The Cheesecake factory at Chestnut Hill Mall. Not a bad experience, my food was fine it was a bit cool there though. They have a good music selection though.

An elegant simple mall with a small selection of all the right stores. Uniqlo, Bloomingdale’s JCrew, Tiffany’s, Apple, Crate and Barrel, Vineyard Vines, Kiehl’s and such. Good food options too.

Filled with overpriced stores. Leads to no surprise that on Saturdays, the place is as quiet as a graveyard. The only averaged priced store, LifeWear has an odor when entering to remind you what its like to be inside a Buffalo Wild Wings restroom.

Took a hike to the shops at chestnut hill to attend an in store event at the Express Store. Very positive experience. Staff was very cordial.

Once upon a time there was a wonderful shopping experience tucked within the hill just off Route 9 - The Mall at Chestnut Hill.It held the most wonderful shops and stores and restaurants.But, as in all fairy tales it faded away and was taken over by a corporation and one by one all the pleasant shops, all the magic - disappeared. No more staircase, no more fountain, no more holiday petting zoos (around Easterand no more speciality restaurants.Now you can choose between glamorized fast food, a taco or two, or pizza.You can buy bath soap. See stores that are closed. And a Bloomingdale’s that’s rather an echo of what it was.There’s nothing special or anything remotely magical. Now, it’s just a mall. Just a small common mall - nothing unique. Nothing special. Save yourself the drive.

The stores that are here are very nice, however this place is extremely small. Very much a shop here as needed only kind of a place.

The express edit 8 was very rude and ignored me the whole time I was in there with my girlfriend. The second a white couple went in there they immediately approached them. I was going to spend about 2k in there but not anymore

Very nice shopping center great sales

They have high end stores. The parking can be pretty packed during certain times, but Ive never not found parking. Good place to shop and eat as long as youre okay with higher end stores and restaurants.

Upscale. Pleasant. Clean. Not the variety of larger malls. But very easy to park and get around. The few restaurants are excellent.

Well hope that this is the shops and not the Chestnut Hill Mall. The shops are nice they have an anchor theater there the big showcase deluxe. Youve got a davios upstairs near the theater as well.on the back side theres a very nice legal seafood its quite new probably the last couple of years they used to be downstairs theyve moved up and definitely much more upscale. For Chinese food theres Bernards which is excellent.nice shops they have The container store there which if you cant find it there you probably didnt need the container or shower caddy or whatever you wanted to get.some of the stuff they have can get pretty darn expensive though but still its good quality items.

Pepe pizza was goooooood not great for a large pizza was 23$ it didnt taste as great at 23 say at 15 idk plus the 20 minute ride to get it ehhhh maybe give it another try earl not so late though maybe before 6pm. Employees very curtious and friendly they even would bring out your food to your car . We didnt realize that until we starting eating the pizza in the truck in the parkinlot and cars just kept showing up all employees had masks on stay safe people overall worth a shot top 7 on my top 10 gotta follow to find out mor

The food isnt amazing, but its priced that way. Also, when I went (in 2018 maybe?it was so dark in there that they handed you a little Keychain flashlight to read the menu. Go to one of the tons of awesome local taquerias instead.

Could be the least fun mall Ive been to. All high end shops or boutiques. Only tech store is apple which couldnt be more boring. Uniqlo is the only one Im a fan of.

A small mall, nice but overpriced. On the east and west ends of the mall are Bloomingdales. Mens department and homegoods on one end of the mall and womens department on the other. In between are a collection of name brand boutiques and a few restaurants.The mall is brightly lit and clean. The main atrium has many skylights to bring in some natural light. The one thing that puzzles me are the center escalators. I dont come to this mall often but it seems that every time I have been there the central escalators and their surrounding area have been blocked off for maintenance. Is this a permanent structural problem or maybe my timing is off. Hard to believe they have been broken for years.All in all. This is a boutique mall with a Bloomingdales like atmosphere throughout.

The Chestnut Hill Mall is just like any other Mall except for a lot of the stores there a very expensive but most of all its in the area where there are very expensive houses so if you think about it its not for people with just a couple of dollars you would need a good amount of money to go there but thats just my opinion because I will not go there unless I have at least $300 on me because i would like to buy something that all. I dont like going window shopping but if you going to do it thats the mall to do it at! But if you going to buy then enjoy they have the best stuff.

I rather small mall, much smaller than I remember when I was much younger.Few places for people that arent looking for a shopping experience to go. Restaurants inside are definitely the biggest draw to this location. A great pizza place ,a great Mexican place ,a cheesecake factory, and a Japanese restaurant are all well above average and others are greatThe mall isnt for everyone but the restaurants are

A perfect place to shop for designer clothing. They have everything from kids clothing to adults in a variety of services. Staff in places was very kind and helpful in directions and finding certain items in the mall

This mall is your average mall. I usually go here to go to the nearby Apple store, but I rarely go for much else beyond that. For example, CambridgeSide also has an Apple store but they also offer many more stores within the mall, including gaming and electronics stores and more boutique stores. Nonetheless, if you are looking for a mall, this is one.

Small mall but hosting some of the great fashion, home, food, and other commodities shops. Bloomingdales being the largest, this mall has others including Apple store, Brook Brothers, J. Crew,... Etc and Cheesecake Factory restaurant. I enjoy visiting this small but convenient and peaceful mall.

Smaller mall with great selection of stores. Some stores here that you won’t find anywhere else. Location is great with another plaza with more stores being across the street also. Bloomingdale’s, Uniqlo, Coach, Michael Kors, Gucci, and Apple are just a few of the stores at the mall. The Cheesecake Factory is my favorite place to eat at here.

An upscale mall doesnt have to be cold and devoid of crowds. Where was everyone? The upshot is that you can always find ample parking in the multilevel parking garage. And no lines for the near-empty Cheesecake Factory. There is no, ahem, food court or places for quick drink like, ahem, bubble tea.

Its a mall, but a really good one. Prices mostly range from costly in the high-end outlets to way overpriced in some of the boutiques, but the quality of most products is without question. Im particularly enthusiastic about the clothing outlet for UNIQLO as they have a range of sizes large enough to accommodate more or less anyone, and for fantastic prices for the especially high quality of their products.

Standard assortment of stores for high end suburban mall. Its lacking a more interesting anchor store, and its on the smaller side. Its in a weird limbo between a "quick pop in" stop and a "spend the whole day at the mall" stop.The security panel at the front entrance of the mall was emitting a non-stop, shrill whine when I came in, and an hour later when I left. Im sure the relaxation spa right next to it loves that.The parking is nuts for how few stores this mall has, and is such that makes me want to avoid this mall in favor of others that at least have a better assortment in exchange for dealing with mall parking.

This mall seemed very nice on the inside. I did a little bit of shopping here and 5 minutes after I left my debit card information was stolen and I was robbed $3500.00. I will will never return and I urge shoppers to be weary while in shops and be careful of thieves here.

Very nice and classy, just wish there were more normal food places. I like to ball out and get me some cheesecake but that isn’t an everyday thing (not that I go to the mall everyday; I’m a busy guy).There is a shake shack about 3 minutes away if you are hungry for cheaper food from a chain. Very nice and elegant shopping place. High quality brands and beautifully designed building.It would be better if a T train station stops near by. As I came with my family and walked long distance to get to the place (25 minutes). It was a decent exercise anyway!

Small high-end mall that has really changed a lot in the past 10+ years. Now its filled with high end stores, including a great Cheesecake Factory to eat at. Lots of seating in the mall along with charging stations, which makes it a convenient place to shop.

A great mall mostly high end stores but what a great place to browse. If your looking to find something unique or special they will sell it here.The sky is the limit at this mall. This mall is anchored by Bloomingdales on both sides. Other stores include Apple apple and lush.

What a nice clean mall. Fancy and not crowded. Many excellent shops inside. J Jill. Starbucks. Chicos. Banana Republic. Bloomingdales to name a few. Crate and Barrel customer care was terrific. Great parking. Highly recommend.

This a great mall with a wide variety of selections. The mall is kept fairly well and the design is very modern. Parking might be a hunch during rush hour times for food but there is always somewhere to park. There is also public transportation that leads here so if parking is too much of a hassle you can always use public transit.

Beautiful structure and good stores overall, but not much variety to shop. Only 2 floors and 1 big department store. The parking lot is big enough for the mall and there are some good restaurants in the area.

This a nice mall, smaller than I expected! It has some good sit-down restaurants to choose from but youd find more of the quick lunch type places across the street in the plaza with Wegmans. I enjoyed shopping here on a weekday when there werent many people around, but I imagine it can get very crowded in here on a Saturday. There is plenty of parking on three sides of the mall, and you can get in and out from either direction on Route 9.

Mall that specializes in high-end realtors and brand names. The interior while gorgeous, is similarly bland in comparison to other high-end, and even some low-end malls such as the one in Providence, RI

The stores there are more towards the higher price point, but they do have stores like Uniqlo that are cheaper. Parking is never an issue there, which is convenient. Not that many options for stores though and the way that area is set up, there are stores either down the street or across the road, but the distance makes it less likely that people will go there.

Weve visited this small mall from time to time. There arent too many shops to choose from and the shops that they do have tends to sell expensive items. Still, it is fun to browse occasionally. Ive found it a bit odd that both ends of the mall are Bloomingdales.

Definitely worth a trip as the shops and restaurant options are high quality. Be aware that depending on where youre coming from getting here can be a little time consuming. However, it is also near other shopping options (including a Wegmansand as noted above the dining options are great for a mall (or anywhere for that matter).
