The Traders Restaurant in Medan

This place has served the best quality steak in Medan since 2001, nice and cozy place. I love their Hanseng Fried Rice and their Sup buntut goreng too. Paired with fresh heineken.

Food is good, however the cocktails is not.

A fancy restaurant with lovely choice of menu. This is a western style restaurant. So the meals and beverages are served in western style or Indonesian fusion. They have several rooms that can be set up in private or meeting room. Because the market are middle to upper class than yes its kinda pricey.Services are ok, fast and responsive, atmosphere a bit classic but comfy.

The food here is of remarkable quality, with a real eye for detail. The drinks are somewhat overpriced, so make sure to come at the beginning of the month(!). Excellent Christmas menu. Book early!

Nice and comfortable place for eat variations steak at medan. Suitable for dinner with your family or your friends. Good service with friendly staffs. I try to eat Australian Wagyu Beef Tenderloin. For the taste I think is very good. Grilled Salmon Mentaiyaki is also delicious. For the price I think is a bit expensive. Overall is good. If you like to eat beef steak, you must try it.

the place isnt okay for those who date with their gf/bf..also the place is too much crowded with people who are smoking, esp in the area which has airconditioner. its not pretty good for health.

It is a very pleasant restaurant in Medan. Easy to park your vehicle. You could find variant menus, e.g. Japanesse, Indonesian ( sup buntut, nasi goreng), steak etc. The price is appropriate to our purse.

This was my first time here, and it was only for a drink after dinner across the road at Trattoria. I was very happy to find their list of craft beers, as they had Tuatara a great New Zealand beer. The ambience is relaxed, the air conditioning is set to cool and the clientele were quite a mix. The menu looked interesting, so I am sure to go back and try the food.

Great spot to go for a few beers. Their draft beers are 2 for the price of one up to 8pm...great value!!!! Food is top class too, a must if you are in Medan!!Edited: we actually returned again the next day (Saturdayand went for the buffet dinner..it was EXCELLENT!! Sushi, roast lamb, baked potatoes..all the food was top class.The table service was a little lacking though...I had to get up and ask the waitress for water, she never once checked if we wanted another drink...she seemed to be to interested in hanging out rather than doing her job.

Suitable for small gathering or group dine. The waitresses are friendly and able to provide you with good choices of foods available courteously.Buffet section established somehow too small for customer to collect soups, salads, drinks, etc. Customer have to wait for food refilling.Parking space is sufficient.

Thrusday and saturday have buffet only 120k / person.. Have sushi , sashimi , prawn , lamb , fish , dessert etc. Nice place good taste. Reccomended

Good place but not for the frugal. This place serves wide range of cuisines and alcoholic drinks. Overall, pretty comfy and the service is adequate. You could order a VIP room for meeting too.Behind the restaurant, there is a Billiard bar for you to have fun with friends. Parking lot is spacey and under surveillance of security guards.
