Very welcoming and very friendly if out of the area. The landlord and his wife and family make you feel very welcome.The locals aren’t the worst and are always open for conversation. In regards to to the lines. The Moretti is very crisp and the line looked after. The Guinness is also ruby red. Exactly what you want unless you like the river Liffey!Good choices on the spirits as well incl. grey goose. If your in the local area, then do not miss this spot. You’ll definitely miss apart of Castleblayney, by missing this very friendly local.

If ur going to do one thing in blaney visit this pub. You wont be disappointed. The bar staff here make the place . Real old style friendly Irish pub and all down to the man who runs the place.

Nice bar. Has a little snug and pool room. Larger bar features decent live bands on wknds.. good atmosphere then. Can get a little crowded. Decent smoke garden with benches.

Grand wee pub. Its well run. It has friendly staff. The place is kept clean. The pints here are good. The smoking area is large and sheltered. There is plenty of on street parking out the front and the pub is easy to find as its in the centre of town. They also except Credit and Debit card which is a big plus in my book.
