Could not really tell you because it wasnt open to the public...apparently it is up for sale and is no longer operational...so we didnt get to go inside. To walk to the falls was apparently still a few hundred meters so we couldnt even ask to go see the falls for pictures.

I went to turtle river a few years ago with family and it was the best experience for each and everyone of us. They have the falls, a pool, a koi pond and an aviary. Not to mention how educated and friendly the tour guide was.I went there three days ago (August 7, 2022and we had to find somewhere else to go. I was disappointed ๐Ÿ˜ž with how the place looked, the reception area was in shambles and the only person on property was the grounds keeper. We were told that the aviary was no long there because a tree fell on it and all the birds flew away. So sad to see one of my favorite places to visit looking how it did. I wish I had taken a photo to share. Im hoping that they get the help they need to repair all that is broken because this place was truely amazing.

Beautiful gardens with about a dozen waterfalls visitors can walk into and splash to their hearts content. Safe for children. At the foot of the gardens is an aviary where colorful macaws will happily perch on your head.

Great experience and this is my second time. Huge property, great for social distancing while leisurely enjoying yourself in this time. Great content for content creators, great for families, couples, friends and all out nature lovers. Take food as the restaurant is currently closed or call and find out beforehand. Theres an aviary so if you love birds, this is for you as well.

Beautiful park with a lovely collection of falls. I recommend bringing water shoes so you can actually climb them. The park also has a section with birds, who will land on your head and hands so you can feed them. Very nice experience and close to town!

Location has a pool plus different levels of the river. Very nice atmosphere & the grounds are kept clean. Recommended to carry food, only snacks sold on property. Igloos are allowed, which I love.

My best experience in Ocho Rios. It wasnโ€™t crowded at all. For the most part it was just us so we could climb the waterfalls peacefully and take pictures without rushing. The water is so clean and the green is surrounding it which creates tranquility and relaxation.

My wife want to try somewhere different, something a little more quiet than dunns River Falls so we founded this property that was once a resort. I was told it went out of business a long time ago but all the natural beauty remain. The waterfalls are not as big as Donns River but size isnt everything. It has eight falls and alots of overgrown tree, all great for that one off a kind photo. On the property there is also a aviary with lots of beautiful exotic birds. The tour guide ask us to put our arms out and there were birds all over us, my wife scream like a queen that she is. Just a heads up if you go inside the birds are very friendly. If u want do something different and see more of Jamaicas natural beauty this is a great spot. I will upload lots of pictures from my visit. Also you dont have to worry about craft venders forcing you to buy.

Ive been here as a child when it was called Carinosa...lots of ownership changeovers but the experience is just like I remembered it a child. Great place for family fun. They also have a pool thats kid-friendly. Needs a bit more work since the new management, they dont take card cash only and that caused a bit of an issue. There was no guide at the time but you can explore the falls on your own. Overall great experience glad my kids got to experience what I did.... ๐Ÿ’–

The falls are simply beautiful and are well kept. However, the place is a bit rundown and needs a good overhaul. On a whole its a nice venue for a family trip especially if the group has lots of kids.

I love this place. Its a nice place to relax and enjoy nature. The staff that work on the grounds are nice, not so much the receptionist at that time, but where she fell low the gentlemen pick up. Its a beautiful place, there are so many falls, I had problem choosing where to stay. They also have a pool and the garden is beautiful, I did not get to see the turtles, because place was so huge I did not get to see it all.

Very peaceful and beautiful. Not crowded during the week or when cruise ships arent in Port. Great friendly guides. (Ask for Jordancan get in and swim in the ponds, better than Dunne River Falls IMHO. Bird aviary was fun as they flew done and ate out of our hands.

This place was amazing. A wonder location for swimming and just to enjoy nature. There is a very long trail uphill with a falls flowing down. This made the atmosphere super nice. The pool is well kept and large enough for a good crowd to be in it in one go. Parking is available for those who drive and there is a changing area. They provide tour of the property, unfortunately I wasnt able to part take of it when I was there.

Beautiful falls nestled in lush greenery. Enjoyed relaxing in the gushing waters and viewing the beautiful fishes. We did not get to visit the bird sanctuary as it was closed and we were not informed about that while paying the entrance fee which is very unprofessional. I was so looking forward to that part of the experience. Turtle falls had very little visitors which I found astonishing. The signage on the road on the bottom of the hill for the falls is very poor, small and easily looked over. Definitely a place that needs more upkeep, attention and marketing considering the exotic beauty it is.

Great park to visit if youre planning to spend time with your significant other. Interesting scenery, a pool, falls, area to put bags etc, eat and sit. Changing rooms are also there... Did not find a shower area but I guess thats because there is no beach there.

Absolutely love this place. Service is quaint and mild mannered. Fear it will become a commercial success at the cost of its current charm. Dont expect flashy shops, merchandise or restaurants. Its rock solid though as a family friendly waterfall walk and swim experience. Also ground level aviary, turtle and Koi pools. My daughter who uses a wheelchair for longer distances managed it with some fantastic help from our guide. However if fulltime in a chair couldnt experience the amazing water falls. Overall amazing. Oh and theres a lovely pool too with swim up bar.

The falls are absolutely amazing, cold and feels soooo good. Not a fan of the pool area. The natural falls are just amazing to see and the water is great to take a dip in. The aviary is great to take kids the birds are friendly and easy to pet. Excellent family venue.

A small slice of peaceful paradise in paradise. We were the only visitors there as it seems tourists seem to opt for the more popular Dunns River, our tour guide Jordan was so knowledgable and super friendly, made the tour a little slower paced for my elderly father. The bird sanctuary after was THE best. Will be visiting again for sure. Very reasonably priced and plenty of photo opportunities.
