Being Irish, I can say its the best pint of Guinness in Taipei.

Busy Irish bar on the weekend, I like the vibe and hustle bustle atmosphere, if thats your thing, its quite nice. Didnt try the cocktail, but beers are good and fresh.

Best Guinness in Taipei! Highly recommend if you’re missing the pub experience, Helen and her team make you feel right at home. Their food is also very good 👍

Very chill place to drink your troubles away every night of the week. Bartenders are really nice and the Guinness is awesome. I also like the food there, especially the Shepard’s pie.Edit: it’s actually cottage pie

This is the best bar I have been to in taiwan. The bartenders are very friendly. The drinks are cheap and strong and they they can make any drink you want. The prices are fair and reasonable.

Probably the most Irish place to visit in Taipei, except for maybe my place. It is a great spot for good Guinness and grub. Helena is also good craic and the regulars are super friendly.

If you visit around 2am you are guaranteed to witness the bartenders performing a Celine Dion Titanic I Believe movie re-enactment. It amazing.

More an Irish bar. The bartenders are really cool and they have ample of variety on the menu. At times it is too crowded so it becomes little uneasy to get a suitable place for a group of people to sit.

Pretty good, I walked past the entrance about 5 times before I found it so I suppose its authentic.

Great Irish pub with a friendly owner and staff, Guinness on tap and an extensive range of Irish whiskey. They also show some international rugby and soccer games. Highly recommended!

What a great place to eat drink and meet people from all over. I had a really good time with everyone. Helen is great she runs the place. I met people from Ireland, Germany and of course Taiwan.

We were coming from Ireland last month, visited this bar on a Thursday. The place was empty. The staff were on their phone and chatting away. The staff in any real Irish bar need to be friendly and approachable. We saw nothing like that whatsoever. We had one pint each and left.

A decent variety of food, reasonable prices, a good variety of top shelf liquors, a few beers on tap, and good service.

Organised a meetup for Irish people living in Taiwan here as its the most genuine Irish pub in Taipei. Staff were friendly and very accommodating. Their happy hour Guinness is probably the cheapest pint of Guinness youll find in Taipei!

Quiet place and good Guinness. I went with German and Polish friends, and they were to enjoy the atmosphere of an Irish pub. Friends doubt as it advertises as an Irish pub.

Small, quiet, relaxed atmosphere. Almost too quiet for a bar - we felt like we were interrupting when we came in. Not a lot of seating area, didnt feel especially inviting.

Stumbled upon The Speakeasy on a night out, and so glad I did. Guinness is really great here, atmosphere is pretty laid back. Owner and bartender are way cool. Had a blast. Definitely going back.

Best fresh Guinness on tap you will ever get in Taiwan. Spoke with a few bartenders in Taiwan. Clean tube, good pour , high turnover will ensure customer always a fresh one!

Its filled with plenty of irish photos, but I wouldnt call it an irish style bar. However, it IS a perfect place to hang out with friends, everyone there is having a good time with friends or with the owner or with bartenders. Ill definitely visit again!
