The best thing about the place is it’s a catchy and happening location. Ok.. not everyone is enamoured by Yagan square, but within that, you could not get a better location - at least with the current layout. I had a burger which was great, others had squid , pizza n country burger

Had the seafood basket and it was done so well, the squid was cooked perfectly and the fries were really crispy. The fish was great and the batter was light. They also accept Litt app credits, for those in the know 😜.

The best customer service, they are very friendly, Glaucio and Ines are amazing and the food is wonderful.

First time there for a private function, had the best time and food was great, pleasantly surprised by such a good venue

The Shoe Bar and Cafe had great staff, great service, great food.Lots of indoor and outdoor seating, screens to watch sports.Food service was quick, even with a group. Everyone really enjoyed their food with no complaints. The trio of chips was massive. Prices were also reasonable for pub style.Nice views over the square.Definitely recommend.

Food was okay, the pizza tasted like it was a frozen oven pizza, although the chicken bites and calamari were amazing. They brought out the wrong cocktail, we drank it anyway cause it was still yum, just not what what we ordered.

The staff are nice, drink and food are well priced. Central location so usually pretty busy. Nice little coffee shop downstairs and separate room for functions.

I must say weve had one of the best service in perth to date, accommodating us and 2 toddlers really well. Service staff actually went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed.Food was delicious and generous.Ill highly recommend anyone to come here for dinner or a night out.Will definitely come back again.

This place continually fails to impress. Its not bad, its just not great. The service is good, the drinks selection is good, the prices are good, the vista and seating options are good but the food continually disappoints and the music is so loud you have to shout to hesr each other. This was my third visit and each time I have ordered something that is not "traditional pub fare" amd each time I regret it. My haloumi tacos were so salty I only managed to eat 2/3. However my father and my brother (simple country boysseemed to enjoy their steak sandwich and chicken schnitzel respectively.

Sam is an amazing bartender, helped us decide on our drinks whilst also giving us HONEST advice. Cocktails were also absolutely delicious. 10/10 recommend coming here for drinks!

I recently visited this excellent Bar & Café again on the afternoon when Essondon & The Eagles were playing...The atmosphere in the afternoon was very laid back & relaxed, the staff were so welcoming & helpful with recommending a drink. The service was quick & efficient with a great range of Tap Beers... You couldnt criticise the food, delicious and always great presentation on the plate..This would be a great venue with Private Dining Rooms upstairs for a birthday bash or even a hens night, especially with the close proximity to Northbridge & The City Centre.The Stunning Architecture of this building along with the amazing views of The Perth City Centre straight up William Street... Perfectly located in Yagan Square, The Shoe Bar & Café is an choice if you are looking for an excellent night out... Very close to Public Transport..

Held a school reunion function at The Shoe recently. Paul, Jo and all of the team could not do enough to make sure it was a roaring success, which it was! All attendees loved the closeness to transport, the food, the service, the drinks. As Molly would say...do ya self a favour!

We had a great time at The Shoe after visiting DinoLand. Nice atmosphere in the afternoon, friendly staffs!The kids wanted milk shake, but even the coffee area was closed and only upstairs opened, one of the staff said she would make it for them, children happy... parents happy !!!

I always drop here to buy a coffee on the way to bring kids to the rooftop playground or see a new client for my businesses in the city.The place, Yagan Square is one of the most famous icons in Perth city so even a visitor or a person who is not good at reading a map can come here without being lost their way.Good place to meet up with new people and good place to catch up with other families with a great coffee.

Amazing food and Mulled wine.Decided to vist to waste a few hours. Sat on the upstairs balcony enjoying the city views. Snacking on Chicken Parma Sliders and sipping a nice warm Mulled Wine on a cold winter day. Great food, nice taste in music. It was a rather nice relaxed atmosphere set by the staff and surrounds.I will be coming back again.

Id like to try something else on the menu, but the pizzas are just too good. Great atmosphere with indoor and outdoor options, and nice big TVs for the sport.

Myself and two friends had dinner here on a sunday night. We had walked through the city to see the Christmas lights. The staff we really nice and friendly. The meals were filling and the price is pretty decent. Id say overall it was a nice place and id recommend it.

We decided to go to The Shoe in Yagan square to celebrate one of our girlfriends birthday. This location is very good right on top of the train line. Which is easy to commute for people who take the train.We ordered a selection of food and wine.The wings, bread and hummus dip, arancini balls, sweet potato fries, deep fried squid. As for mains, we ordered the fish and chips, steak with onion rings and fries and pizza.The food quality is really good. We had a good time chatting the wait staff is very friendly.

it was hard to get a place in the food court, so we went to shoe for lunch. its a nice place, friendly service, the meals reasonable pub price and substantial size

The restaurant was located in a good position. Staff were friendly and helpful for us. All meals were cooked well and tasty. The prices were decent also. We did however go when it wasnt over crowded. I would be interested to see if things keep to the same high standard as more people roll in. I guess I will have to return to find out ;)

Its... fine. Decent enough service, and the location is pretty good. It gets EXTREMELY crowded during busy periods. And the food is nice but very pricey for what you get. Its a good place for a quick after work drink, but not somewhere to spend the whole night.
