I think its time that the rooms had a real modern investment. For the price, the beds could be better in size and better equipped. I am disappointed that the standard is not worth the top dollar being charged anymore. The internet or lack of it over the years is beyond disappointing. There are options but someone needs to put effort. The tv channels have never been clear and not a good selection for a place I pay the same as the holiday Inn. Improvement is needed. Up the Standards or lower the prices.

This place was clean, linen crisp and rooms, spacious and well equipped for the night we stayed.We had a terrible experience at a place before this one so this was a godsend. The bed was so comfortable allowing for a much needed rest.The staff were friendly and attentive and overall customer service was great. The gardens and surrounding areas were well maintained.Home cooked meal was nice, though slightly over priced for what it was. Wifi was great to have but was limited to social media only.They seem to care about their customers and ensuring a comfortable stay so overall, I’d book here again for a much longer stay.Thank you!

Good rooms although some have carpets which need to be removed. Small adjustments need to be made, my room shower had no shower head. Breakfast lacks variety. WiFi connectivity is good. Provided shuttle services when needed.

Need improvement restaurant area. Took an hour 30mins to get food and had a running stomach after.Management should well inform the waiters concerning price changes to avoid inconvenience. Was not impressed

My room had s noisy fridge and there was a very bad stench. The sheets are the definition of thread bare. Im not what happened this time but I had a pleasant stay the last time.

Quick responses in terms of the staff members. Its a place where you can feel at home. The food varies from traditional to western which is a very good thing catering for everyone. On top of that the place has great views indeed

For the price it is way below standard I expected more. Wifi doesnt work which was a big no no... Staff were not helpful and LAcked curtousy. All in all the stay was a forgettable one and I will not be back nor will I recommend anyone to come there. Please jack up the services as you need to be able to compete. Thank you

Booked two rooms,studio and standard twin room and was very disappointed. Both rooms had cockroaches and dirty Walls and shower( floor tiles).Did not get value for money

Very clean and quiet sorrounding. The rooms are spacious and well lit. The interior is quite cosy and TV is available, could add more channels though. Definitely a place to consider if youre visiting Gweru

Decent rooms. The standard seems to be dropping from what it used to be initially. Repair and maintenance works on fittings leaving bad marks. Picture quality on TV is not so good, they must do something about that.Bedding is good, clean linen, fresh towels in bathrooms. The food is good. Id recommend for anyone looking for overnight accommodation.

the place is just nice in short situated in the outskirts of Gweru a very friendly quite town, Suburban village is the place to be there are a lot of beautiful birds parrots peacocks to name just but a few. they offer personalised touch to their guest and you feel like the most important person in he world once you have this taste there is no option "b "
