Great place to stay as a young adult or if you are young at heart. The location is perfect to spend some time in the city. The King Suite was comfortable with a great shower. The bed was more firm than I like, but definitely not the worst hotel bed Ive come across. They accommodate English speakers and even have some English channels on the TV. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends and could see us staying here again in the future.

I have been staying at The Student Hotel in Eindhoven since 15 July and I have really enjoyed my stay so far! I especially want to thank Damian at the reception and housekeeping. Housekeeping always does a great job cleaning my room and theyre always very nice! Its great talking to them and making jokes with them, thanks for everything! I also want to thank Damian at the reception. He is a great guy and its always cool to see him. Every time I see him we have fun and also serious chats. Hes a funny guy that brightens the place with his personality!

I only stayed for night as a travel stop but it was a wonderful stay. The receptionist was really helpful and informative and the room was just like in the pictures! I was lucky enough to be on the 19th floor and the room view made my night stay all the more amazing. Keep up the good work :)

House keeping service is horrible. Rooms are dirty. Breakfast is not very varied. Same few options day by day with poor quality.

Great room, usable gym. Great relaxed dining in the restaurant with a limited but delicious menu. Friendly staff especially at breakfast. Rooms good sized and comfortable bed. Nice views from the 24th floor! Would stay again when in Eindhoven. ( This was a business trip)

Very simple room, with nothing that we usually find in other hotels in the chain (notepad and pencil, lamp, water, etc). The room was dirty with a lot of dust, stains on the walls and the TV remote covered in dirt. Disappointing when compared to other hotels.

Overall good experience, I must say that the in-house staff is really capable, helpful and pleasant. Especially the supervisors.There were a couple of critical issues related to cleanliness but they have been resolved and I know that the management is looking for different partners to solve the guest experience.So good job.As far as internal spaces and services are concerned, I can say that as a guest for a month for work reasons I was able to use the laundry room, which is simple and effective, the well-maintained and also well-stocked gym and the bike to get around the city.The restaurant on the whole is good and the prices are in line with the city market. If I really have to find a note out of place it is that the menu is a little limited, but even here the staff is always excellent.A special thanks to the supervisor Giulia and Teo who solved all the little daily problems and always made sure to make your stay pleasant. Bravo to you

Rude staff and poor communication skills. They really care about a few euros more than customer satisfaction. Restaurant not recommended.

Well, overall, the hotel is ok. Its probably one of the cheapest hotels you can find in Eindhoven. They have washing machines and dryers for free (usually one/two of them are broken). Since the hotel is quite big, the washing machines are often occupied and you need to wait a bit. They also have free gym with good equipment. Normally, the gym is accessible for 24h. The restaurant is fine. My advice: for 12.5euro you can buy way better breakfast in coffee lab in just a minute walk at the train station, or in front there is Nado restaurant with nice breakfast card. In principle, if you stay for a couple of nights, the hotel is ok. Close to the uni, close to the city center, close to trainstsrion.

Not a bad experience. However I’m pretty sad that even if I book the room 3.5 months earlier and got promised a room at 19th floor or higher, I ended up staying at 3rd floor.Either you fulfill what we asked for, or you admit that you wouldn’t be able to do so.Seeing 90% of guests went to 15th floor or higher made me upset, I don’t think they did ask for it 🥲.

They prevent you from booking a room if you dont stay for at least 2-3 days. What a shame ...

COOL COOL COOL hotel! with lots of fresh, modern and young vibes.It is also pricey, especially for students, but the facilities are there.Study lounge, bar, restaurant, fitness, table tennis 🏓, tvs, billiards 🎱, laundry, VIEW.I lived on the 18th floor! Grateful for 3 elevators, but also cool with the stair options - can recommend running down with friends, fun lil’ workout!We had some miscommunication between the hotel and our school, but the staff were overall very friendly and we got free dinner 🍽

At this time I cant give more than 4 stars even if i wanted to.Not having backup internet connection in a hotel of that size is really bad. I work in tech and theres tons of options on the market for DUAL-WAN router or something like that. The reason for no internet I was given was theres fiber optics issue.20+ floors with 17 rooms per floor is a lot of rooms with no internet... Not even the reception desk had internet... they couldnt check their own emails

This is a great hotel. The location is great, the rooms are nice and clean and the staff is simply amazing. The are so helpful with everything you need and will go to great lengths to ensure you have a pleasant experience. The restaurant and bar offer a great selection of beverages and food. And theres a gym and pool table you can use for free.

Great stay. Super friendly staff that will do everything to ensure you will enjoy your stay there. Good food, great atmosphere, nice bar and a floor where you can play games and wash your clothes for free. I am coming back - that is for sure!

Very friendly staff, location of hotel is perfect for any purpose, i have stayed 6 weeks and enjoyed a lot. For the eindhoven, i think no better place for short stay than The Student hotel.

I just wanna thank the whole team as they made my stay an awesome stay. From the start to the end of it I felt welcome and everyone im the Hotel was vwry nice. I wish I had spent more time but will definitely come back " fosho ".

Great comfy rooms, nice vibe and really friendly staff. Examples: They write a personalized handwritten card to welcome you, you get one coffee for free at the restaurant, I forgot my airpods and they immediately checked if they were in the room still and gave me another coffee while I waited #rosaisbeautiful #greatstaff #recommanded

I was staying at the hotel on 22 December 2021and on the reception was 2 very nice and polite girls that helped me a lot because I had my ankle twisted during my trip and I want to thank them for the hospitality and for everything. The room was also very cosy. And as a chef myself I can say that the food in the restaurant was very delicious thanks to the chef for this tasty experience. I will definitely suggest the student hotel to my mates. I wish to all of the staff a Happy Holidays!

My boyfriend and I spent 3 amazing days in Eindhoven and big part in this experience played The Student Hotel. Without mentioning the biggest plus that is the location of the hotel everything else was more than excellent. The view of our room was breathtaking. Everyone from the staff were so welcoming and cheerful. It was cleaned everyday. We really felt like home in the hotel because we are still students so the environment was so close to us. We truly recommend The Student Hotel in Eindhoven! 😊

Nice place to stay for long time and at prime location. We can find everything nearby. Enjoyed pool table and table tennis at 2nd floor. Reception desk are very helpful for first time visitor at hotel. In my entire stay, desk become my 1st point of contact to know about city.

It was my girlfriend her birthday and we got a surprise in our room. There were balloons everywhere en we got some candy. Also a personal postcard to wish here a happy birthday.The reception was more than welcoming.In short, everything was perfect!Big recommendation.

Nice, laid-back vibe. Room and bed were decent size and bathroom was very clean. Only weird thing was the shower, which had a glass partition that left the shower area open to the rest of the bathroom. Consequently, water splashed out further than expected. A bath mat and plenty of towels provided, however. Even though this is right nextdoor to the train station, our room was on the 19th floor so it was nice and quiet. Security measures here were very reassuring, and theres an on-site parking area for a very reasonable price. Overall, not "ritzy" enough to be 5 star, but that wasnt what we wanted anyway. We really liked this place and would definitely stay here again!

Hotel with a happy vibe on a great location, great views and many options to enjoy Eindhoven with public transport around the corner. And moreover, super friendly personnel. Dont expect anything posh, expect happy, young and enthusiasm.

The bike service is terrible for students. There are never bikes available. We are around 300 students and there are less than 30 bikes. You should be ashamed for the prices you have for the long stays (studentsand the services you are proud of “offering”. The rooms never get clean we they are supposed to and the monthly kitchen cleaning has not happened for two months. In the web page it says that there are fully equipped kitchens and they don’t even have a coffee machine or basic utensils or just even a small pot.PS: If you are a student, do not come to stay here

Nice hotel, good gym, fantastic location. Staff were helpful and the availability of hire-bikes was brilliant (it is Netherlands after all). Breakfast was fine, not a huge selection, but enough to start the day. Lots of people in the hotel (students etcso very social.Location right beside the train station was great and soundproofed enough to block any rail noise, which was excellent..Will be back..

The student hotel is very ideal for the new bachelor and master students. Its very close to TU/e and Fontys (5-7 minand is located near the centre which is a huge benefit. They have nice rooms and common areas for people and its a friendly place. The only thing is that the rent is quite high but seeing the quality I wouldnt say its bad. Since Eindhoven is already very tough on housing situations, this would be a good place for a new student to stay in and look for other options in their future.

Very good location, close to the central station and the city center.Large, beautiful, well equipped room.The interaction with the staff was very good.However, there were also unacceptable negative parts for a 4-star hotel. For 8 days no cleaning was done in the room, the garbage from the baskets was not taken, neither the towels nor the bedding were changed. After the complaint made, in the next 5 days it happened twice.Breakfast was very poor and identical in the 12 nights I lived in the hotel. When I asked the chef to prepare the eggs other than scrambled, he told me he couldnt, because thats the hotel policy! I thought the hotel policy was customer satisfaction.

This is a place for people who are either desperate, or very rich. The service isnt worth the obscene amount of money you will pay for it. Its alright, but simply not worth what youre paying. Also, they claimed they would refund my deposit within 4 weeks after I move out, and that hasnt happened. Ive sent them numerous emails and yet no one seems to take me seriously. Its now been 8 weeks since I left.The Student Hotel is very good at taking peoples money, but not at giving back. Would not recommend.

A great hotel where a stunning view, personal care and a fun, outspoken style comes together, resulting in a great stay.I choose this hotel on previous experiences for business and it did not disappoint. Things are streamed lined and non intrusive. If you need some extra care, theyre ready to help you and if you just want to get to work, its a pleasant place to hang. Being right next to the train station and at the center of Eindhoven can be a pro and a con. I like the sound of trains and the liveliness of the inner city, but if youre a light sleeper, you probably need to get a room facing away from the train station.

This hotel is great for both students (it is only possible to rent for 1 year thoughand for travellers who are visiting Eindhoven, because it is located literally in the middle of the city centre by the railroad station of Eindhoven.For people who wish to stay here, this hotel offers a leisure area, which includes table tennis and lounge where you can hang out with friends, washing and drying machines and a gym. All of which can be used if you are renting there.Price for the washes are a bit expensive in my opinion.Parking for tourist visitors are free next to the hotel itself, however for student residents it is not available. Therefore, student residents with a car will have to find another parking somewhere else.

Loved this hotel! It really made me feel like home & like a student again. :The rooms are clean, cozy & the staff is friendly & professional! There are coffee capsules & tea in the room which is nice! The breakfast is tasty, the only thing I wouldve liked more if there was more variety because each day it was the same. Apart from that everything is perfect & I strongly recommend this hotel! Its convenient to work in your own room, the study, or the lobby.

We loved our stay here. The staff were so pleasant and professional. The beds were very comfortable. The room was cleaned daily and our towels replaced. The location couldnt have been better. All in all, excellent!

Stayed here for the first time this week. Great location, the train station and city center are literally less than 1 minute walking distance. Friendly service, great atmosphere, nicely decorated, adopted well to COVID-19, and very clean. Would stay again!

Amazing atmosphere. Great staff. Stunning views. Not only for students this hotel is of excellent value. Located in the middle of the city centre you can go anywhere you like within minutes, you cant miss the tall building from the central station. When you have a special request they really do their best to help you. Also there are lots of amenities such as laundry, pool table, gym, ping pong table and a lounge. Also the restaurant is very good and has its own bar. The student deals are amazing, I can recommend pizza night at Saturday... :)Really looking forward to staying here again. 5/5

The Student Hotel Eindhoven provided me with everything necessary I needed for my stay. The environment was extremely welcoming as well as the staff at the Commons and at the reception. They made me feel like I was not only a guest, but a friend as well. Ban at reception, as well as Nienke and Jill, all helped with all of my needs and were very careful, while still staying professional. Very thankful for the welcoming and for them always being so sweet!

Lovely front staff working here everyone is so friendly! Rooms are nice with decent closet space. Its close to a big shopping area and the train station.Minor issue though, 2 different days and 2 different cleaning ladies spooked us by just entering into our room without knocking, thankfully we were just sitting there but that could have been very uncomfortable.Maybe have a meeting and let them know they shoukd always knock before entering any room to clean.
