasted good. But I see a lot of cheese and oil. May be its better if they can keep away from those other than that the presentation and the experience is great

Delicious food. I love their cakes and brownies a lot. Sometimes sugar is too much. Also, they do have short eats and stuff also. Though expensive, never disappointed at all. Excellent customer service and clean surrounding. Feel to eat beacuse of the eye catching interior and I dont know....

Wonderful little cafe serving delicious vegan burgers, pizzas, pastas and soups! A wonderful little gem in Colombo close to the sea. At this moment, its the only fully vegan restaurant in Sri Lanka.

Simply AMAZING!!! They are a small, Vegan, friendly place with a cozy environment for its size. The ginger beer I had was to die for. The mock meat burger too was REALLY good!! They are trying their best to be environmental friendly - they use metal straws and degradable wrapping for take away and even sends you e-receipts to minimize printing. No alcohol and no payments via cards is accepted. Highly recommended - will visit again! However, they dont deliver directly unless youre close by and you cant take away the drinks.

Only for Vegans. Sounds obvious, but if your taste buds are not already adapted to meat and dairy free living, everything here will disappoint you. I visited VoV with my 4 year old. We ordered a large Latte ( the cant do a cappuccino?And a pinapple juice. A fudge square and a slice of chocolate cake. The coffee was boiling hot, and had no discernable coffee taste whatsoever. I have no idea what kind of milk substitute they used ( I saw cartons of Bonsoy on the shelf but it wasnt that). My daughters pinapple juice was salty. The fudge square was tasteless. The chocolate cake was dry. The place is tiny and has no atmosphere whatsoever, the trainee waitress was nice but the owner was indifferent, so we we pleased to leave, our food and drink essentially untouched. For R$700 (AU$6it was a cheap eat by Sydney standards. Vegans rave about this place, and maybe for vegans it is the best food in Colombo. But if you dont feel the need to commit and are happy to consume a bit of dairy, I would recommend Shanmugas down the road, for a place that has atmosphere and good vegetarian food as well

It’s a vegan optional coffee lounge. Environmental friendly. Small and calm place. Tasty food. Reasonable price. Customer Friendly. But i felt the disturbance of television. recommended.

My wife brought home a delicious vegan pizza today and was very exited about discovering this gem of a place . One welcome addition to the menue would be salads otherwise would highly recommend if your looking for tasty vegan options .

Absolutely amazing, the service, the atmosphere, the food was all fantastic. Im so glad i found this place, best food Ive had in a long time and great value. Better than Australian vegan restaurants.

The restaurant is in a small cramped space, with only seating arrangements for about 12 persons, but this is compensated with very good service and tasty items on the menu. It was manned by one cashier and a chef, when I was there. There were only 4 people inside, and I ordered for both a Tofu burger and an omelette burger. The Tofu burger came with potato fries, which I didnt like, and I put this aside. I enjoyed both the tofu burger and the omelette burger. The omelette burger was specially tasty. While having my meal more people came in. The only cashier cum waitress was trying hard to meet the orders. I recommend this place to anyone wishing to have a good vegan meal.

Great place for a snack and the v-coffee you longed for... burgers were just almost too good to be true, and fries even better. We will have to go back as there are even so many more options to chose from!! Staff is great everything is clean, would highly recommend..

Only Vegan restaurant that I know of in Colombo. Its a cery small place and cant accomodate at least ten people at once. But food is really good and their customer service is really good. I have tried food from here several times eventhough Im not a vegan person but still I loved the food. I have tried their mock chicken (mushroomsburger and mock tuna burger, etc. Their dishes include burgers, submarines, pastas and even rice and curry. They even have a vegan cheese burger but I havent had the opportunity to try it yet since its not available always. I highly recommend the mock chixken burger and its really filling. They even have vegan chocolates, brownies and few options of other sweet desserts. I love their ice coffee made from soya milk. They have fresh fruit juices, ice tea, and ice coffee.

Their food is vegan and is very good. The chocolate cake is a must have. Their burgers and pastas are really good to. Also, get ready to drink from metal straws (yeah!)

A completely vegan café. Its small but has a great atmosphere. The walls are covered in animal love. The tea I ordered had a soy milk substitute that was great quality. The chocolate things were really yummy.

A very nice place to visit if you are a vegan there lunch is superb very cheap and worth every penny. So are all the other delicacies. One of my personal favourites is the brownie. The lounge isanaged by a group of volunteers and is done for a good cause so yall should try it out one day

All Vegan. The cheese is a potato base. All milks are nut milks (soy, almond, etc). No diary used here, no egg, no meat. Tips are put towards promoting veganism in Sri Lanka. My new favorite place!

If you are a vegan you should definitely visit this place. Their portions are huge and food is great. I dont remember exact names but I had a battered mushroom burger and my gf had a burger with mock meat and we both loved it. Also i had a soymilk latte which was surprisingly tastes good. And had a chance to talk to the owner where he explained that he made mockmeat we had from scratch which is impressive. And after that we received vegan brownie and chocolate cake as take away and owner gave us a chocolate cookie on the house! And for all of this our cost was Rs.1200(600 per personwhich is a sweet deal they recommended us getting where you get 1 burger option + potato wedges, 1 drink option, 1 dessert option for Rs.600 per person and you would have to spend at least Rs.1200 to get all of that at some other place . I dont know whether they have this deal everyday. But overall im pretty satisfied with what they.

Small, cozy little joint with a limited menu of burgers, coffees and desserts. Food was delicious - I couldnt believe vegan food could be this flavourful! Small menu of about 10 items (mosly burgers, but also spaghetti).

Best vegan food restaurant in the town.. Im not a vegan or a vegetarian but i couldnt find a difference. Taste is 100% and they are innovative enough to cater the needs of the customer. The portion is so large so you never have to worry about the value they give for your money. And the prices are so reasonable as well. Worth trying it...
