The Supper Club - Restaurant in Cork, Ireland
Great service. Even better food.
Lovely quirky little restaurant. Staff friendly, food lovely.
Lovely birthday dinner there during the week! Good sized portions, very pleasant staff and a lovely environment. Hope to be back again soon!
Great service, serving food later than most, extremely accommodating. Decor is fab. Food was phenomenal, John Dory was supreme and the other diners are still talking about the aubergine! Will definitely return to get the liquid desserts!
Could not fault anything. The food was delicious. The cocktails were perfect. The atmosphere was great. The staff were super friendly. More on the lively side so if you want something a bit more chilled sit outside.
Fantastic place , great food , wonderful staff . 💕
My favourite place to eat in kinsale food amazing staff so friendly alway go above and beyond
Great food... Make a booking, very busy in the evening.
Delicious food. Great service.First floor is hot on a summer night.
The only bad thing I can say about The Supper Club it’s that it is hard to get into. But once you get in, it is well worth the effort and wait. The owner Tom has a great passion for food and service and it shows. Highlights were the craft martinis including the cannoli. For the meal the star is the short ribs and the vegan burger, yes the vegan burger. One of the best we’ve had anywhere. For Desert the sticky date pudding was amazing as well as the crème brûlée and the chocolate peanut butter vegan dessert. One of our favorite dining experiences so far in our trip.
Fantastic spot with great service and a nice mix of flavors. Asian inspired flairs along with great truffle Mayo and burgers. Pork belly was outstanding.
Absolutely amazing service food and wine!! Cannot wait to go back 🙌🏻🙌🏻
Good food, expensive. Great indoor ambience like every pub/restaurant in Ireland.
Nice food there. However, for the restaurant itself, it is quite small and for the large group i was with we were packed on the top floor and became quite hot with no proper ventilation.Yet evening overall been pleasant
Dined in The Supper Club on Easter Saturday with a grouo of friends. Grainne and her staff were excellent.. it was busy but the staff were composed and professional, not rushing around. The food was delicioys all round but special mention for the chicken wings in a beautiful sauce, the lamb wellington and creme brulee were especially outstanding. Cannot fault the place.
Had a fantastic dinner here a couple of days back with a friend. Recommend trying a drink from their house cocktail list. The short rib was also delicious. Service was friendly and on point. If youre in Kinsale this place is worth a visit.
Let me start with the bad. Mortal sin in the restaurant world…served undercooked chicken. Now while that would normally put the review into the one or two star world I still have to give them credit. They fixed the issue very quickly, and were very contrite. In addition, the remainder of the experience was 5 star. My short rib was outstanding, hake was perfect and the cod special delicious. Their pate with the pickled veg was also a great way to start our meal. Overall great and I will be back.
It was a total pleasure to be back in the supper club same friendly service totally delicious food and relaxing fun atmosphere dont know what could improve the experience. Delicious.
Great service, delicious food, in a lovely relaxed atmosphere, so looking forward to many more meals there.
Really helpful and friendly staff. Good food and great atmosphere. Good place for a Friday night sing song.
Great knowledge of coeliac disease and I was so appreciative of the many gluten free options. Such tasty food and amazing attention to detail in the cocktails. We had the burger and pasta with schnitzel. Both were fabulous. A must visit if you get the chance to stop by !
The Supper Club Kinsale will not disappoint. The food was spectacular along with the cocktails and service. I highly recommend treating yourself to a *supper* experience
Great impromptu find in Kinsale on a wet Wednesday night. Fabulous food, drinks and entertainment by Tom and team! We’ll definitely be back 🍸
Always good.Great 24 hr beef rib and super hot chicken wings for me.Lovely monkfish special for the wife.Kids had burger but meat was maybe a bit too rich and seasoned for son. Daughter happy with the flexible menu choice of chicken with chips rather than pasta....
My three sisters and I eat here on two nights last week. The food, service and friendliness were excellent. Well worth s visit.
What a great meal we had this evening! Tom was a super host and the food was delicious. Do yourself a favour, if in Kinsale eat here. You won’t be sorry. Pork chop … amazing. Short rib … fabulous. Best amaretto sour ever, #greatcocktails!
Praise be to the Universe that we managed to get a table for their first post-lockdown service - cuz it was a wonderful experience. The service was excellent (friendly and enthusiastic, the location gorgeous (its Kinsale), the meal was perfect. And for all that, the price was absolutely reasonable. Loved it.
A fantastic restaurant and cocktail bar Marks out of 10 should be 15. We had the pork chop and sirloin steak both were cooked to perfection also the home made ice cream was wonderful. Service was excellent they could not do enough for you. They also do great cocktails. Sorry we only went once .
Had baked camembert to start - was delicious but thats hard to mess up. I had the monkfish medallions (on specialwhich were a little overdone and slightly on the rubbery side. I also had an Aperol Spritz which tasted a little light on the booze! My girlfriend had chicken wings and cod which were decent so... mixed bag.Staff were very nice and attentive and there was a lovely ambience.
Decided to eat her tonight and I have to say, it was amazing. From the moment we arrived , offered a booth when our assigned table was free , to the unbelievable cocktails.Honestly, this is up there with the best . Friendly down to earth people, no fuss amazing food.Thank you so much.I will most definitely be back!
The food is amazing and the dessert cocktails are even better. Outstanding service and food at affordable prices.
Great ambiance , great food , wont leave hungry . Great service , friendly staff , special mention for Diane . Would definitely go back again .
Lovely restaurant. Great food. Owner was so attentive and helpful. Very well organised for social distancingVery friendly with nice atmosphere. Highly recommend.
This restaurant was incredible. The food was so delicious and the service was second to none. One of the best places Ive eaten. Our table server and barman went above and beyond for attentiveness and safety with COVID-19 guidelines. Really great experience!
I had an amazing experience here! The staff were fantastic in terms of service, cleanliness and positivity. The food was sublime and the drinks were top tier. I could not be happier with how my meal and over all experience went.
The food is just lovely in a very friendly environment. I would highly recommend a visit here if in kinsale.
Unforgettable. We received the best service in Ireland making it a great experience. The food is top notch. They keep books about famous chefs on the shelf, which I think they seek inspiration from. They strive for perfection in a modern but also non-imposing way. Much better than anything else we tried in town.
The restaurant was first classStaff so positive from the getgo.Even though we didnt have a booking we were reassured that we would get a table, lovely way to treat guest. Following on the service and food couldnt be better.
Best meal Ive had in a long time and lovely staff.. The Monkfish and Beef were absolutely delicious. Highly recommended!
Lovely meal, portions were good and not overly expensive. Nice evening. Only suggestion is maybe close the door on cooler evenings. Bit of a cold draft where we sat.
Great food. Everyone was happy with starters and main courses, in fact the wings were exceptional. The cocktails kinda hit or miss, Aperol for example far too watery, while the Tiramisu cocktail was nice. As Kinsale is losing good restaurants frequeo, this is one of the better places.
Excellent restaurant, reasonably priced, great staff. Had a burger, best I ever had. The other dishes are more sophisticated, oysters mussels beef. Recommended, you must book beforehand.
We just finished a most delightful dinner at The Supper Club in Kinsale. MJ had beef short ribs, I had the Monkfish special, and we shared a mushroom risotto. Everything was prepared with perfect seasoning, and was absolutely delicious. We also shared a creme brulee which was, without doubt, the best I have ever tasted. 5 stars are not enough to say how good this dinner was, including the excellent and personable service.
Absolutely amazing, the service, the food, cocktails and the atmosphere was outstanding.Diane, Grainne and the bartender were so lovely and accommodating, very good at their jobs.I must say the chefs should be so proud of their food.I would highly recommend going here you will not be disappointed.
Great food, good atmosphere. Love it here
Very welcoming the minute you go inside the door, the atmosphere the ambience is just so relaxing, the food is very good, the attention to detail is great.....simple thing, I knocked the fork off the table by accident and picked it up immediately (3 second rule came to mindbut it had been noted and straight away it was replaced.Over all it was a very pleasant experience and will definitely be back here
Nice cocktails. Nice oysters. Friendly barman but host seemed a bit annoyed we just wanted a nibble at the bar he insisted we bought olives but we were gona get oysters anyway if had of asked! Otherwise 5 stars
Very good award winning food. Location is right in the middle of town located perfectly near all the galleries, tours and shops. The owners are very nice and go above and beyond to ensure we were all looked after.Kinsale has many great restaurants, hence the name " the gourmet capital of Ireland" The Supper club is defiantly one to try out on your stay in this wonderful old Irish town.
Amazing food and wine. Great service especially for accommodating my obscure cocktail request. Definitely recommend yo anyone with great taste
I enjoyed a Fantastic meal last Saturday night with my girlfriend. The meal was perfect from start to finish. I had a bowl of mussels followed by the burger. Both were lovely. The cocktails were quite tasty also. The large selection of irish coffees for dessert is bound to wet your appetite also. You won’t be disappointed with this restaurant. Booking is essential!
