The Sun Dial @ Downtown Oshkosh in Oshkosh

My sister just got married here last weekend. It was such an amazing time! The staff at this venue make everything enjoyable and they are so helpful with all the details the entire time! I highly recommend this place for any event!

Check the hour on your sundial, watch me shine.... Except we went at 1pm on a Saturday in July. It was just a sundial and an empty fountain. Go before that , its probably cooler.

Its okay. Nothing really special. It is a sundial I guess and the little fountain never has enough water. Since this is the day of the protester, someone is always there with a bullhorn and signs or chanting and yelling. So it is not what it should be, which is a place of respite. So everyone elses time and enjoyment is transgressed upon. Which is not a good thing. But that is the citys fault for not monitoring and enforcing basic ordinances relating to public action. So it is not a place to enjoy yourself, read a book or just relax, which is what it is supposed to be. Shame on Oshkosh for this.

Amazing fun for everyone to enjoy. Was very dog friendly, and everything seemed relaxed, brought the wife and child and enjoyed jazz on the square.

Im not sure what to say about it other than such a nice place to sit and relax for a few minutes she could have a few more shady spots you can sit and not be in the Sun I think it could be a good place to have a little lunch and maybe visit with a friend or even stranger that matter

A lovely spot to take a break while shopping in downtown Oshkosh. Also read the many historical facts carved by the numerals while I enjoyed a latte from New Moon coffee shop!

The service was quick when I went, and they had a plethora of milk substitutes to put in my iced drink.

We were here when Oshkosh turned downtown into Whoville to kick start the holiday season.

Its a quiet place

Ive always loved this place. Its one of the few things in Oshkosh that brighten my days.

Went to festive gathering. Into the Night. Was very nice. Food ,arts,crafts and other talents.

Great location in downtown Oshkosh. Cafes and a few restaurants are within walking distance. Just walk around downtown Oshkosh and youll be surprised to find some great looking buildings in the area. Oshkosh has a program to improve the city dramatically and I am quite impressed already.

We enjoyed learning the history of the area and time frame.

Interesting little park on main street with interesting facts about the history of oshkosh.

I dont know anything about it because I was just passing through the area. I did not pay attention to the place...

Green space is nice, as is the Civil War statue. The Sun Dial often is vandalized and is often covered in cigarette butts and used gum. Neat, but not a "must see".

Nice little grassy area surrounded by local businesses and Library close by. Went there for the Christmas tree lighting and parade and had a great time.

Just the sundial. Go here for Pokemon Go and stuff haha. Pretty central t a lot of cool little shops and places to eat. Most of the coolest stuff downtown is within a 5 minute walk of the sun dial. Good place to meet up before going on an adventure down town. Fountain is peaceful as well.

Even in the winter there is people that are here.

Oshkosh is a ghetto. This is just the center of it.
